30/05/2026: Very good service always kind, open to suggestions. I stayed in this planche for a week to go hiking every day. I experienced breakfast and dinner and rooms. Standard room with standard équipement. Good food with a good chef. Standard breakfast with always an attention with a cake to someone.

30/05/2026: Superb little village inn in Moneglia! Well located for visiting the Cinque Terre. Beach across the street and train station a 7-minute walk away. Organized group stay. Positive points: Very warm welcome, excellent service, very good restaurant team, thank you 🙏🏽 very good meals. Two major drawbacks: 1. The room was poorly located because the Hemigway bar, right next door, plays loud music, making it impossible to sleep well during our trekking/hiking trip. We asked twice to change rooms, but the owners refused. So disappointed! 2. Breakfast had a good selection but was too basic; consider adding fruit! 🍇 🍏🍎 Everything else was good and adequate for a 2-star hotel. 🌟 Enjoy your stay!

30/05/2026: The staff were friendly, but the food was awful, to say the least. The spaghetti with clams wasn't great. It tasted like plain spaghetti. The fettuccine with calamari and shrimp was equally as good; there weren't even a single shrimp and no sauce. The price is high for the quality of the food.

26/05/2026: A really lovely restaurant in Sori!! We had the mezzalune with walnut sauce and lasagna with pesto, plus a pepperoni starter and dessert. The price was absolutely right and the food was incredibly delicious :) The service was very friendly and there were lots of complementary snacks and good wine. We would definitely come back if we have the time during our stay!

15/05/2026: A warm welcome for the Alpine troops gathering in May. We trusted the waitresses' recommendations, who treated us to excellent traditional Genoese dishes. Highly recommended!

20/03/2026: Excellent family restaurant where I go very often. The fried meat and seafood is always excellent and dry, the first courses are excellent, ravioli and pansoti are top notch, the fish always good. It's certainly not a place for a master chef, but if I go out to eat and find a clean, tidy, welcoming place with excellent value, I'll go back. Reading many reviews, I'm amazed. If you want a chic, modern place and want to spend 100 euros, go elsewhere. If you want to eat well in a setting that may be a bit retro but is clean and well-kept, this is the place for you. Kudos also to all the staff for their helpfulness and friendliness. If you sometimes have to wait a bit, be patient. They don't have a fast food sign outside.

18/02/2026: What a shame, really. An excellent culinary offering, featuring all the signature dishes of Ligurian cuisine, was literally thrown away due to the disorganization in the dining room and the resulting biblical waits before being served. I've been to this restaurant several times in the same week because I was staying in Chiavari for personal reasons. Whether it was a busy weekend or a quiet weekday, the common denominator has always been the slow service: a plate of ravioli, a veal cutlet with chips, and a dessert served in an average of an hour and a half. It's a shame, because the price is also highly competitive. The waiter is also smart and fast, but the problem clearly lies between him and the kitchen. I can't explain it any other way. Anyway, I repeat, in case you haven't figured it out, the food is very good.

19/03/2026: Never to return. Too expensive for what we consumed. Two main courses and two side dishes, water, wine—much more than we would have spent in Milan and Lombardy. Perhaps all restaurants, taverns, etc., are like this in Liguria.

19/03/2026: Found it by chance, passing by. The fixed-price menu is also excellent, both in terms of quality and quantity. Friendly staff, elegant setting. Of course, Spotorno is in Western Liguria, and I'm specifying this because, 24 hours earlier, I was in Eastern Liguria (Nervi area) and had lunch, at the same time, in a place with a more modest setting but with a bill more than double, for a smaller quantity of food and lower quality, as well as fairly indifferent staff!!

14/12/2025: Terrible. We arrived 10 minutes before our reservation and were told to wait 10-15 minutes. After at least 20 minutes, what appeared to be the manager came out and told us it would be a bit longer because he didn't have any tables, and offered to sit at two different tables, one for six and one for three. (I'm going out with friends and family so we can sit at different tables, after all.) Naturally, we said yes and that we'd wait. (I also pointed out that I had two little girls, a 5-year-old and an 8-month-old, and that he'd been told the first time we'd had to go to work.) Having said that, he came out for the umpteenth time and almost blamed us for the fact that we'd been accepted for the reservation we'd made the day before for nine people at 1:30 PM. Crazy. I repeat. I've never seen anything like this, and I'll start by saying that I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt truly mocked for the simple fact that he never apologized, not even once. A special mention goes to one or two of the girls who work for him, who are definitely wasted. Thank you so much.

27/02/2026: The hotel was clean, pleasant, and well-located on the way back, in a quiet area. The simple room had been recently renovated with a few minor finishing touches, but these didn't bother me at all considering the price, which included a very complete sweet and savory breakfast. The welcome was very friendly; we will definitely return.

16/12/2025: I can't complain, I had a good time, the room was clean and I ate more than well in the restaurant.

26/01/2026: Da Angelo is certainly no longer what I knew. The dishes served don't rise above mediocrity. Perhaps it was a quiet night, but the menu was rather limited. The service is inattentive, and the atmosphere is decidedly tired.

13/04/2026: Despite its name, this traditional Ligurian trattoria is worth a visit. Authentic cuisine, typical dishes, and a healthy, down-to-earth atmosphere. The quality and price are balanced and affordable, and the welcome is friendly and approachable. Fast service.

07/04/2026: Easter lunch to forget. 13 people, including 5 children. Hunger-inducing portions; for example, the ravioli didn't cover the bottom of the plate, and the mixed fried food consisted of 1 stick, 1 semolina, and 1 vegetable. The lucky ones even got an apple. Half a roast beef, I mean, half a slice. Sitting piled high, my daughter had to get up every time someone besides her was served. I had a serious complaint about the bill because the calculations were wrong. The lady smokes while people sitting next to her are eating. Never again!

10/05/2026: We went for a quick dinner, and the food was very good. The pasta dishes were excellent, as were the antipasti (I had the hot mixed platter, which was really generous). The prices were fair. The host was really kind, explaining the various dishes and recommending them.

06/05/2026: Here you will find a place full of history and still memories... from the owner who, after more than 30 years of opening, still has a great nostalgia for days gone by in his eyes.... The food is excellent and you spend little even if you eat fish 🐟.... The only flaw..... The atmosphere is stuck in those distant days..... It hasn't been cleaned and dusted for who knows how many years. I hope he leaves everything to someone who can bring fresh air and new colors... But may it never change

30/04/2026: We finally got to try this place's dishes, and our expectations were far exceeded! Everything was beyond excellent... homemade tagliolini (spinach and nettles) with scampi and cherry tomatoes, all made to order; cuttlefish with chard for the main course. House white wine, good bread, two coffees, and the courtesy of the owner and chef make this place truly unique! More than fair prices Unmissable! We'll definitely be back soon!
