We stopped for dinner one evening.
Nice setting in the piazza in Borgo Parasio.
The menu leaves no choice: either a tasting menu or an appetizer with no idea what you'll get, a first course, and a second course, all seafood. Fine...
The seafood first course was spaghetti with mussels.
I didn't think miniature mussels measuring max 2 cm in shell existed here.
I can't even find them that small at the supermarket.
In a seaside town, it seems like a joke.
At least the pasta was good.
The dessert, nothing exceptional, just average.
The portions were very average.
I think it's better to order the tasting menu, even though it would increase the choice of the traditional menu.

What a dining establishment. I cannot say anything negative about this ristorante. Everything was delicious. And all of that from a small kitchen. Truly perfect. The staff also knows what they are talking about. Thanks on behalf of my wife as well for the excellent care. CLASSIC.

An excellent restaurant in Imperia.
Osteria Dell’Olio Grosso is a real gem. The €50 set menu is simply incredible: flavorful, generous, and perfectly prepared dishes made with quality ingredients and a great deal of authenticity.
Each plate is a delight from start to finish.
The service also deserves special mention: a lovely, warm, attentive team who take excellent care of you throughout the meal. You feel genuinely welcomed, and that makes all the difference.
A superb experience with excellent value for money. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and where I will gladly return.

A true culinary experience centered around a set menu. You never know what you're going to discover, but the surprise is excellent, fresh, and delicious! The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The place is small, so it's best to reserve a table (a small terrace is also used in the summer). The menu is €50, and it's well worth it.
