Trattoria Vegia Arba In Genova

"Homemade" is definitely the right adjective to describe this trattoria. Food is homemade by the owner's sister; the staff is welcoming, respectful, and friendly; the food is excellent (the portions are perhaps a little small for the price, but the quality justifies it). The only flaw: there's no fixed menu and the printed version is only provided for pricing purposes, so before deciding what to order, it's best to ask the waiter for a list of available dishes. The melt-in-your-mouth pesto mandilli are highly recommended. I'd love to return!
