03/03/2025: Splendido ristorante in un contesto fiabesco con vista sul mare in mezzo al verde e gli ulivi... Ottima focaccia con stracchino e verdure ripiene Pansotti, taglierini fatti in casa e finalmente sugo al tocco e nn il classico ragù!! Mandilli altrettanto favolosi e che dire dei secondi..... fritto misto, costine fritte ,coniglio .....nn ci sono parole ....i dolci sublimi dal tortino di mele alla millefoglie. Bravi Bravissimi a presto super consigliato

28/02/2025: Recommended by a colleague of mine from Laigueglia. Reservation required on whatsapp. Beautiful venue and very friendly staff. The menu varies according to the day and is typical Ligurian. We took a mixed starter of 2 and 2 fish main courses, and they offered us an entree based on delicious Ligurian focaccia. To drink still water and 1/2 liter of house white wine. Exceptional stuffed squid!!! At the end of the meal we were offered apple fritters with an encore and unlimited bitters. The bill was a surprise: 50 euros. Congratulations indeed for the quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back!!!!

PASQUALE and his wife were very welcoming and we discussed at length his culinary journey as a chef around the world, it was very enriching to share his values ​​and his love for Asia, including Thailand. It was certainly worth my trip to Liguria and I will have the pleasure of returning in another season to try new flavors and combinations Thanks to all the staff from the owner to the chef and kitchen staff for the pleasant evening. I return after two years, confirming the idea that the 160km of road made on purpose are worth it. Raw materials of the highest quality, research into flavors and combinations and extreme attention to the customer.

In the fried fish and spaghetti allo scoglio there was an asterisk so frozen fish even if very good. We were three people.

09/02/2025: We stayed at the confluent mills this weekend for my partner's birthday and stayed in the bubble room! It was all wonderful! The place is really romantic and secluded, safe and private. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi area with an aperitif, again everything perfect down to the smallest details. When booking (a few weeks before) they told me that there was the possibility of having dinner in their restaurant, so yesterday upon our arrival we decided to have dinner there. They reserved a wonderful table for us next to the fireplace (really romantic). The dinner was really excellent and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Unfortunately, I got sick halfway through dinner and had to leave halfway through dinner, but what I ate up to that point was delicious. Even in this case however they were very kind, they tried to help me and proposed more things to try to improve my moment. Really nice people!! We hope to return soon with our four-legged friends!! We recommend it to all those who want to experience a weekend in peace, tranquility and good food!

02/03/2025: Non una sorpresa ma una certezza, Abbiamo portato un amico che la prima volta era dovuto scappare per problemi di orario. Sicuramente non stai poco seduto a tavola ma sei ben ripagato dalla qualità e dalla quantità delle portate ricevute. Tutto buonissimo solo un paio di piatti non incontrano i miei gusti ma questo non mi fa cambiare idea sull'assegnare il massimo punteggio a questo locale. Buonissimo anche il rapporto qualità prezzo. Ambiente informale, personale e titolare Gentili ed educati.
