This traditional trattoria was recommended to us by friends for its excellent value. Well, they were right. The flavors are authentic, with just a few dishes, but carefully prepared with fresh ingredients, and the prices are more than fair. Honorable mention for the pesto with green beans and potatoes!

A lovely osteria. Small menu, big flavor. We had pasta with vegetables and crab, and ravioli with rosemary and pine nuts. And the absolute highlight: the warm octopus salad with potatoes and beans. The grappa selection is also impressive 😁
Reservations are recommended; we didn't have one and were lucky.

If you want to eat in a typical Ligurian osteria, this is the place for you. A simple place, with simple dishes and simple service. There's a different menu every day, and the dishes are simple but delicious, home-style. The prices are very fair, just like they used to be.

Friendly and very familiar, excellent food. The waiter gives good advice. Very fair prices: first course, second course, two glasses of sparkling white wine, and two coffees for €52. Below average.

Very pleasant and atmospheric place. The dishes are as if they were prepared by mother or grandmother: home-cooked, warm and delicious. The prices are very reasonable (as if you were not in Italy, but somewhere in the Balkans). I also liked the service; both waiters were extremely attentive. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try local cuisine. Some of the ingredient combinations in the dishes may seem unusual, but you're definitely worth a try.
My only request to the hosteria: please make the menu more readable. Right now, it's more like a jumble of letters and words 😅

It's a cold Monday in November, no one around, but not here: every table is occupied! Because what's better than eating something delicious and simple, masterfully and lovingly prepared, in a setting where you feel like you're at home? One thing's for sure: I'll definitely be back. And to be sure of getting a table, I'll be booking ahead!

A small trattoria in the historic center of Albenga serving traditional Ligurian dishes. Authentic, well-prepared dishes, friendly, and very fast service. Really good value! A must-try!

We went here for a family dinner, drawn by the excellent reviews.
I highly recommend it; the food is traditional, delicious, and the prices are more than fair. The waiter was truly friendly and kind.
I recommend making a reservation.
