Everything was delicious, the place was very nice and quiet, and the service and staff were friendly and polite. I highly recommend stopping by for lunch.

I've been going to Osteria sul Naviglio for years. I always feel at home. Excellent service from the owners, courtesy, and a few good jokes in our Reggio Emilia dialect. The restaurant is well-maintained and meticulously detailed. There are historical artifacts inside. The home-made cuisine is excellent. There's a buffet table! Don't forget to try the PARAMPAMPOLI.

Too expensive, €37 per person for a group of 18, about half of whom were kids, for tigelle and crescentine and a trio of first courses (tastings). For the tigelle and crescentine, each small bowl of cheese is paid separately, not included in the main course. The owner tends to be pushy, even when choosing the menu. A one-liter bottle of water was €3.50! In the end, he complained because some of us paid in cash and others by card. With a "funny" joke about Southern Italians.

30/06/2026: Always good. Excellent menu with quality products. Unfortunately, it's not for everyone's budget.
17/06/2026: Aside from the somewhat high prices for a trattoria, which otherwise serves excellent, sophisticated cuisine, the staff is worthy of a trattoria, as is the restaurant itself: discreet, spacious, and beautifully laid out. My only complaint is that I would do more to combat insects.

31/01/2026: What can I say...a wonderful discovery!!! I went there by chance today with my partner and son.... traditional menu, and all the dishes were a success.... quality, flavors, and quantity were all perfect.... it's probably the best traditional restaurant I've ever been to. The tortelli verdi deserve an award.... the gnocco fritto were a spectacle, the food was so good!!!! Wide and refined wine selection.... very fair prices, and considering the ingredients, a great deal!!!! The host was attentive and kind! We'll definitely be back!!!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
