12/01/2025: In no particular order: innkeeper who introduces himself praising dishes with superlative portions; normal portion tagliatelle, raw pasta, hard meat sauce, salted. Cover charge 4 euros. Dessert, rice cake with more candied fruit than rice. The cashier is rude and very kindly says, I'll make a single bill, you can figure it out for yourself. I would never go back, I didn't experience the Bologna I was hoping for. Edit: as you can see from my profile, I also write reviews to give 5 to those who deserve it, and there are many. Soured? Yes, definitely from dinner. My friends and I agreed, it has a lot of (poor) imagination. On principle, if I have meat on my plate, unless it has gone bad, I finish it all, out of respect for the animal. He should perhaps take advantage of the reviews, instead of questioning them; we all took the noodles, and we all agree, I wrote on behalf of everyone. Did you want 10 1-star reviews? The pasta was raw. In short, we may not be professional tasters but at 30 we know how to judge whether fresh pasta is raw or cooked. Some parts were cooked, it's true, others crunched under your teeth, maybe the time in the water was correct but did they need to be mixed in the meantime? It was salty. The appetizers were made to order, nothing as a gift, 4 cover charge not even in high-end restaurants. Greetings.

02/01/2025: Locale tipico bolognese. Cucina ottima ad un prezzo adeguato. Nella serata il servizio non è stato eccellente ma la ragazza penso abbia pagato l’inesperienza e probabilmente il primo giorno di lavoro.

29/12/2024: Good drinks, what we ordered was very good, not outstanding but very good... I don't give it a 5 because they give you the hotel breakfast bread and also as I said it is good but nothing remarkable, in any case much better than other hotels that I've been and the breakfast is very top! Recommended 👍🏼 also the attention of the staff is a 10!

03/08/2024: This gem is easy to overlook, and you’d be missing out if you did so. The food is inexpensive, and amazingly good, the wine list happy making, and the staff is happy to explain stuff and/or just hang out if they don’t have too much to do All in all, about as classic a Bologna experience as they come! Oh, and they have live music often, with the summers being particularly cool (ok hot. Bologna 🙄) with tables on the street outdoors and a band most nights…)

05/07/2024: Ottimi piatti della tradizione ed anche rivisitati in una location molto bella. Il gruppo che si è esibito in chiave blues piacevolissimo. Il servizio al tavolo (Maria) sempre attento e professionale. Ricetta vincente, ci rivedremo.

02/12/2024: Il cibo non è male, non abbonda ma buono.. Il problema secondo me' è che l'oste forse non gradisce le comitive ? È stato sgodevole e sbrigativo

30/11/2024: Mi sono recata in questo ristorante per motivi logistici, non c'ero mai stata nonostante la vicinanza a casa. Locale molto grande, stile di una volta con carrello bolliti e dolci, menù tradizionale ampio, buoni prezzi. Ho assaggiato tagliata con rosmarino e verdure alla griglia, molto buona. Servizio molto cordiale e veloce nonostante locale pieno. Da ritornare.

01/09/2024: Unfortunately closed permanently since Christmas. I made a thousand reports to Google, but all of them were rejected. They were to indicate that the place is closed, but nothing could be done. For Google it is open. I live here and I know that it has closed forever, unfortunately. They fired all the staff.

10/08/2024: IT WAS A GREAT PLACE WITH EXCELLENT FOOD. IT HAS NOW CEASED ACTIVITY FOR A YEAR.

13/12/2024: Place run by Asians, but clean, with quality products, and at fair prices Courteous and welcoming staff. Savory brioche filled with raw ham and bionissima cheese + barley cappuccino. All for 4 Euros. Well done!!

03/10/2024: THE OWNER ALLOWED A GROUP OF BOYS TO SMOKE IQOS IN THE INTERNAL ROOM. A SMELL.... AND TO MY COMPLAINT THEY RESPONDED THAT THE LAW ALLOWS SMOKING IQOS IN CLOSED PLACES... I WILL NEVER SET FOOT THERE AGAIN

13/01/2025: Good morning or good evening depending on when you read....I had to review on August 9th when my wife and I came, I think the day before the summer closing but I never remembered...I just wanted to tell you that such a beautiful place but above all where the food is so genuine and good, it doesn't deserve certain criticisms that I read...and above all for the love you put into it!...VITO You're always great...see you soon.

27/07/2024: Certainly one of the worst meals ever. Undercooked pasta, terrible salad and half of an extremely small lobster. We complained and were ignored for 20 minutes then given 20 percent discount. Still extremely expensive for a poor meal.

02/07/2024: Ho cenato con la musica alto di volume che non si riusciva parlare. Ho detto se potevano abbassare il volume e hanno detto di no il cibo è scarso come il servizio pessima esperienza che non ripeto di sicuro

17/11/2024: Quando voglio andare sul sicuro è qui che porto familiari e amici. È diventato il posto preferito da mia madre che critica qualsiasi ristorante, ma qui no, qui le piace tutto! Qui nulla ti lascia perplesso, dalla location allo staff che mi tratta con un affetto che solo in famiglia fanno. Per non parlare del cibo che potrei spiegare con "cucina tradizionale di altro livello dalle materie prime ai piatti finali". Grazie per tutto. Compleanno perfetto! Ilaria

24/11/2024: La mia recensione si riferisce alla parte ristorante. Personale gentilissimo. Il problema è la cucina: non è più il Tamburini di una volta neanche per la qualità.Le crescentine cotte nell'olio vecchio, dal sapore amaro, ti fanno passare la fame... Peccato

14/11/2024: Dopo aver acquistato prodotti (ottimi) da portare a casa, mi sono fermata con un'amica per il pranzo. Purtroppo siamo entrambe rimaste deluse dalla loro cucina. Abbiamo preso i tortellini con crema di parmigiano (la crema pessima), tortellini di zucca completamente asciutti e i carciofi al forno palesemente da confezione sott' olio.

02/01/2025: Pessima esperienza in questo bistrot. Il servizio è stato scadente: personale poco attento e tempi di attesa lunghi. Come se non bastasse, la persona dietro al bancone si è resa protagonista di un comportamento inaccettabile, trattando male un dipendente, rivolgendosi a lui chiamandolo semplicemente “ragazzo” invece che con il suo nome, e addirittura richiamandolo in maniera sgarbata davanti ai clienti. Pur essendo in due abbiamo dovuto mangiare a distanza di mezz’ora, l’uno dall’altra. Il cibo, purtroppo, non è riuscito a risollevare la situazione. I salumi erano di qualità mediocre, dozzinali e privi di sapore autentico. Le tigelle sembravano essere quelle preconfezionate da supermercato, asciutte e senza carattere. Stesso discorso per i tortellini, insipidi e per nulla artigianali. Un rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente deludente. Non lo consiglierei e non ci tornerò.

22/12/2024: Non-existent and listless service, high prices and barely sufficient quality. Place in obvious decline and poorly cared for. It's a shame because it would have potential especially for the environments.

12/12/2024: The mere fact that they don't accept cash totally disqualifies them (as well as being banned). However they keep their food, they go elsewhere.
