24/09/2024: Wow... how Michelin screwed up the reporting here! We had dinner with the family with the expectation of drinking well - being a wine bar - and eating equally well. Unfortunately both experiences were disappointing. Being a wine shop, in fact, when asked "what wine do you recommend we drink and pair with what we have had?" obviously the waitress's response is surprising: "But I brought you the wine list, what do I know, a red, a rosé!". Equally embarrassing was the moment of choosing the second course: having ordered the cut, the waitress asked how I wanted it cooked. I replied that I liked it medium-rare, receiving - in a rude tone - the reply "either it's medium or it's rare". The same rudeness was expressed when I said that medium-rare cooking exists and that I simply liked it more rare but not really raw. In the end the cut arrived to me well cooked, therefore far from what I had requested and above all not allowing me to enjoy the cut (already very thin and whose price of almost €25 is unjustified). Certain errors can be allowed in a restaurant that does not boast the Michelin recommendation. The service was inattentive and rude, the food I would not recommend, and the bill for dinner was excessive. The only positive note is the location of the terrace under the olive trees.

10/11/2024: All good. The wine, the bread, the first courses, the divine oil, so good only in these areas, the appetizer makes you fall in love, all excellent. The meat in sauce melted in your mouth.

19/05/2024: Delicious sandwiches, certainly among the best burgers I've ever eaten. The place is truly original and has a unique style. The only flaw is that perhaps the prices of the burgers are a little too high, for two of us with just 2 burgers (not special) and 2 33cl bottles of coke we spent 27 euros.

22/08/2024: Nuova gestione superiore alla precedente. I piatti sono buoni e la qualità delle materie prime è notevole, i piatti sono ben presentati; la carta dei vini propone una vasta scelta di vini di qualità. Il locale è stato ristrutturato con gusto e raffinatezza, è davvero un posto accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

21/08/2024: Scarsa professionalità sia in cucina che al servizio. Pasta scotta o al contrario poco cotta, piatti tirati via. Servizio lento e poco cortesia.....dei piatti famosi sono rimasti in pochi e mal eseguiti. Non è arte loro! Hanno distrutto un mito Non lo consiglio assolutamente!!!

11/11/2024: Ieri sera, di ritorno da un giro a Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino, mio fratello ritorna a casa con 5 graffe acquistate in questo bar. Le graffe erano racchiuse in una carinissima scatola e ognuna riposta nel proprio incarto. I gusti scelti da mio fratello sono stati: crema al limone e crema chantilly. Le graffe erano calde calde, morbidissime, soffici proprio con abbondante farcia. Ne erano rimaste anche 2 per oggi e anche oggi erano ugualmente morbide e saporite. Mio fratello ha pagato 10 euro per 5 graffe, 2 euro a graffa, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per un prodotto che quasi si scioglieva in bocca. Una vera e propria bontà.

28/07/2024: Siamo stati qui a cena. Ho prenotato il tavolo attraverso l’app The Fork ed è stata una magnifica scoperta. Il locale è molto carino, accogliente e pulito. Il personale è la chicca, sono stati tutti davvero molto simpatici oltre che professionali. Il cibo è ottimo; la pizza tipica napoletana aveva un impasto morbido e leggerissimo ed era davvero gustosa. Ho preferito sopra ogni cosa le frittatine di pasta, infatti tornerei anche solo per rimangiare quelle. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è ottimo e davvero onesto. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

27/07/2024: Siamo andati una sera di luglio per una sosta di un solo giorno presso Mercato San Severino Tutto veramente buono!! In questo paesino così grazioso è la ciliegina sulla torta. Prezzi onesti e qualità al top!! Complimenti!!

21/08/2024: We ordered a tart for the party which was delicious. The barista made a coffee cream that I have never tried so good and made correctly. Congratulations to the person who works there and has a passion for making all the pastries that I buy again and take home up north.

30/11/2024: …abandon all hope, you who are going… If you are not Vincenzo's friends, don't go to Tavernaccia... the "order" does not rule for normal people but only for friends. He arrived at the table 1/2 hour after our arrival and after taking the orders of the friends who arrived after us. He arrives annoyed rather than not at the table after we have asked him twice... 1 hour and 10 minutes for a first course on the menu, therefore chosen by the house, it is unthinkable to be told that there were 4 different first courses... in the meantime, asked for a second round of appetizers, four croquettes, four meatballs and four omelettes to simply drop in the oil... the answer was that you have to respect the order of the orders... and here a dilemma arose... but the "order" orders or not commands and if commands for who commands????? …. No comment on Vincenzo's "textbook" replies … a place recommended only to Vincenzo's friends …

29/11/2024: so we went as a group of 10, the day the food was rationed and the encore was a dream no more than 40g of pasta, I also found a gnat on the plate after changing the dish they justified themselves by saying it was basil, stuff that tastes like mold has also happened, otherwise it's not too bad, the environment seems nice

03/11/2024: They have a nice patio outside however you can smell the cigarettes when someone is smoking. The portion sizes are tiny and the prices for the quality are exaggerated. The food is presented well. The shocking part was when me and my partner wanted to share a pasta dish which the said they can put on two plates for convenience, then finding out they charged 6 euros surcharge for this without prior notice. When we questioned they said it’s a cost for making another plate dirty! He then removed 4 euros off the final bill. Prosecco was nice. Prices vs quality not worthy.
