08/08/2026: Never seen such unfriendly staff.

04/08/2026: We went in to get some ice cream/slush. After waiting 10 minutes, when I asked, "Do you have normal cups since my daughter is celiac?" I got an answer I'd never had before. "Ma'am, we don't SELL to celiacs," then she gave me the usual spiel about cross-contamination, etc. I asked if she couldn't have the slush either, and she reiterated that she couldn't. Perfect. I didn't think twice, I made my entire family of 4 people stand up, and we left. I wouldn't have even asked for a glass of water after an exclamation like that... and I've heard quite a few... Shortly after, you'll find a bar/ice cream shop that also caters to celiacs. Since I have 3 celiac grandchildren, the lady who served us...

03/05/2026: I was at this lovely restaurant today. The food was good, the ingredients excellent, and the prices competitive. The hostess was professional and kind. I would recommend it to friends, family, and co-workers.

30/04/2026: A place where never again! It would be more appropriate for them to change jobs, I mean... but how can you do it🙈! CHRISTMAS 2024 and ZERO organization, even with very few people, I don't dare imagine otherwise 😱! Disoriented staff who came in and out of the room without doing anything, but above all without knowing where to go and why! Very meager dishes, I had already deduced it from that phantom appetizer where 2 old, miserable slices of anemic salami (mm) and that disgusting transparent slice of spoiled ham (meh🙄) ended. Not to mention the cold dishes, plated haphazardly, and the biblical wait times between one disgusting dish and the next, all shameful to say the least! The worst lunch (oh God, calling it that is an understatement😳) of my life! A rating from 1 to 0?...less than ZERO!

28/07/2026: Super friendly staff and a menu that is more restaurant worthy then a beach establishment. I highly recommend Mister Marlin Beach, 10/10 !

19/07/2026: We've been frequenting it for years for its bar and restaurant services. There are showers, changing rooms, bathrooms, and a convenient fountain for simply wiping your feet after a day at the beach. Shaded parking is available near the beach. Prices are reasonable. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. Silvano is an added bonus.

12/08/2026: I've been coming to Scala on vacation for several years and always stop at this bar. Friendly staff. Welcoming atmosphere... an old-fashioned bar but very familiar. I always love coming back.

17/03/2026: A dream place in every way. The restaurant is located right in the center, the hospitality, the service, the quality of the food: everything is excellent. The atmosphere is very warm and pleasant, the staff is highly qualified. Special thanks go to Michele and Stefano, who made us feel at home and recommended some truly delicious dishes. Everything was meticulously thought out, everything was perfect. We were here for both dinner and lunch, and having been completely captivated on the first night, we decided to return. The value for money was truly excellent, and thanks also to the chef for coming to our table for a wonderful, fresh sprinkling of bianchetto truffle. Lunch or dinner here isn't just about eating, it's a true experience. The receptionist was also very kind; in short, a dream team. Thank you all so much.

23/07/2026: The best bar with the friendliest staff in all of Salerno. Alessandro is literally the nicest, most personable bar owner in Salerno. The prices are amazing and the portions are big. They just started making custom sandwiches for lunch too! I can't say enough great things about this place. They speak English, for the tourists, but treat everyone like family. It really is a special place where you'll not only have fun but make life-long friends in the process. 5/5

25/06/2026: If you're not a local, there are special prices for tourists, so I don't recommend going at all. The coffee is okay and the sandwich is too... but that's it.

23/10/2025: Instead of selling bus tickets at the shops with the Tabacchi sign in Piazza Duomo, I visited a place that told me to buy bus tickets.

10/10/2025: I stopped by this small supermarket in Ravello and was so impressed by their “Ravello” sandwich — absolutely delicious! The place has such a lovely, local charm, and the elderly couple running it were incredibly kind and welcoming. You can really feel their warmth and care in everything they do. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in Ravello!

10/05/2026: I stayed at this hotel for a school trip. The rooms were really dirty; you could find anything under the bed, the showerhead was from the 1990s, and the windows weren't clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which was the only positive thing I found.

26/11/2025: Recommended by some friends, but the prices are a bit high. The pizza is well-seasoned, but the dough could be improved. The meat is tender and well-cooked. Recommended

24/01/2026: We're passing through for work. The staff is exceptional. A guy who immediately puts you at ease, it almost feels like you've known him forever. Formerly a Valturino, he made us feel right at home!

08/08/2026: At 8.30pm we ordered 3 pizzas, at 10.30pm they only brought us 2, the boy took them back and brought them back to us at 11pm, thank you that my son and my mother had to have dinner because if it was for me you could have kept them

19/07/2026: Disappointed.. We often get take-out pizza here... In the last few occasions I paid more than I should have, perhaps they had made a mistake in their calculations, we almost always get the same flavors, once they forgot to add the fries, once we waited 1.50 and the last time however I brought the pizza back and it was a "taccolatta" as you can see in the photo... (I had asked for a large pizza with tomato) and here is the disappointment: the response of the pizza chef/owner: sir, the pizza is cooked, how was I supposed to send it to you raw? If it wasn't good I would have noticed... Me: Look, it was difficult even to chew so much that it was so hard... He grumbled and wanted to remake the pizza for me but honestly he should have said something tonight there was a row and he admitted that it was a taccoletta... Well what can I say... I hope you are luckier than me in receiving the pizzas...
