21/08/2025: I'm on vacation at the Sirenella Hotel in Lacco Ameno and I find it to be an enchanting place. I was welcomed by the owners with such hospitality and kindness, they make you feel at home. They are exceptionally friendly. I've found a place where I can truly relax and spend my days by the beautiful sea and enjoying excellent food. The hotel is on the sea with its own private beach, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I can only speak highly of this place. And if anyone asks me where I'll go on vacation next year, it's the Sirenella. They have everything you need for true relaxation. Thank you for your hospitality.

14/10/2025: My husband bought two single-serving tiramisu and profiteroles... inedible. The profiteroles were very dry, who knows how long they had been on the shelf. Absolutely to be avoided.

13/10/2025: Very kind and friendly waiters. Delicious pastries. Maritozzi...after trying them several times in other bars, I have to say that these are the absolute best!

14/07/2025: We ordered a Fredo coffee and a beer. I asked to use the bathroom, but the person who served me got angry. Terrible service from the staff. I find it incredible how they treat tourists like this. We come here eagerly to experience Italy and respect the culture, but these kinds of drinks are unacceptable. On top of that, my coffee was awful.

01/11/2025: Excellent value for money. I had a pasta allo scarpariello and a sausage and broccoli rabe. SUPER

28/10/2025: Small portions, okay taste. Extra plates of vegetables and fish, brought by the waiter, were added to the bill. We weren't informed that these were extra charges. So, mixed feelings. From that point on, we always checked the star ratings on Google.

21/06/2025: I ate there more than a few years ago and I have to say everything was good and normal, but the last time I ate there about a week ago, it was a total dump, poor quality food, badly cooked and smelly, out of 10 starters, 3 had hair on the plate, oil to die for, how many times it had been cooked, not to mention the first courses, a risotto that was better in the hospital, never seen a pacchero with 2 mussels and small lupins, and they called it seafood, a fried fish that was blacker than coal, all in all we got by without going to the cotugno... and I forgot 40 euros per person

24/08/2025: Everything was delicious, the staff was excellent, Mr....whose name I don't know, and then the view was beautiful, it's my favorite place.

13/08/2025: I returned to this pizzeria after years to give it a second chance, but unfortunately I found it worse than before. The staff was poor, especially the waiter-owner, who was rude to us. The prices were extremely high for the low quality, and the organization was so poor that at the end of the meal I couldn't even write down the bill. It's a shabby, antique-filled place. Don't go there if you want a quiet evening.

10/10/2025: We ordered food at the counter. The food fell on the floor. But we said, no problem, we'll eat it anyway. They charged us full price. We then ordered two small espressos. One cost €3.50. We feel like we were ripped off. 🙈 It's a shame, especially since we were previously so relaxed about the food being served from the floor. Neither the food nor the coffee was very tasty.

31/07/2025: Deliciosa comida y vistas espectaculares. Nuestra espera fue muy atenta. Pudimos reservar una mesa a última hora y estaba sentado en la terraza. La comida era un poco caro y podría haber añadido más porciones por el precio que pagas. Tenemos el pollo relleno especial y un plato mixto de mariscos. El marisco estaba frito y no venía con ningún lado, así que todavía me quedé con hambre con la pequeña porción servida.

30/07/2025: This cafe has a fantastic view of the sea and the coast, and is a perfect location. Sadly the service set up was not good. A waitress came to our table to take our order, but we asked for just one more minute of time to choose our orders as we were still deciding. 20 minutes later the waitress had still not come back and was instead cleaning tables. The restaurant was not busy either, although there were a number of tables full of customers who did not have any food or drinks (perhaps they were still also waiting). We gained the waitress’s attention and asked if we could make our order and the waitress nodded, then went off into the restaurant. Ten minutes later, she was cleaning tables again and ignoring us, so we left. I understand that different cultures have different etiquette in relation to whether table service is offered or not, however, it simply was not clear in this establishment, and the lack of communication made for a very poor experience. Sadly, I would not recommend or return to this restaurant.

14/08/2025: Don’t go there. There are really disrespectful. I ask for a white chocolate ice cream flavor and they gave me melted white chocolate. When I asked them if I could change it because I thought it was ice cream (thing they supposed to tell me because who’s gonna eat a huge scoop of melted white chocolate). Their excuse “in Italy we eat chocolate this way” ! How am I supposed to know I’M NOT EVEN ITALIAN I’M A TOURIST. They insult me and were racist toward me.

18/05/2025: 3 points: 2 negative and 1 positive: 1: the small cup is quite smaller than the cups of other ice cream shops, furthermore it was only partially filled, the ice cream was placed so that under the layer of ice cream there was about 1/3 of the empty cup 2: they didn't give me the receipt but only gave me a partial advance payment (as seen in the photo) 3: the ice cream however is definitely good, nothing to complain about, if they had provided the receipt and filled the cup properly they would have deserved 4 stars

18/01/2025: I've had breakfast a couple of times in the last month and it's not possible to be served with such boredom. Today the girl was texting on the phone, even though she saw us sitting at the tables. I got up to order, and even then she was very annoyed, bothered. Then I went back to pay, and she gave the same treatment to the person before me, without even replying to the thank you. These people are not suited to working in contact with the public. Furthermore, the tables are always empty, this bar does not know how to make the most of the space it has, unlike other bars always with people sitting outside. They obviously do not know how to welcome customers properly. I suggest at most getting a takeaway croissant, and avoiding sitting there

11/01/2025: The coffee in this bar is excellent… This would have been the review I would have written if they hadn't made us wait more than 30 minutes outside without serving us even though they saw us. A piece of advice, don't put tables outside if you don't want to work there!😘

Not to mention the refined and elegant new look! You can take advantage of all the services you need, fantastic, super-stocked tobacco service! Compliments to the owners!!!!

22/10/2025: Not a single price is displayed. Prices on site are daunting. €20.50 for 3 coffees and 2 orange juices… more expensive than Manhattan! For a coffee while waiting for a ferry… it's not worth it. Move on or plan ahead.
