23/10/2025: Four of us sit down. First of all, the waiter wasn't coming at all, so we decide to move to make ourselves more visible. Given the obvious posters advertising their lactose-free pastry selection, one of my intolerant friends was comfortable ordering a croissant and a cappuccino, clearly specifying "lactose-free." She then ordered an empty croissant, which was brought to her twice with cream before finally being brought to her. Following further investigation, she discovered that the cappuccino wasn't lactose-free at all. Furthermore, the other croissants she'd ordered weren't edible either, as they were old and rubbery. Absolutely not recommended.

20/10/2025: While staying in Naples, I had the opportunity to try several taralli. Yours aren't bad, but I found them hard and not as crispy and crumbly as others I've preferred. Too bad.

08/09/2025: I went on September 8, 2025, and ordered two large MC Cruncy menus. One was warm, while the other was refrigerator-cold. I noticed this because it was disassembled, practically a Lego set, from the meat to the cheese slices to the bacon, so I had to assemble it. I thought it was inedible, so I went to the counter to show the sandwich. The manager was at the cash register, or at least that's what he called himself. He rudely and impolitely told me it wasn't possible and to bring him the sandwich. The entire mall could hear him shouting. I handed him the sandwich, telling him to touch it to check the refrigerator temperature, but he told me he couldn't touch it and threw it away, rudely telling the kitchen staff to make me another. Not even 30 seconds later, he brought me another one, and after opening it, I noticed it was colder than the first one. I took him back to the counter and he yelled at me like a madman that I didn't understand anything and that the sandwich had to be eaten cold (!?!?). At this point, seeing myself being verbally attacked, I responded in kind and told him that the chicken and bread couldn't be cold or the cheese and bacon would stay frozen, like the one in my sandwich. I invited him to touch the sandwich again so he'd realize he was talking nonsense, but he wouldn't and ordered the guys to make another sandwich because I had decided to have a third sandwich made because they weren't serving me what I wanted. My daughter also intervened, saying that her sandwich was hot, and they told her that she had a hamburger, which wasn't true because she had the same sandwich I had and I have the receipts, basically taking us for fools. In the end, after ruining my evening, I was served the third HOT sandwich (so it shouldn't have been served cold?). It's a disgrace that these things happen in a chain restaurant like McDonald's, and that the managers are completely uneducated. Situations like this happen all the time at this restaurant; they serve half portions of fries, and in the Gran Crispy, they put half a slice of bacon instead of two whole ones. I've also witnessed customers rudely addressing employees, throwing food at them, because of the terrible service and the way it's served. This is unacceptable, considering we pay for it. From now on, I personally will avoid this restaurant, both because of the food and the staff.

24/06/2025: We placed the order from home on globo but unfortunately you are thieves which I already knew but to make the children happy I fell for it mayonnaise paid for did not arrive and good luck all fell in the bag the more we go on the more the mec is garbage food thanks with thirty euros I would have gone to eat a real healthy sandwich

09/09/2025: Nice place for a wine or a beer. Enormous menu for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We pay €12 for a large white wine, a large Leffe beer and a portion of green fresh olives. For free we had chips, snacks and peanut small bags. Not to bad and happy to return

19/10/2025: I completely disagree with the negative reviews. Aside from the high price, which is fair for the area, I haven't found any negatives. Five of us had lunch, and everyone enjoyed it. We came on a Sunday, but we still managed to get a table right away. We then ordered desserts and coffee, and were completely satisfied. The waiters were very courteous and polite.

07/10/2025: Not good food, pricey for what you get. Dirty glasses and forks are cleaned with a cloth that is then used to clean the tables.

10/10/2025: Good evening, I'm not giving 0 stars only because it's not allowed. The food was poor, completely cold and inedible. Plus, they quoted me a price on the phone, and up close I paid more than I should have. I totally don't recommend!

05/10/2025: Good evening, I strongly advise against this trattoria and pizzeria. The ingredients are subpar. I placed an order and it arrived incorrectly; furthermore, the delivery guy charged me €5 more than I should have. I called the pizzeria to clarify, and they told me the bill was actually lower. I mentioned this and they replied, "You must have made a mistake." I also pointed out that part of the sandwich was missing and that one of the pizzas wasn't the one I ordered. They told me to return everything and promised to reorder, but instead they simply reheated the pizzas, added a croquette, and the sandwiches arrived soggy and inedible. If you think this is great food, go ahead, but know that saving money isn't money—and here, there's very little saving to be had. 👉 I only gave one star because you can't give less than one.

10/10/2025: They didn't give me a receipt when I paid in cash. They're not transparent about the off-menu additions THEY THEMSELVES OFFER. The food and drinks are quite poor. There are better quality options and more honest moral standards. The staff, at least in the evening, are ABSOLUTELY IRRESTLESS. The owner should do some soul-searching instead of making serious accusations against anyone who criticizes them. STAY AWAY!!!

21/09/2025: We were there yesterday. The bar was beautiful, the outside area was large and very beautiful, as was the inside. We had four aperitifs, all very good, and the staff was super friendly. We'll be back.

03/09/2025: Chalet della Marina offers a breathtaking view of Vesuvius! Unique! A family atmosphere. The owners are professional, kind, and attentive to cleanliness and hygiene. They offer a varied and high-quality food selection from breakfast to dinner. We ate the best Neapolitan pizza here. Thank you for the wonderful experience you gave us. We will definitely be back. 06/06/2025: The chicken is really very good but unfortunately for the rest no, on the phone to take orders they don't make you understand anything, even rude for information, you tell them one thing and they understand another in addition to this very slow home delivery even if you order in advance, I'm sorry but this has a big impact too bad the chicken was very good and also the potatoes, and if you ask for information it seems like the customer wants the moon instead they only want their order I hope you will see this again

14/10/2025: Great private beach. Amazing views. Expect to pay for loungers, but staff were friendly! 15€ per person for entry for the day including loungers. Worth it for the beautiful scenery and water!
