29/09/2025: The food is not bad... the wait until the food arrived was half an hour, and I confirm that the bread is recycled from other tables... in short... acceptable

24/09/2025: We ate late lunch. Other restaurants are closed so we had to try it. People are smoking all around us. They forget my second order. Salad was not fresh , cheese no taste. Gnocchi is ok

05/07/2025: Well organized and welcoming supermarket, products of reasonable quality and economically acceptable. I give only one star for a sad lapse in style.....today when paying the bill I bagged the products asking for 4 bags of which two broke while filling; at the first breakage I asked for another bag for reinforcement which by the way was among the four I had paid for, at the second bag broken I pointed out to the cashier that it was also broken and when asking for another, with the receipt made, I was asked to pay an additional 10 cents which I refused to pay, obviously. More than once I have lost products on the road leaving me in serious logistical difficulties with no way to transport them home. The bags are of poor quality which is unacceptable considering that they are paid for and advertised. Conclusion????? The cashier gave me the bag but asked me to return the broken one.....here is the drop in style for only 10 cents....shameful for a store of this size.....

27/05/2025: The wait staff isn’t tourist friendly. The gelato guy was rude.. We ordered 3 desserts and one had freezer burn the other two were just ok. It looks nice and seems clean but there are better places.

10/05/2025: Excellent coffee shop and pastry shop in the centre Naples, ideal for a moment of sweet leisure a little different than usual. The coffee is good, as you would expect almost everywhere in the city, and there is no shortage of more traditional options such as Sfogliatelle and Baba. Having said that, Etoile's strong point is certainly the production of contemporary pastries and in particular everything related to their single-portion semifreddos, which I had already spotted during a visit to one of Diego Vitagliano's pizzerias. I tried an eclair/choux with coffee cream and a single portion with toffee and apricot, both so good enough to create addiction. Note of merit for the very courteous staff and the more than reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely worth trying again in the future! Review originally shared on Tripadvisor

12/10/2025: The elderly man in charge of keeping the line open is a bitter and rude man who almost pushed me. He obviously didn't speak English, otherwise they wouldn't work at McDonald's on Sunday nights. I will never return to this McDonald's. If the old man pushed me, he might end up suing the establishment. The manager should take action against this old man.

09/10/2025: The food was good, even with the modifications that we made. However the atmosphere upstairs despite the children's play area being there is very much giving prison vibes with the insustrial interior design and the fact that there are no windows. Furthermore dogs aren't allowed inside according to a sign outside but staff won't do/say anything when people do come in with dogs to have a full meal and walk the thing through half the restaurant

20/09/2025: Food poisoning. I ordered two kebabs on Glovo last night, September 14th. Both my partner and I are feeling sick, but I've had the worst of it, with severe diarrhea and vomiting that's still persisting today, September 15th, 24 hours later. I tried to write to Glovo to let them know, but I don't know if they got the notification. Attention!!! Throw away everything related to the kebab. I hope it stops and gets better, otherwise I'll just have to go to the hospital tomorrow due to excessive fluid loss. But something like this happened.

21/09/2025: The place itself is nice and welcoming, but why offer 0.4% beers if they don't have glasses to serve them in? I ended up paying for a 0.4% and they served me a 0.3%, claiming they didn't have any glasses. When I pointed this out, they first ignored me and then replied that they didn't know what to say, with incredible rudeness and zero customer care.

23/05/2025: We attended a lecture by Prof Stefano Vitale, a well-known geologist and scientist. The bar is very cute and beautiful. Their service and drinks were 100%.
