27/07/2025: The place is not the best because of the solfatara but the atmosphere is friendly and very relaxing I recommend it especially on Sunday for lunch as they have a fixed menu which I have personally tried very rich and with natural and definitely good foods to the chef only compliments and a wonderful friendly staff it is like being at home on Sunday with the family I would go there again very willingly

25/07/2025: The worst restaurant I went to during my 10 days in Naples. We waited almost 10 minutes for a server to deign to seat us, even though we were the first customers and the entire staff had seen us. We ordered two Caprese salads, all for €12, and a Riccardona salad. In a region where the tomato and mozzarella should have been excellent, we were served flavorless Caprese salads with mozzarella as hard as rubber, with no seasoning whatsoever. We had asked for another dish, which never arrived. When it came time to pay, the owner charged us for four dishes instead of three. This disgusting meal, with pitiful service (charged at €2.50 per person!), cost us €42! Shameful! Absolutely avoid!

31/07/2025: Terrible service; unfortunately, the waiter literally scammed us. We asked for an aperitif and ordered a pina colata and a gin and tonic. The waiter, of his own accord, said he would bring us a sushi sampler (without asking us for anything at all). We then found a tray with 12 pieces of sushi we hadn't ordered. Of these 12, we barely tried 3 because they weren't to our liking. In the end, the waiter charged us €45 for the whole thing, including the items I had requested. Unfortunately, I will not recommend anyone to return to this bar; it's a complete scam.

31/07/2025: Fraud with a capital F, and the saddest thing is that even if you make a criticism politely and courteously, Davide, the waiter who served us, doesn't even have the humility to back down. I'll start by saying that I've done the same job as him and was the first to offer something to sell, but you always have to be honest. We ordered two €10 drinks, an aperitif, and they told us, "I'll add a few pieces of sushi." You're telling me this without asking, and I agreed, knowing you wouldn't give it to me for free, which, according to the communication, should have been a "free gift," but that's okay, I was prepared for a difference. He shows up with 12 pieces of raw sushi that weren't even to our liking. We ask for the bill, and he claims he's already brought it to us, but he hasn't. He lets us read it on his phone without ever bringing it to us... I was ready to pay a surcharge, but not €16, this is madness! So we discuss it, and he doesn't apologize or try to make up for it in any way. When I was a waiter, if anything bad happened, I'd call the owner and do everything I could to make things right. This isn't the case at all, I highly discourage it.

06/06/2025: I went there with my family and I have to say that everything is delicious, the welcome from the staff and the owner was nothing short of exceptional.... I also tasted the meat.... very tender 😍 I recommend going there as soon as possible 💪

28/07/2025: A somewhat old-fashioned hotel, but the location is perfect. Close to the village and the beautiful lake. Our room only smelled of smoke... A great base for exploring the Three Senses. Breakfast was delicious.

17/07/2025: Perfect vacation. A traditional and original structure, strategically located just steps from the center. Ideal for tourists of all ages. The entire staff was impeccable: kind, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the breakfast was plentiful and varied, with quality products (thanks, Luca). Dinner? Wow! I'd go back just for dinner. The food is truly delicious.

27/04/2025: Siamo stati in occasione della laurea di mia figlia e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, la location ha incantato tutti con la sua eleganza e unicità. Per l’occasione ci hanno riservato una piccola sala leggermente appartata, con un’unica tavola per 25 persona. Abbiamo cenato con antipasto di crocchè, frittatina, sapureatielli e poi pizza a scelta. Il tutto molto buono e servito dal personale che ci ha servito con attenzione e professionalità. Il prezzo è stato nella media considerando anche la particolarità della location. Lo consiglio per vivere un’occasione speciale o anche per mangiare una buona pizza.

11/05/2025: In Palma it is certainly the best-stocked place or bar. Wide choice of desserts and good coffee. The large outdoor veranda is an added value for business appointments or for quiet conversations. Also recommended for internal parking, not very large but useful.

Everything is in full view of the customer, from the wood-fired pizza oven to the grill and glass-fronted kitchen, allowing guests to watch the chef prepare their dishes. The outdoor terrace is nothing special; I wouldn't recommend it; the indoor area is better, with its unique glass windows overlooking the aforementioned bay. He was over complementing me all night and eventually he pushed me into a staff room and tried to kiss me in a very aggressive way. A shame that one waiter had to ruin our whole experience because he couldn’t behave himself.
