27/02/2026: This morning, after a long walk, I reached Pasticceria Pelosi, intent on tasting their delicious polacca. Well, what a disappointment!!! Today's was awful. I'm deeply sorry, because I considered it among the best in Aversa. I therefore urge the owners not to offer them when they don't meet their standards, as they risk debunking a myth. Given the memory I have of their deliciousness, I reserve the right to return and sincerely hope to be proven wrong. Aversa, February 27, 2026

14/12/2025: Historic and authentic. At Pelosi's, you can feel the true tradition: everything is artisanal, from the pastries to the croissants. The Polish bakery, established since 1921, is simply unmissable. A welcoming and warm place, it's also a popular meeting place for delivery drivers. Convenient parking. A place definitely worth a stop.

23/05/2025: I visited for lunch, maybe people in this area don't usually have lunch at a restaurant, it was only us and the restaurant looked not prepared to have us, despite being opened. When you walk in there were no greetings and we felt very out of place immediately, no music, no menu, when asked she tells me to find it on instagram. They could not speak an ounce of english and they didn't try, also it seemed english speaking customers scared them aswell. The menu is very small which made it difficult to decide, also with menus that take 15mins and 25mins to prepare (as mentioned on the menu). On the photos I thought the venue looked cosy and quirky but in reality it looked old and unkept. Despite all this luckily the food was good. And for the finale, we went to pay after eating, they only turn on their eftpos machine when we asked to pay. So we were standing there for 2 mins at the counter, them saying it would take another 4 mins to be ready got me to pay in cash. The bill being 32€ I handed 35€(expecting 3€ change) the lady suddenly bows and thanks me 3€ worth only verbally. I didn't think I was tipping. But oh wells its only 3€.. honestly, I don't think i will be back.

12/05/2025: Very rustic place with vintage furnishings, very friendly and welcoming family management. The food is good and the prices are modest. Advised.

20/12/2025: A truly awful and disappointing experience at the Parco delle Fortificazioni in Capua. The concept of the place might be interesting, but unfortunately the organization leaves much to be desired. After sitting down and waiting a long time without receiving any attention, with slow and unclear service, we decided to get up and leave without even eating. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and there was a complete lack of customer service. A real shame, because the place has potential, but as it stands, it's not worth the time or the visit.

28/03/2026: On Saturday night I ordered 4 sandwiches for my whole family. We wanted long ones, but three minutes later the waitress came and said they were out of stock and there were only round ones, so we had to order the round ones. Then they ran out of Andalusian sauce and there wasn't even a chicken breast.

09/03/2026: I went to eat at Charle's one Sunday evening and everything was delicious. The food was as excellent as the location. The service was good; it took 20 minutes for the food to arrive, and 5-10 minutes for the appetizer. Everything was excellent, I'll be back soon.

16/03/2026: Long and interminable wait, lunch turned into dinner, disorganized, arguments and shouting between the owner and staff really bad taste, as for the food, only the meat was good, very poor appetizer, the first course was pitiful, the dessert nothing special, terrible treatment, the table was laden with empty bottles and no one took them away, the only strong point of this place is the place itself, very large, equipped play area, lots of animals, at least the children had fun, but I definitely wouldn't go back

08/03/2026: I was there today, a real disaster, terrible food, a real disappointment, they should definitely change the chef, cold food, pasta, I won't tell you. I don't recommend it, it was the last time I'll go there.

25/09/2025: The crepe I ordered was pre-cooked, it was simply reheated for a few seconds and tasted like cardboard. The hygienic conditions were questionable. The prices were too high for what was offered.

18/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in the village of Caserta Vecchia. My wife and I stopped by chance and were truly delighted: excellent food and very friendly staff. The bill was very fair, just €23 for two for our first courses, and we were offered complimentary water and coffee. Highly recommended.

22/02/2026: I celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at La Pergola and made a great impression on all our friends. Even though we chose a pizza menu, we were guided step by step through the decisions and preparation of the room by the owner Sara, an exceptional, understanding, very sweet and very empathetic person. We ate very well and had a lot of fun. I highly recommend La Pergola restaurant 😊

10/11/2025: UNFORTUNATELY, SOMEONE HAD SHOWN GREAT THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS RESTAURANT. ON SATURDAY, WITH A GROUP OF 10 PEOPLE, WE WENT TO VILLA LITERNO TO THE RISTORANTE ZI MARIA IN LUSCIANESE. EXCEPT FOR THE EEL, I HAVE TO SAY IT WAS GOOD. THE REST WE ORDED, FRIED FOOD, FIRST COURSES, MIXED SNACKS, ETC., WERE VERY MEDIOCRE. THE MEAT IN PARTICULAR WAS SENT BACK DUE TO ITS TOUGHNESS AND INADMINDABLE DESCRIPTION. WHAT IS EVEN MORE SERIOUS IS THAT WHEN IT TOOK THE BILL, THE RUDENESS OF THE OWNER OR MANAGER—I DON'T KNOW WHO HE IS—WAS DISGRACEFUL. UPON OUR NOTE, ASKING FOR THE MEAT THAT HAD BEEN SENT AWAY DUE TO ITS VERY POOR QUALITY AND INEDIBLENESS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE BILL, AND POINTING OUT THAT THE REST WAS NOT UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS, THE RUDE GENTLEMAN REPLIED THAT IF WE DIDN'T HAVE THE MONEY FOR DINNER THAT EVENING, WE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER TO STAY AT HOME. DEAR GENTLEMAN, I WAS BORN IN THE RESTAURANT BUSINESS 40 YEARS AGO. MY FRIENDS CAN BUY YOU AND THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT. THE ADVICE I WANT TO GIVE YOU, AND I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU, AS A RESTAURATEUR, I TELL YOU: THE ERA OF IDIOTS IS OVER. SO DON'T MAKE FOOLS OF PEOPLE, AND LEARN HOW TO DO THIS JOB, ESPECIALLY HOW TO ATTEND CUSTOMERS POLITELY. AND TRY TO IMPROVE HYGIENE AND CLEANLINESS. THE BATHROOMS WERE AWFUL. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

09/11/2025: They had added two extra steaks at the price, and when we pointed this out, it almost broke out into a fight. The food was poor, and it's not something to avoid. It should be closed.

17/10/2025: In July, I stopped by to order an almond milk latte, which was served with a decidedly "cheap" amount of syrup, so I never went back.

22/12/2025: I celebrated my graduation party here and was very satisfied. The food was delicious, top-quality, and most importantly, it was served hot. It's a great location for any event. The dining room is a fun place to be. The staff is attentive to all your needs, and Teresa is very welcoming. I highly recommend it.

31/08/2025: We ordered two takeout pizzas and a portion of fries. We had a bit of a wait due to the overwhelming number of delivery orders. Since there wasn't a dining room, we were on the main road during the wait. The fries were well cooked and not greasy, and both pizzas were high quality, tasty, and light. Excellent value. I'll be back.

17/08/2025: The pizza arrived completely burned, in a rush to avoid giving away free pizza. After the 30 minutes, they made up all sorts of excuses like "weather warning," which obviously wasn't true since it was 35 degrees in the shade. It's happened to me more than once. The first time, they told me I was late getting off the boat, which wasn't true because I was outside the boat and it was past the scheduled time. Another time, I got off early, took a video, and everything so there was no excuse that it took me a while to get off. But nothing, they said there was a weather warning, which wasn't true. Frozen pizza is MUCH BETTER, at least they don't make up excuses to sell the pizza. Forget about the 30-minute thing, because in the end, it's just a scam. (I've never eaten a worse pizza.) See you at the supermarket 👋

29/03/2026: The place is not conducive to conviviality and friendship, the staff is inefficient and completely unresponsive to the guests' needs. We ate our sandwich at 10:15 PM and were practically shown the door at 11 PM. The space is cramped, practically impossible to move around. There's VERY LITTLE on the menu; they boast a selection of vegan options but actually have nothing. The fries are inedible!!! The price doesn't match the service, the DJ is indecisive about the music, and the lineup is non-existent!!! An experience not to be repeated!!!

23/03/2026: Unfortunately, the staff's rudeness exceeded all limits. We booked through TheFork for 10:30 PM on Saturday night, but we didn't get seated until 11:20 PM. Once we were seated, the waiter simply changed glasses and cutlery, but left the tablecloth dirty and covered in crumbs from the previous table. We politely asked for a replacement. After ordering sandwiches, we waited until 12:10 AM without receiving anything, as did other tables around us who had ordered even earlier. At that point, we decided to get up and leave. The owner tried to justify himself by saying that the place is busy on Saturdays, but we preferred to leave. The most unpleasant thing was his rather rude conclusion: "You took the water, so you have to pay for it." We therefore also paid €2 for water. We're used to apologizing for poor service and at least trying to make up for it with an appetizer offered while you wait... but apparently it's different here. I'm sorry, but customers should be treated with much more care and kindness. Here, unfortunately, we've only encountered rudeness and a truly severe level of disorganization!

15/03/2026: Last night we had dinner at this restaurant, where the quality and deliciousness of the food are paramount. A special mention goes to the staff, who helped make the dinner wonderful and were ready to satisfy every need. Compliments to the owners, who were very friendly and fully conveyed their passion for this job. Highly recommended!

28/02/2026: The rudeness and arrogance I've never seen before, especially not from the alleged owner. Arrogance even towards the younger children. I sincerely hope that particular person realizes how rude he was (the bald one).
