Beautiful place.. discovered after a jazz evening nearby.. super recommended.. excellent selection of cheeses and cured meats.. but the pepper stew, what can I say "has conquered my heart", go there ❤️

A place suitable for any occasion. Simple menu but with refined combinations. Quality products and dishes with attention to detail. Excellent portions for value for money. Kind owners who convey passion for their work. I highly recommend it and will return as soon as possible.

If you say FOOD FACTORY you say HOME!! Welcoming and warm atmosphere & excellent quality of food, we ordered a house platter which was very abundant (among the various courses I would like to point out an exquisite parmigiana) and two first courses (a pacchero with burrata pesto, pistachio and bacon and a carbonara), all mouth-watering!! We will definitely be back!! :-)

27/11/2023: Posto immerso nel silenzio e nella natura, curatissimo nelle sue parti interne ed esterne. Il locale ristorante dà una bella sensazione di ordine e pulizia, nulla è messo a caso e il design è un buon rustico contemporaneo. Il menù rispecchia profondamente il territorio e ne conserva tutti i sapori: le lumache erano fantastiche (forse mai mangiate così buone) ma il re indiscusso è stato l'agnello dalla cottura ineccepibile. Bravo il sommelier che ci ha raccontato la storia vinicola del territorio. Ci tornerei, questa volta rimanendo a dormire!
15/10/2023: Bellissima location tra vigneti castagni nocciole e verde , appena arrivati si ha la sensazione di pace e relax …..il ristorante humus offre una cucina del territorio con materie prima di altissimo livello, consiglio il loro vino eccezionale che dire una bellissima giornata super consigliato

17/12/2023: Really good food in the heart of the city. Service was excellent and prices were reasonable. Paella was excellent and sea bass was really fresh . Staff were quick to acknowledge a slight error and quickly rectified same. Very professional and helpful.
04/09/2023: There are no words to describe the experience. Super delicious and carefully prepared dishes, super appreciated local wines and a splendid atmosphere, my mother really licked her chops and so did I 😋😋😋. Thanks to all the staff, in particular to the waiter Luca who during all our dinners made us feel pampered and spoiled, never has a 60th birthday gift been more successful than this (the two men who remained at home and who helped take my mother on holiday after more than ten years) 😁😁😁. We'll see again!
