18/05/2025: I give it 1 star bathroom that has the entrance to Naples underground, salami that tastes like a bum my father spent €100 shame on slime food and pesto in the bathroom that will be 3 years old and broken sinks and raw pasta mold on the roofs and cobwebs dirt everywhere

18/05/2025: Basically the food was not good because the pasta with sauce was raw, the red wine was not wine it was vinegar, the salami tasted like a dead animal, the ham had a strange taste and leaving aside the fact that we paid a lot of money, the bathroom was full of cobwebs, a sink without a tap and a lot of mold on the roofs.

02/06/2025: Disappointing experience. The service was unprofessional, the prices were exorbitant compared to the quality of the food, which left much to be desired. The worst was seeing the owner smoking cigarettes inside the restaurant, despite the anti-smoking regulations. On top of that, we paid for 11 people even though there were only 9 of us. I strongly advise against this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience and decent service.

21/06/2025: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE....WE PRACTICALLY ALMOST DONE CHARITY AT THE PLACE....20 EURO PER PERSON MENU...THE ONLY GOOD STARTERS WERE SAVOURY PIZZA AND RAW TOMATO...THE PIZZAS WERE BACK PRACTICALLY IN FULL...THE DRINKS ON THE MENU WERE INCLUDED...BUT WE HAD TO ASK FROM THE FIRST DRINK...THEY WANTED TO MAKE UP FOR IT WITH DESSERT...BUT IT WAS WORSE THAN THE PIZZA.....NEVER AGAIN

15/06/2025: Local with play ground area. The owner very helpful. Traditional cuisine, generous portions and super appetizers! The ideal place for families with small children without giving up good food.

25/05/2025: An experience not to be repeated. Poor service, we arrived at 1pm and from the appetizer to the first course they made us wait 2 hours. Tasteless food, only the second course is good. We spent €55 per person for a cutting board appetizer, a first course and a second course. I strongly advise against it

21/04/2025: BEWARE OF THE RECEIPT SCAM! We were the victim of a real scam by the waiter GIANLUCA of the Casagiove branch (Caserta). The person approached the table showing us the menu for €25 per person or if we preferred "alternatively" we could also have just appetizer and meat. What would you have understood by "alternative"? The waiter hid the receipt of the weight and cut of the meat at the first courses. In the end he will in fact say that "he brought the receipt to the table" Then who cares if it was hidden in the middle of the bread or under the plate. None of us saw it. I don't even want to waste time describing the appetizer. A miserable plate with a counted slice of cold cuts and 1 mozzarella cut into 4 parts. When it came to the bill, the bitter surprise. Bill = €344. Only the meat was about €230. Was this the alternative? According to the CRIMINAL, it was our fault for not having seen the receipt. The problem is that it was not a mistake but a real SCAM because the manager at the cash register did not reprimand the employee by telling him that he had to show us the price and tell us if it was okay before serving the meat.. Absolutely not. In fact, he also hid behind the usual phrase that the receipt for the weight of the meat at the table had been brought. We paid and left because it was a holiday today and I did not want to ruin everyone's day. But if only these idiots and criminals dare to answer me, I will report them for fraud because I still have the receipt and the witnesses of this ORGANIZED SCAM. Always ask to have the receipt clearly displayed and do not make our mistake of trusting these scoundrels. Check the prices of everything you order. But if they continue to scam people I'm sure they will close.

13/04/2025: Excellent pizzas, I think they changed the pizza chef because I received two top pizzas. I'm not a fan of takeaway pizzas for various reasons but tonight I changed my mind. Hot and delicious!

16/06/2025: Location carina e ampia. Servizio cortese ma lento e disorganizzato con alcuni cameriere giovani e non molto professionali. Antipasto non indimenticabile, pizze buone con ottimi ingredienti. Dolci non eccezionali, ingredienti e bevande mancanti rispetto a quanto riportato nel menù non segnalati dal personale di sala, comande sbagliate e tempi di attesa biblici. Prezzi alti rispetto all’esperienza.

09/05/2025: Ottimo locale dove abbiamo passato una tranquilla serata in famiglia e gustato una succulenta cena a base di carne alla brace. Fantastici i dolci alla fine. Ho apprezzato soprattutto i tavoli abbastanza spaziosi e la musica rilassante in sottofondo per niente fastidiosa e la sala molto curata. Da consigliare

19/05/2025: "*1/5 stars - Disappointing experience* RUDE AND RUDE STAFF ESPECIALLY THE OWNERS DO NOT ALLOW FOOD AND WATER AND FURTHERMORE THEY DISCUSS AND THREATEN Let me tell you… I went to the pool and I have to say that it was a truly disappointing experience. The pool was dirty and did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The staff was also very rude and unwilling to answer our questions as well as rude in their responses and with their tone they also tried to send us away because we had brought water with us, Although the entrance fee was reasonable, the quality of the services left much to be desired. I hope that the facility can improve the cleanliness and courtesy of the staff to offer a better experience to future customers. *Advice*: I do not recommend returning to this swimming pool until significant improvements are made."

28/04/2025: Consapevole del fatto che in posti del genere dove l'affluenza e' alta e continua , non ci si potesse aspettare un servizio eccellente , pero' non mi aspettavo che fosse cosi veramente pessimo . Una volta seduti , dopo 10 minuti nessuno si degna ancora di portarci dei menu per vedere cosa ci fosse da poter ordinare , ho dovuto prenderne io uno da solo in uno dei tavoli poco piu avanti al nostro , altri 15 minuti e nessuno si degna di prenderci l'ordinazione , ho dovuto richiamare io l'attenzione di uno dei ragazzi in sala almeno 3 volte , al 4° tentativo uno si decide di venire a prendere il nostro ordine . Ordiniamo una margherita classica ed una provola e pepe a ruota di carro , nell'attesa delle pizze un ruoto fritto misto . Il fritto misto assolutamente pessimo , 4 pezzi di roba , fredda e insignificamente all' inverosimile prezzo di 9,50€ , pura follia vista la qualita' e quantita dello stesso . Pizza provola e pepe poi terrificante , con una quantita di pepe improponibile , avevo la bocca completamente anestetizzata tanto dal pepe che c'era , qualita' dell'impasto troppo gommoso per i miei gusti poi ( e della ruota di carro manco l'ombra per giunta ) . La margherita "sotto" a tratti era troppo bruciata , buona parte l'abbiamo lasciata . Anche per chiedere il conto ho impiegato 4 tentativi con nessuno che si interessa , gente che girovaga per la sala a vuoto , senza prestare alcuna cura ai tavoli e ai clienti ..... Pessimi ......

25/04/2025: Quando andiamo al centro commerciale Campania per noi è tappa fissa da Fratelli La Bufala. Il motivo? Molto semplice... la pizza è buonissima, impasto perfetto e sopratutto il personale è sempre accogliente è disponibile. Il direttore è una persona molto a modo, gentile e simpatico. La location è perfetta sia per chi ha dei bimbi piccoli, come noi, sia per un ritrovo tra amici... noi facciamo entrambe le cose (ci troviamo sempre bene a mangiare lì con i bambini). a presto

22/02/2025: Place located on the second floor of a shopping centre, we tasted an excellent fried starter and then a delicious pizza, with background music from a friendly and capable man at the music console. The only dish that I didn't understand much was the aubergine parmigiana pastry, served in a dark plate with 2 sheets of parmesan cheese, good but the quantity was a little small

11/05/2025: Dopo aver aspettato 30 minuti di fila esterna x poter mangiare la signorina all ingresso ha avuto il coraggio di far passare avanti 2 tavoli perché non eravamo tutti i componenti del tavolo. dopo aver discusso spiegando che certamente nn avremmo ordinato e mangiato in 5 minuti visto la fila che c era ci fa sedere ed ora ovviamente è mezz ora che aspettiamo visto le centinaia di persone che ci sono ( normalmente facciamo presto perché hanno interesse a liberare i tavoli) Come direbbe chicco azione che regole sono? Ma sono del mestiere....

16/04/2025: Appena uscita da questo locale. Ci sono ritornata dopo molti anni e devo dire che è peggiorato di gran lunga. Panini con hamburger insapori , altrettanto la carne al piatto servita con patate che sapevano di olio bruciato. Ristoraziona da rivedere considerando anche i prezzi piuttosto alti . In qualche noto fast food avremmo mangiato meglio e pagato la metà.
