The welcome was warm, and the wait staff pampered us throughout the dinner, with attentive yet never intrusive service. ​The ambiance is exquisite, perfect for a special occasion. ​But the real star is the food. It's immediately clear why it's called "Casa Chef": every dish is a small masterpiece. We started with a seafood appetizer that amazed us with its freshness and originality. For the main course, the food was cooked to perfection, with flavors that blended beautifully. ​The desserts are equally as impressive. ​Rarely do you find places with such customer care and such high quality. Congratulations to all the staff and, of course, the Chef! We'll be back very soon.

11/12/2025: We chose Colle Rajano for our wedding because, a year ago, as mere guests at another event, we were left speechless. The food was divine, the timing was impeccable, and everything was so perfectly synchronized that, despite the 200 guests, every dish arrived at the table at the same time. On that day—which wasn't even our own—we felt pampered like we were in a luxury spa. From there, the choice for our big day was a natural one. When we contacted Raffaele, we immediately knew we were in the right place. On the phone, he seemed like he'd known us forever, and when he welcomed us in person with his warm embrace, we immediately felt at home. He introduced us to the rest of the extraordinary team: Andrea, Chef Giuseppe, our super wedding planner Mariaida, and finally Dario, the reassuring presence who accompanied us throughout the celebration like a sort of "spirit guide" capable of anticipating our every need. We didn't have to think about a thing: they guided us step by step, with a care, precision, and dedication rarely seen. Our wedding was explosive, perfect, without a single flaw. The guests had fun, ate wonderfully, and enjoyed the party with enthusiasm from start to finish. 16/02/2026: I was there with friends on Sunday night for the Napoli game. We had 20 minutes left, and we'd finished dinner, but a member of the restaurant approached us very rudely, saying, "This isn't Snai, we can't let you stay." There were five of us, we had dinner and drinks, and we were "evicted" in a very rude way. I'll never set foot in there again, and with me were many people who used to frequent the place before. But surely, to treat customers like that, you'll have plenty of them 😉 and that won't be a problem for you. P.S.: If you don't want to be treated like Snai, DON'T let them watch the games 😌.

15/02/2026: A Caserta institution, Guggheneim has established itself as a true landmark in the pub/brewery world. The beers are top-notch, and the food has improved significantly over the years. Highly recommended.

02/03/2026: Tavolo3 is a story, not just a restaurant where you can eat, no matter how excellent the food is, and I'm writing about that too. I decided to go there with my friends because Antonio, the owner, besides being undeniably charming, made a courageous choice. As an entrepreneur, I know that success in work, as in life, is the result of the sum of all the decisions we make. He chose to open this beautiful restaurant, because it is also beautiful, in Casal di Principe, which unfortunately, despite the many good people who live there, still doesn't enjoy a good reputation. UNFORTUNATELY. He chose to set up his small business there and not in Aversa, which commercially beats Casale 100 to 1. And he succeeded with honor. The other Antonio, the chef, treated me to the best eggplant parmigiana of my life, served by Nicla, a waitress of rare elegance, discretion, and helpfulness, but never intrusive. Choosing the right staff is crucial to the success of a business, and Antonio, the boss, has also succeeded in this. Courage is a quality I appreciate, beyond the excellent meat and sandwiches we had the pleasure of eating. Keep up the good work, my friends! I hope you continue to enjoy the success you're having and so richly deserve. But without abandoning your homeland, as you have done. We'll be happy to see you again soon.

22/02/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at Il Vecchio Monastero, and overall the experience was positive. The dishes are all very good, prepared with quality ingredients and featuring unique and thoughtful combinations, such as 'nduja and maruzze, shrimp and truffle, mussels and chili peppers: original combinations that manage to surprise without being overbearing. You can sense a desire to innovate while respecting flavor. The service is friendly, attentive, and helpful, making guests feel at ease. One note regarding the layout: the restaurant is located in a modern building, so it has nothing to do with the feel of an old monastery. The dining room could also use some updating, as the current table layout creates an unpleasant and less intimate atmosphere than one would expect. Overall, however, it remains a restaurant I recommend for the quality of its cuisine and the courtesy of its staff.
