25/05/2025: This morning we went to Polaccheria for breakfast and unfortunately the experience was very negative. We found hairs in both the coffee and the water, an episode that, although rare, can happen. What really struck us negatively was the total lack of reaction from the staff. After having reported the incident to both the bartenders and the manager, no one even deigned to apologize or comment on the situation. An attitude of total indifference that denotes poor professionalism and lack of respect towards customers. Zero empathy, zero interest in the inconvenience caused to customers, as if we were completely invisible. A behavior that betrays a mentality that is not oriented towards service and respect for people. We would have expected at least a sincere apology. Instead we were shocked by the silence and the apparent carelessness shown. Hygiene and customer care should be absolute priorities in a bar. Unfortunately this experience will not encourage us to return. *In response to your reply: I would like to point out that the apology NEVER arrived, neither when we reported the incident nor at the time of payment at the cash register. The attitude shown by all the staff was one of total indifference. If you really feel "embarrassed" by what happened, this embarrassment was not even slightly evident in your behavior. It is curious how the apology is arriving only now, publicly, after a review. A professional attitude would have required immediate and spontaneous apologies, not justifications after the fact. Professionalism is demonstrated in times of need, not in superficial responses on social media. I confirm: this experience will not encourage us to return.

10/06/2025: We had the pleasure of celebrating our son's baptism in this location and, overall, our experience was very positive. The food was excellent and the service impeccable. The staff, of all ages, showed great preparation and professionalism. A special thanks goes to Emanuela and Samuele, the waiters who made our day even more special, always ready to satisfy every request with kindness and attention. However, there are some aspects that, if improved, could make the experience even more enjoyable. First of all, the structure does not have an internal parking lot, which forces guests to cross a rather busy and unsafe road to reach their car. This could be problematic, especially for those with small children or for people with mobility difficulties. Furthermore, the bathrooms were a bit under pressure during the event, as there were too few for a large number of people, with inevitable queues. Another small note concerns the entertainment. Although the children had fun, we felt that at times the entertainment was not sufficiently present, leaving our children a bit alone for long periods. In general, however, we are satisfied and recommend the location, with the hope that these small improvements can be taken into consideration to make the experience even more perfect. 16/06/2025: Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting the Il Cortile di Caserta restaurant to celebrate the first communion of a dear friend's son. The restaurant presents itself as a true oasis of elegance, where every detail is taken care of with taste and attention. The location is truly fascinating and manages to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The lunch, based on fish, was a true triumph of flavors. Each dish was prepared with care and dedication, satisfying even the most demanding palates. I would also like to offer my heartfelt compliments to Rosa who welcomed us with professionalism, kindness and elegance, making our experience truly memorable. Rosa was attentive to our every need, accompanying us with discretion throughout the lunch. I am sure that in the future I will choose this wonderful restaurant again for other occasions. Absolutely recommended.

It is rare to find such high quality, both in the product and in the way the customer is treated. Well done!"

21/04/2025: Unprofessional. Terrible service. We order meat for Easter Monday and only at 7.30pm on Saturday (i.e. the day before Easter) do they warn us that all the kebabs are missing. Plus, the meat delivered was much less than what was ordered. Needless to say, not all of us had the chance to eat.. The meat is objectively excellent, but the incorrectness was equally objective.
