04/09/2025: I'm Giuseppe, Rapmiusic's brother. I read your response and unfortunately, I can't keep quiet about the human pettiness you demonstrated with that response and at the hotel with your staff. 1: You send restaurant guests to the garden, not hotel guests, who have the right to relax and not wait for guests to leave to rest. 2: Were the children crying? It happened a few times, and we polite people immediately remedied the situation by taking them out (we weren't forced to do it, they're a year old each, it can happen). How petty... 3: Breakfast. Perhaps the photos of other customers were taken specifically to advertise that they were recommended by her, because we had two cakes that were old from the day before. 4: The smart box was paid for. In fact, they gave them to us for free at a cost of €110, but even if it cost €10, to stay there on the portal, she obviously needs those customers given the quality and humanity she offers. In fact, all the customers we met, those 4 or 5 who were staying in the hotel, had used the box because, let's be clear, in a place like that, you either come for €0 or you don't come at all. 5: The extra services in the spa (if you want to call it that) and the pool, like the restaurant. I spent €200 extra in one day, and I can say I threw them away given the quality, especially of the restaurant. I would like to give you some advice but I would have to give too much, change your job because this is the wrong thing to do.

28/08/2025: As for the B&B, the property is dated and could be improved in every way. There's no parking, so you have to find a spot on the street. There's no elevator or disabled access. The rooms are really dated. Air conditioning is an extra cost (€6 per day), and you're almost forced to use it because, being in nature with the windows open, you're sure to encounter some animals. The pool also has an extra cost (€10 per person per day, €8 if you stay half a day). Besides the several steps to get to it (which can be problematic if you have a disabled person or a baby with a stroller), it's very small and freezing. But it would be fine if it weren't for the fact that there are several dead bees inside, which shouldn't happen, especially if the pool service isn't included in the stay but is paid for. As for the wellness center, I have no idea, since they charged €70 per couple for an hour and a half in the spa. The breakfast is poor, but that's standard for small hotels. And since the restaurant is full in the evenings, if you want to relax and chat, it's impossible because people, rightly, stay outside after dinner, even in the area that's supposed to be reserved for B&B guests. The real sore point, however, is the friendliness—not so much in what they say but how they say it. It almost seemed like they were doing you a favor for whatever you asked for, even if they were supposed to make money. The village is very pretty and clean, but there's nothing special. As for the restaurant, the prices are average, and the food we ordered was good.

12/07/2025: I BELIEVE I'VE ALREADY BEEN TO THIS FARMHOUSE IN SANTA AGATA DEI GOTI THREE TIMES IN ALL, AND I LOVE THE LOCATION IN ITSELF, BUT ALL THE MORE REASONABLY, IF I ACTUALLY GO HERE TO THIS PLACE, A STOP AT AGRITURISMO CINELLI IS A MUST. IT'S A FAMILY-FRIENDLY LOCATION, LOCATED IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE SURROUNDED BY HUGE GREEN LAND WITH A PLAY AREA FOR CHILDREN. THE LOCATION IS SIMPLE, BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE. THE EAT IS ALMOST EVERYTHING LOCAL AND EVERYTHING IS HOME-MADE, FROM THE APPETIZER TO THE DESSERT, SIDE DISHES, AND FIRST COURSE. PREFERABLY, THE ENTIRE MENU IS MADE ONLY OF MEATS, BUT THE REST WAS TO BE EXPECTED GIVEN WHERE WE ARE. WE'LL FIND IT, BUT I RECOMMEND IT. IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA, I RECOMMEND RESERVING, BUT IT'S OK. 02/06/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di partecipare come ospite a un pranzo di famiglia in questo agriturismo, dove avevo già pranzato in passato. La gentilezza, la pulizia e la tranquillità sono rimaste invariate. Tuttavia, ho notato un cambiamento nelle pietanze, che sembrano essere diminuite sia in quantità che in qualità. La cucina tradizionale e saporita ha ceduto il passo a piatti di tendenza più recente. Con un costo di 35 euro a persona, ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più, sia in termini di quantità che di qualità.

06/10/2025: Today my family and I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, where courtesy, refinement, and quality food reign supreme. We were greeted warmly by the staff and Francesco, who served us. Highly recommended. We'll be back soon to enjoy other delicacies.

12/11/2025: The wait staff was welcoming, friendly, and quick. The atmosphere was warm, like a true Italian trattoria. The Margherita pizza was excellent. The arugula and parmesan shavings were excellent. Less flour in the veal cutlet would have been better. The sautéed broccoli could have been better, but perhaps that was because it was Tuesday. The desserts were sold out, and that will be a reason to return. The Aglianico in a jug was delicious.

24/10/2025: The pizza was delicious and the waiters were exquisite, the only flaw was the waitress who was a bit rude and said "I have to bring you more stuff" but otherwise it was perfect.

29/10/2025: A beautiful family-run farmhouse surrounded by greenery. We arrived on Friday evening and enjoyed dinner, breakfast, and lunch on Saturday. We loved it so much that we stayed an extra night. The cleanliness was exceptional, the food authentic, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Highly recommended! The fireplace is always lit, enhancing the atmosphere and making you feel truly at home!

29/09/2025: I gave one star not for the food, which I must say is excellent, but because they aren't honest with their prices. Let me explain: Lasagna €8 Fresh pasta with broccoli €8 Roast lamb €8 Chicken leg €8 Cooking charge €1.50 for two Wine 50cl €2.50 Water €2.50 TOTAL €40, but we paid €50 with just one joke. The owner is a sly one. (Math is not my opinion) We later added a glass of tiramisu, which I deduce now costs €10. I strongly advise you to raise the prices, but not to fool people. We were sitting in front of the entrance just to remind you who we are.

16/10/2025: In the age of remote check-ins, finding the warmth of a genuine welcome is truly priceless. This is how Giovanna welcomed us one September evening, when we were on our motorcycle trip a few kilometers from Faicchio and began searching for a place to stop before setting off the following day. With over 200 kilometers under our belt, we were quite desperate after a dozen phone calls from various establishments, all of which told us they had no rooms available without prior notice… Then Giovanna's kind voice said, “If you give me 15 minutes, I'll come and prepare the room for you.” We discovered the farmhouse in the woods and immediately asked to stay at least two nights… which then became four because we never wanted to leave this quiet and welcoming corner of paradise. On Sunday, we even had the chance to sample Giovanna's delicacies… absolutely worth trying! But the hostess's hospitality goes much further, because due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to leave our motorcycle with her and return by train. Needless to say... Giovanna accompanied us to the station and came back to pick us up today when we finally managed to return to pick up our motorized steed. We discovered our favorite place and also a new friend who embodies the essence of hospitality. Here, you can feel kindness in every detail. And since words can't fully describe such beauty... I recommend you do as good old Thomas did ;-)

13/11/2025: I had high expectations after reading the many positive reviews, but unfortunately, they didn't live up to expectations. The fried food wasn't very well done, too soaked in oil, and the fries weren't crispy. The sore point, however, was the pizzas. They looked great when they first arrived, but after less than 3 minutes, as soon as they reached a normal temperature, they became hard, like toast. Everyone at our table noticed this, and there were 20 of us! I can and will assume it was a somewhat problematic evening, and we'll try again. Even more so, because even though there weren't many people, we waited about an hour for our pizzas. This time, I was disappointed.
