The atmosphere, the attention to detail, the mastery that can be seen in the preparation of the Chef's incredible dishes, the wisdom and preparation of the Sommelier, the attention of the dining room maitre are just some of the elements that make this place unique. It is not just a restaurant, but rather an all-round experience that I recommend everyone to live.

12/02/2025: Satisfying gastronomic experience in the beautiful Locanda Radici restaurant in Melizzano (BN), the location itself is enchanting where outside you can admire the breathtaking and enveloping panorama of the Sannio and inside the theme of the Roots is found by white roots that give a sense of territoriality but at the same time of modernity. Chef Angelo D'Amico has great balance and taste, revisiting tradition with class but without losing sight of the function of essence and taste, making each ingredient participate in the gustatory experience and evoking flavors that give to the memory the emotion of the authentic that comes from the past and the territory. Not least is the skill of Giuseppe D'Amico who advised me on the right pairing with attention to the roots of the territory, focusing on the Mustilli cellars of Sant'Agata de Goti not far from the restaurant. The service is very attentive and attentive, I felt like I was entering a bubble where time stops and you can pamper yourself.

10/03/2025: Fantastic place in Benevento. The owner is a hoot, I could have stayed hours and hours listening to him, he talked about his family, memories with his parents and also explained the traditions of Benevento through the dishes. The food is nothing to say, the portions are very generous and it is all very good. I give 4 stars only for the waiter, she should learn to smile a little more and be as kind as the owner.

05/03/2025: Although my journey was adapted to particular needs (no gluten, no dairy products, no sugar, no nightshades), the experience was fun and very enjoyable. Special thanks therefore go to all the staff who welcomed and satisfied my requests. The monkfish is, hands down, the dish that moved me the most: perfect in consistency and in the play of acidity, smokiness and flavor. I found, in general, everything extremely balanced and without unnecessary virtuosity. I appreciated the simplicity of the final taste, the result of processes that were anything but simple. The only observation I can make as a restaurateur is that perhaps I would have managed the final moment dedicated to desserts better. Since the latter was excluded from my itinerary (but not from the final bill), a little attention at the discretion of the staff/owner would have been very welcome.

10/03/2025: Located in the center of Pietralcina, there is the trattoria C' era una volta, a rustic place just the way I like it, made of very characteristic stone and wood. Inside you can visit a cellar with typical wines and local products. Excellent food, I advise you to ask for the menu and wine list which will be given to you easily. Fast service and friendly staff

02/03/2025: Sono stata in questo locale sabato sera con il mio ragazzo ..il cibo è stato tutto ottimo dagli antipasti ai primi (ci siamo fermati perché le porzioni erano belle abbondanti) . La gentilezza e simpatia del personale è un tocco in più . Il locale molto caratteristico con cantina (ambiente bellissimo) . Peperone imbottito scomposto super!

09/02/2025: A fixed point in your Saturday shopping, historic bakery in the Telesina Valley which offers many products, from sweet to savory, from taralli to various types of bread. Excellent people, capable, hard workers. What to recommend? Everything, in particular the bread with yellow flour (reserve it if you need it), the taralli and the pizza by the slice. And don't worry if there is a few minutes to wait for the many customers, if there are, it means that the products are good, continuously prepared and always fresh.

26/01/2025: Last night I went to this pizzeria with some friends and it was a really bad experience, not to be recommended to anyone. As soon as we arrived, the waitresses rushed us right away: they asked us to order as soon as they took the menu and, even though we said we needed more time, they came back every 30 seconds insisting, for at least 10 minutes. We were practically forced to choose a pizza quickly to avoid further pressure. When the pizza arrived, one of us went to the bathroom, and we noticed the waitresses pointing to the empty seat and laughing as they talked to each other. This behavior was really rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, in front of the customers they fixed their hair using gel with their hands with which they then carried the dishes. Hygiene was completely absent: the bathroom was dirty, with a cleaner in pitiful condition. The staff were rude throughout the evening, making jokes like "good thing you were hungry" and clearly making fun of us. On social media the place seems perfect, but the reality is very different. I absolutely do not recommend this pizzeria: zero hygiene, rude staff and an experience to forget. Final conclusions RESTAURANT DIRTY ZERO CLEANING IT SMELLS IN THE ROOM RUDE WAITER RUDENESS It feels like a place for problematic people

25/01/2025: esperienza terribile…personale scortese al massimo e per niente professionale. le cameriere per tutta la serata ci hanno prese in giro facendo battute inopportune e facendoci sentire a disagio…per poco non ce ne siamo andate. zero accortezza per quanto riguarda pulizia e igiene, la cameriera continuava ad aggiustarsi i capelli in sala e per non parlare dello chef che mi ha servito la pizza senza glutine con gli stessi guanti con i quali ha servito le altre pizze. Non lo consiglierei a nessuno, esperienza pessima…nonostante sia una delle poche pizzerie a proporre il gluten-free non ci tornerò più.

01/03/2025: All very good! Excellent pizza, perfect combinations and very light Neapolitan dough. Location a mix between modern and rustic. Absolutely normal prices with high quality ingredients! I was very amazed by the artisan desserts! There were so many of them and they were reinterpretations of famous desserts such as bounty or snikers! The only flaws we could say are that the parking lot is not very large and the menu is a little too large
