24/08/2024: I highly recommend coming here. I came here with my best friend for dinner by chance and we had a great time. Chef Antonio is kind, helpful and makes you feel at home. We ordered the starter and two pasta dishes, pappardelle with wild boar and agnolotti stuffed with ricotta and wild boar ragout, I assure you they are delicious. I, who don't like pasta and sauce, ate my entire portion and finished half my friend's portion because he was already full and I even got a bite out of both dishes! I highly recommend it. And especially one thing... it's perfectly clean and someone who is sick with cleaning tells you this.

22/08/2024: Just like my nonna’s kitchen. The chef, Antonio, is so kind. everything here is made from scratch, the pasta, the sauce, the wine the bread! it was truly a traditional Italian kitchen. I can’t wait to come back, I’ve travelled all over Italy this past month, and this is the best meal that I had. a true gem if you’re looking for authentic and quality Italian food!

22/06/2024: We tried the "Radici" tasting menu, the best dishes being the crispy egg and puffed ricotta, the risotto however was a little too savory. Raw materials at zero or almost zero km. Excellent wine pairing. Careful service. Satisfying experience but with some small notes: the outdoor space where we dined lacked a hint of atmosphere and at the end of dinner we couldn't thank the Chef because he left early. We will thank him next time.

14/05/2024: BEST RESTAURANT IN THE PROVINCE OF BENEVENTO! Sublime food, with local ingredients and which perfectly reflect the soul of Sannio. Excellent service, with attention to detail and customer needs. Excellent selection of wines and perfect pairings in the tasting menus. Welcoming and refined environment.

18/08/2024: My family and I ate lunch at "Il posto". Peaceful and quiet environment, perfect service and very friendly and helpful staff. As for lunch, we didn't really like the mixed fried meat due to the batter, but the first course was delicious. We ordered the gnocchi, fettuccine and lasagna, all really excellent. We didn't take the second courses, but went straight to the desserts which were also very good. We recommend the typical witch dessert and the three chocolates. We approve!! :)

01/08/2024: The summary is: an experience above expectations. Expectations which were already high, given the type of place and the dishes offered. Starting from the setting: sufficiently intimate, good separation of tables, beautiful, modern and creative furnishings. What you would call "a nice restaurant". We opted for the larger gourmet menu and were not disappointed: a journey through flavors and textures, with the use of excellent raw materials, decidedly satisfying and very well presented. The wine list was well-stocked and balanced, and the excellent advice from the knowledgeable sommelier was well appreciated. It has all the makings of an excellent gourmet restaurant, in an area that is decidedly not dense with this type of restaurant. I really appreciated chef Gabriele Piscitelli's interest in our experience at the end of the evening, demonstrating that cooking can be about inspiration and creativity, but must first and foremost please those sitting at the table. Compliments. Being in the historic center, coming by car it is not possible to park near the restaurant, but less than 50 meters away there are two convenient municipal car parks available. Prices in line with the type of venue. Without a doubt recommended.

24/07/2024: Dined here with some friends and had an amazing experience. There are many very special personal touches from the chef and his life seen through the music, plating, decor, and of course food. I loved the dishes that were inspired by the memories of his childhood. The service is excellent. There is an open kitchen and I can see the chefs are very dedicated and passionate about their work. Wait staff is so nice and attentive. I forgot my purse in the restroom and they were so nice to stay open later and meet me so I can retrieve it!

23/07/2024: Locale accogliente, minimal, con ampia cantina. Personale impeccabile, educato, gentile, informale ma professionale. I pochi tavoli permettono loro di seguire i clienti alla perfezione. Unico menù “ Mister Brown” spettacolare con innumerevoli portate in sequenza veloce ma non eccessiva. La prima parte snack da mangiare con le mani, poi i secondi di carne e pesce, poi i primi e infine il dolce e la piccola pasticceria. Tutte le portate molto particolari, con un impiattamento originale, ingredienti gustosi e abbinamenti stravaganti.

30/06/2024: A very pleasant discovery, I start by congratulating the two sisters and owners of the place who in a revisited way are carrying on a family tradition, they work with passion and professionalism and all this as soon as you enter is immediately transmitted to the customer, kindness and professionalism are not lacking certainly ! We started with a cutting board and an unbuttoned pepper (a reinterpretation of the typical stuffed pepper from Benevento) which is truly excellent, we then continued with two Ciunnazzalle ciunnazze and harmony. Harmony has entered our hearts truly top, I can't wait to go back!

07/08/2024: Delightful place. I visited this place during one of the many very hot days of this period (August 2024) and I was amazed. The dishes are traditional: simple, authentic, without frills and with a spectacular flavour. The outdoor terrace enjoys a beautiful view of the mountains and the service is attentive and attentive. If you are looking for an elegant and gourmet place, this tavern is probably not for you, but if like me you prefer the flavors of the past, the recipes of our grandmothers and 0 km ingredients, you absolutely cannot miss this stop. Since there were three of us, we had the opportunity to taste various dishes including beans with tripe, chop with mutton, meatballs and gnocchi with mushrooms: all exceptional. The value for money is also excellent. I went there with a dog and I didn't have any problems with him either. Will I go back? Absolutely yes!
