Starting from the welcome (the chef welcomes us directly) and the atmosphere of the place (modern, very refined and sober), for dinner we opt for two differentiated tasting menus. The quality of the dishes is remarkable, the chef's passion shines through in his creations, which was then confirmed when we had the opportunity to have a "chat" together. The cost is in line with the quality and presentation of the dishes, what you would expect from a "gourmet" restaurant, which almost sets foot in a starred one. It is a few kilometers away from large population centers (and this is not necessarily a bad thing), the possibility of parking the car inside the structure is very convenient, thanks to the large space available. A partire dall'accoglienza (ci accoglie direttamente lo chef) e l'atmosfera del locale (moderna, molto curata e sobria), per la cena optiamo per due menù degustazione differenziati. La qualità dei piatti è notevole, la passione dello chef traspare nelle sue creazioni, poi confermata quando abbiamo avuto modo di scambiare "quattro chiacchiere" insieme. Il costo è allineato alla qualità e presentazione dei piatti, quello che ci si aspetterebbe da un ristorante "gourmet", che quasi mette piede in uno stellato. E' qualche chilometro distante dai grandi centri abitati (e non è necessariamente una cosa negativa), molto comoda la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto all'interno della struttura, grazie all'ampio spazio disponibile. Raccomandato.

Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato è stato eccezionale. Buonissimo il coniglio alla cacciatora e l’uovo croccante! Prezzi giusti per la qualità del prodotto. Consigliatissimo, ci torneremo sicuramente
