Great care is taken in sourcing the ingredients.
Nothing too elaborate, and the menu is rich with what you'd expect in the mountains: mushrooms, truffles, ragù...
The service is impeccable.
Very popular.
It's always best to book in advance.
The dining room is spectacular.
I recommend seats near the windows.
Small tables are ideal for couples, and the view of the plain is very relaxing.

25/03/2026: A lovely inn, good food, worth a stop if you do! Excellent mozzarella and potato fritters: melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Outdoor seating, a few rides for kids, and nice and cool in the summer.
