07/03/2026: In an early 19th-century building, you dine in the cellars of the building, amidst vaulted ceilings and exposed stone walls. Everything is beautiful and evocative! The owner, Francesco, is incredibly charming.

27/02/2026: An aesthetically pleasing restaurant in an old historic building, good table service, and good wine—and that's where the positives end. Upon arrival, the owner takes you on a cloying, self-congratulatory tour of the restaurant and his family's history, repeating the same litany to everyone. The food is average, even worse: overcooked macaroni, bland suckling pig, and tough mashed potatoes... decent appetizers... you can eat real Irpinia cuisine elsewhere. There are no menus, and the owner does everything verbally. The restaurant is not wheelchair accessible. Nice place, but not at all welcoming. Prices are average.

The service is discreet and never intrusive. My compliments, truly. All the positive reviews I've read are well-deserved. I recommend the Anthemis amaro after your meal.

26/11/2025: Today at lunch, this lovely restaurant located in a hotel pleasantly surprised me. The dish I ate was delicious, grilled milk-fed lamb, the tasting of the oil they produce locally, and the dried fruit to finish. I felt pampered by Stefano and his assistant, who were punctual with their service and good at recommending food. The fireplace did the rest. Excellent value for money.

The vegetarian sandwich, which I've always had, didn't taste very appetizing, and the fried food arrived so oily that you could squeeze it out. The sandwich was so-so, the fried food inedible! You can taste the top-quality ingredients and the combinations are perfectly crafted. ​Service and Staff: I was impressed by the speed of service, ideal even for those who don't want long waits. The staff is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional, which isn't always a given. ​Bill: The price is absolutely average, perfect for the quality and experience offered. ​In short: you eat very well, you spend the right amount, and you're greeted with a smile. Highly recommended!

03/11/2025: A very welcoming place. We were there yesterday. Antonio welcomed us and made us feel at home. The food is all locally sourced, delicious and plentiful, and the service is excellent. The only flaw is the dim lighting, but otherwise, we can't wait to return.

25/10/2025: We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. There's no menu, but they present options and let you choose your meat. We had a wide selection of antipasti with various vegetables, cheeses, and high-quality cured meats. Then we had a T-bone steak cooked over a wood fire with a salad. Again, very tasty meat. Tiramisu, delicious wine. And the people are friendly!

Each course was tasty, balanced, and beautifully presented. The welcome was impeccable: the staff were kind, attentive, and always available, making guests feel truly at ease. A place that combines authenticity and professionalism. Highly recommended!

18/04/2026: A delightful place. Nestled in a stunning natural setting, peace, tranquility, and serenity are within reach. Hiking opportunities through characteristic landscapes offer an immersive experience of contact with nature and animals, including goats, sheep, and docile horses. The establishment offers a remarkable set menu, offering excellent value. The ravioli with cream of mushrooms and truffles is highly recommended—a dish I'll never forget. Not to mention the tiramisu, the icing on the cake of a mystical journey of flavors. Alas, the only downside was the "grigliata," a single slice of roast pork. It wasn't bad, mind you, but it didn't match the high quality of the other dishes, but overall, it wasn't bad. I highly recommend this experience.

08/03/2026: I've been meaning to go to La Molara Restaurant for a while, and I finally did. The experience exceeded all expectations. The flavors are authentic, expressing the local area without artifice, with a cuisine that focuses on quality ingredients and attention to detail. The staff is kind and welcoming, instantly putting you at ease and accompanying your meal with professionalism and warmth. The food is simply superb: well-executed dishes, generous portions, and a perfect balance between tradition and contemporary flavors. I'll also add a personal detail: La Molara is one of those places that makes you want to return, because it combines good food, a sincere atmosphere, and a sense of authenticity that is increasingly rare these days.

22/02/2026: If I wanted to emphasize yesterday's evening, it would have been 1 star and highly discouraged, but that's not the case and it wouldn't be true. Out of three visits, two were good, but yesterday was a complete disaster. You can have excellent products, good service, and excellent staff, but timing is as crucial as everything else. After two hours, a table of three people with a little girl telling you, "Bring me what you want, I'm hungry," we had to wait a bit longer. We appreciated the apology and the discount when we decided to leave and not wait any longer. We returned and it fully recovered in every way. Time, products, quality We had a wonderful time and it's definitely among the most recommended in the area. I'll leave the first part out to make it clear.

16/02/2026: Good meat, nice atmosphere, but the dining room is filled with fumes from the cooked meat. The cuts of meat are very good, the sandwiches could be better prepared, and some prices need to be reconsidered, which discourages ordering. Otherwise, the food is good.
