20/11/2025: We went for a private 50th birthday party. The place was truly welcoming in its decor and atmosphere. Delicious food and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

11/11/2025: Parking is twenty meters away. The wooden atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Impeccable and fast service. Varied menu. Excellent pizza. I'll be back for the meat.

15/12/2025: Excellent pub, clean, organized on multiple levels, with ample parking in front. Excellent service, friendly and professional waiter. Top-notch sandwiches, high-quality ingredients. They also offer the option of ordering almost all the sandwiches on the menu gluten-free, a quality that is evident here as well. The desserts and beers are also excellent. I would recommend adding desserts for gluten-free and lactose-free customers. The best in the area. Prices are a bit high.

24/08/2025: Everything was good at fair prices. The pizza was very light and didn't weigh us down. The staff was friendly and courteous, especially the lady who served us. We'll definitely be back.

21/09/2025: Terrible service, rude staff except for one girl with glasses who was professional. We waited over an hour for fried food that never arrived, despite constant requests. Undercooked pizzas, terrible gluten-free pizza dough. The bill was steep for the quality. We won't be returning.

21/09/2025: My experience at this pizzeria was unfortunately less than satisfactory. The wait was very long (40 minutes just to get our order taken), and even after ordering, we waited in vain for a fried pizza (they usually recommend ordering it to shorten the wait for the pizza), which never arrived. The waiters and the owner/manager continued to give reasons for the delay that were both embarrassing and conflicting. After sitting for an hour and feeling hungry, we asked for the pizzas to be brought to us at least, which arrived after another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the quality of the pizzas didn't make up for the wait: rubbery, undercooked, and with poor-quality ingredients (be careful with the Golosona pizza, which is appalling, and the gluten-free pizza dough). Overall, the quality is far below expectations. Furthermore, the staff showed little attention to addressing the issues that arose, continually blaming the various departments (frying/waiters) without offering an adequate solution. When we asked for the bill directly from the owner/manager, we were told the amount due without a summary of what had been served at the table. The result? When the receipt was issued, we discovered we had paid for another table, obviously more expensive, albeit by just a few euros. We were refunded the difference, and no apology was received for either the terrible experience or the mistake, which speaks volumes about the management and the importance they place on the people who choose them over so many other pizzerias. What I had hoped would be a pleasant evening turned into a disappointment.

04/01/2026: Excellent food, unsatisfactory service because water bottles were always empty, food was delivered to the table and placed in places where there were no people, wine ordered but never arrived and above all the waiter with long hair was very gruff and unsuitable for the chosen environment.

01/09/2025: A small bar in the center of Grottaminarda. Delicious artisanal ice cream at this bar, which I assume is family-run. The lady was kind and courteous, and the glass she served the drink in was also beautiful!

13/01/2026: If you're celiac, don't go. I called to reserve a table, and they assured me they did gluten-free food. I arrived to order, and the only gluten-free option was gnocchi, which I don't like. I ordered a second course... just meat; everything else was at risk of contamination. They offered baked potatoes and salad as sides, since they didn't have any vegetables and couldn't fry the potatoes because they didn't have a separate fryer. I asked for at least some bread to go with the meat; they brought me two slices, and when I asked for more, they told me they'd run out. I didn't even ask for dessert, but I don't think there were any because the waitresses didn't even offer them, nor did they offer coffee. The others had a full Sunday lunch, while I only had a burger and then had to eat again once I got home. Terrible experience. Never again. When you say you're gluten-free, make sure you can actually do so, because I'd love to see how you'd feel at a lunch out where everyone can eat except you.

22/12/2025: I visited this restaurant for a business lunch and the experience definitely lived up to expectations. The service was impeccable, attentive, and professional, making it ideal for business settings. The seafood dishes were fresh and beautifully flavored, from the appetizer to the main course. Special thanks to Maria, the dining room manager, for her helpfulness, organization, and courtesy throughout the service. I highly recommend this place for both professional occasions and a quality lunch.

21/09/2025: I had dinner with my husband and daughter at this restaurant. The food was average. But what horrified me was the lack of professionalism. At the end of the meal, the head waiter sent a waitress to ask if we should have dessert, because otherwise we would have to move to another table because ours was being used to extend the table of some of their friends. This was shameful and unprofessional behavior from the head waiter, who didn't have the courage to come personally, continuing to drink wine at another table of friends, thinking he was dealing with idiots. If a restaurant treats its customers in different ways, it's truly untrustworthy. I strongly advise against this place because when professionalism and politeness aren't the same for everyone but are reserved only for friends, it means the place isn't worth frequenting. I advise the owner to investigate this behavior and change it as soon as possible. If you're not friends, stay away from this place.

08/09/2025: We found a table on a Saturday evening around 10:15 PM, with no reservation required. Friendly service staff. Reasonable prices (€35 for two people, two pizzas, two croquettes, and a 75cl craft beer). The Margherita pizza was excellent. The croquettes could be improved.

28/11/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant for the first time today, and I must say it was a surprise—one you weren't expecting and that lingers like a delicious aroma. The atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, but it's the owner who truly breathes life into the place: extremely kind, attentive, one of those people who doesn't just bring you the food, but also tells you about the passion he puts into it. He showed us and offered us a homemade panettone he made with sourdough: it wasn't a dessert, it was a gesture of love. Sublime, profound, almost poetic in its flavor. The appetizer: delicate, harmonious, an elegant way to start. The seafood scialatielli: just right, balanced, with the fresh fish speaking to you without the need for frills. And the fried fish... a small work of art. Light, clean, the kind that only those who truly know how to cook can make: crunchy, never heavy, a caress of the sea on your plate. Here you don't just eat: you can sense the hard work, the passion, and the love for cooking. The price is very fair for what you get: quality, attention, and a surprising experience. Highly recommended. A place I'll gladly return to.

16/09/2025: We can only confirm all the positive reviews: the owners were kind, helpful, and very polite. We ate delicious buffalo mozzarella and meat served on soapstone, and many other delicious dishes. The porch and garden were beautiful. Highly recommended.

16/10/2025: This is family run cafe in the provincial town of Calitri in Campania. If you want the authentic local pastries, a good espresso, macchiato or cappuccino then this is the place. And you will meet the locals, especially on Thursdays, market day.
