21/04/2025: Situato nel centro storico di nusco il locale si presenta bene, il personale è stato gentile ma per quanto riguarda i piatti non sono stati di mio gradimento. Vorrei suggerire al cuoco di assaggiare le varie pietanze prima di metterle nel piatto poiché bastava poco per renderle più appetibili, nei primi piatti ci voleva il sale mentre la frittura di pesce era cruda e l' intervallo di tempo tra antipasto e primo è stato più di un' ora. Mi dispiace scrivere cose negative ma dovete cercare di migliorare la vostra cucina.

02/06/2025: The pizza is very good, you can feel that the ingredients used are all fresh... the thing I liked most is that I love yellow sauce in this pizzeria I found several pizzas with the same one so compliments for this thing. The price is also adequate for the location of the pizzeria which is in the old part of the city.

01/06/2025: As an Avellinese for some time now instead of going out to eat pizza I decided to go around a bit to the pizzerias in Avellino and this week I decided to go to Lievitum. I'll immediately express what I think, the fried food is not bad but you have to take large portions of fried food because the smaller pieces are not there but if you want you can share the portion with whoever is at the table, the pizza is nice aesthetically but at the first bite I already felt that strong yeast flavor that made me feel sick in fact I stayed because I couldn't do it as far as the service is concerned we were in the outside room and a very kind boy served us together with a girl who was also kind. And what can I say in Avellino for now I have only found one pizzeria that in my opinion knows how to do it then it's a matter of taste. Saturday I'll go to another pizzeria and we'll see. Good work and for me less yeast and maybe one day I'll go back, and then a little more cooked.

20/02/2025: We had lunch in front of the bar counter and in front of the entrance, which, although screened by a screen, was always open because in the dining room, where we should have been, there was a party and the guests used to go out to smoke or something... It would have been appropriate to decline our reservation ... The cost of a boiled artichoke, 15.00 euros, is excessive....

11/05/2025: The pizzeria restaurant "La waterfall" is located not far from the historic center of Casalbore. It has a large room with a beautiful panoramic terrace and several outdoor tables, useful in summer and for smokers. The atmosphere of the place is a bit vintage, in eighties style; the service was courteous and fast. The pizza is very tasty, especially the option with bacon; the dough is light, with a crunchy edge and generous filling of ingredients. For the second course we opted for fish, a surprising mixed grill and an excellent prawn cocktail. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous.

26/04/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse surrounded by greenery with a local friend, we were really impressed by the authenticity of the products and the variety of dishes offered. The starters, first courses and second courses were excellent and plentiful. Congratulations to the owners who welcome and advise guests in their choices. Congratulations, we will definitely be back!

10/02/2025: The point I have to make is regarding some products in the sense that I expected them to be produced by the restaurant itself but it didn't seem like that to me... like the wine... it's not local it's an Aglianico Iorio from Benevento... The catch seems to be on the menu of the day or fixed menu... which leaves you a little disappointed as the cuisine is simple but good, the appetizer is a complete meal. The road to reach it is a bit bumpy. The receipt was not issued and furthermore we were not able to pay by debit card in 2025!!! 😱What if someone arrives without liquids? I give ⭐⭐⭐ for what was mentioned above and also because I paid too much for a sample of starters, two samples of first courses, we are talking about three ravioli per dish and ten orecchiette per dish, not complete dishes.. you can see in the photos and a Central CUT + a dessert each.. €40 per person 😱 Error? Or on purpose! The fact is that the mistake is gross. If it wasn't done on purpose, it is recommended to pay much more attention... I'm sorry but you should organize yourself better regarding this type of menu... I hope you will improve because the food is all good. I would improve all these negatively mentioned factors.

31/05/2025: Good arancino, tasty croquettes but lacked a little ham. Pizza, the dough was really tasty while the combination of seasonal pizza with artichokes was not balanced, it leaves a slightly slimy taste in the mouth and the gel is quite watery and tasteless. I will definitely return to try other pizzas

04/05/2025: I've been going to Al Borgo for years and they manage to amaze me every time. The pizzas are always spectacular, both the classic and the more creative ones. Tonight I tried a seasonal "Aglio eolio" pizza and it's difficult to explain how good it was... simply the impossible: one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten! The menu is rich and varied, but what really makes the difference is the quality of the ingredients and the care taken in choosing local products. You can feel all the passion in every detail. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would with my eyes closed! Well done Raffaele..

28/05/2025: We ordered a land appetizer! Nothing exceptional for the price. For the modest sum of 18 euros, a small piece of eggplant parmigiana, an arancino, a crocchè and 2 montanarine arrive at the table. Prices too high for the quality of the food

23/04/2025: Truly a pleasant discovery. Fresh and quality food, recalls many dishes from the area but with reinterpretations of dishes from other places. Good and very sized burgers. Gintoneria corner with excellent choices of gin. Waiter capable of answering and explaining the dishes. Top bartender. I recommend it to you.
