20/11/2025: Really nice food at a good price. It’s incredible it is so close to Pompei, and that it is so affordable. I would definitely recommend it if you are around Pompei. The waiters were very nice and friendly too!

14/12/2025: A high-end grill restaurant, a refined, unique, and welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and very professional staff. We were three families with six children, and they immediately seated us at one table. The menu included several courses, very well described, from appetizers to main courses, from wines to desserts. We had appetizers, first courses, and second courses, all excellent quality. The first courses were served in a special way, and the meat was cooked very carefully. A truly sublime and very special dinner... excellent.

10/12/2025: Know that knowing you're entering... won't guarantee you'll get out. On the evening of December 8th, I went to eat at this steakhouse with some friends, and we thought we'd had the opportunity to meet Artem from Mare Fuori, but the way he turned around was truly shocking. I've never followed Mare Fuori much, but after what happened that evening, I was shocked. Online, this actor seems very calm and, above all, a person of sound principles, but what we experienced was surreal. A friend of mine, very emotional, asked him for a photo in a very polite manner. At that point, he reacted horribly: he screamed, approached aggressively, and my friend even got kicked out of nowhere, hurting himself. The absurd thing is that his relatives, sitting at the table right across from him, did absolutely nothing. The restaurant simply told us that "he wasn't feeling well tonight and that he was on drugs," as if it were normal. Furthermore, as we were leaving, after threatening us with a huge knife to cut meat, he put it down at the staff's request (I wonder how anyone could trust such a knife to someone in such deplorable conditions), yelling, insulting us, and chasing us until we managed to lock ourselves in the car. And I think this accurately describes the type of person he really is, and the staff who work here. I'm sharing my testimony here too, after my comment under a TikTok video about this place was deleted.

27/10/2025: Very well organized in green pass control, with tables spaced just the right distance apart. We hadn't been there in a few years, and we couldn't help but regret the lost time. The pizza was superb, that's all there is to it! The staff is attentive, extremely kind, and very professional. Next time in Naples, it'll be pizza at La Caraffa 👍🏻It's been three years since our last review, but we've continued to frequent La Caraffa for pizza. This Saturday, we found ourselves there for lunch. As soon as we walked in, the aroma of Genovese was irresistible. We decided to replace the pizza. A perfect choice! Genovese, pasta and potatoes with provola, tagliatelle with mushrooms, ham, and cream... What can I say? And the desserts to finish were truly exquisite. The service is impeccable. The lady serving the tables, in particular, deserves nothing but praise!

26/09/2025: Shortly after opening at 7:00 PM, there were plenty of free parking spaces and seating. We tried three different burgers. All were delicious. However, they were very difficult to eat with rather blunt knives and forks. It's best to use both hands 😄. In general, the various dishes are reasonably priced. The beer menu, however, doesn't include standard beers. A large selection of specialty beers, but also at comparatively high prices. The service was attentive and quick. The menus and drinks were available in English.

22/09/2025: I've been to this place many times, always very good, not so much last Saturday, the staff perhaps a little inexperienced, but certainly kind, the food has always been very good but this time the pizza didn't blow me away, but that can happen, what left me a little so was the bill.... but I understand that nowadays Pompeii is the little Monte Carlo and rightly everything costs more....

19/11/2025: This pub embodies all the quality and customer service you could want. I've known "I Gemelli" (Mistral Pub Pianura) for over 20 years, and this new experience for one of them couldn't be any less special!

04/10/2025: A place where you don't eat a regular pizza, but have the privilege of tasting the quality of the ingredients, carefully prepared and sourced from local areas, the choice of oils that are chosen depending on the pizza you choose, the delicateness of the dough... Always cooked just right! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! The photo I posted is, in my opinion, the pinnacle of their pizza selection; the Pulled Boss (artisanal pulled pork, eggplant mushrooms, baked potatoes, and smoked provola) is a delight! Whether you're passing through or a local, you can't miss it!

06/11/2025: How do you articulate the experience at Dal Patriarca? You just have to go there and have it for yourself. We walked 1 hour uphill to get there…and then had the most fantastic experience. These folks are the real deal. You cannot visit Vico and not dine here!

12/10/2025: Such a beautiful restaurant. The views are stunning. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the chefs tasting menu and it did not disappoint. This was out of the main tourist area of Capri, a bit of an uphill walk to get here. But totally worth it. A meal I will remember.

11/11/2025: There were four of us and we happened upon *La Riggiola* by chance, with a light appetite and no great expectations. What we experienced was one of the highlights of the day. The atmosphere is meticulously crafted, welcoming, and refined. The cuisine is excellent: carefully prepared dishes, fresh ingredients, and authentic flavors that speak of Naples. Special praise to our waiter: professional, attentive, and with a voice that reminded us of Pino Daniele. What a thrill to be in his city and hear that familiar voice—a truly touching moment. We will definitely return and enthusiastically recommend *La Riggiola*. A little Neapolitan gem not to be missed!

31/10/2025: We dined at this restaurant last night and it was a unique experience that truly won us over! The chef offers traditional dishes with a modern twist, exquisite and rich in flavor. The octopus was incredibly tender and delicious, the linguine with scampi was an explosion of flavors, the spaghetti with seafood was perfectly creamed, and the amberjack was perfectly cooked, moist and tender—all truly exceptional. The eggplant parmigiana entrée was delicious, exquisite, as good as homemade. The staff was extremely attentive, kind, and professional: a perfect team, with a brilliant chef and a wonderful, welcoming, and passionate owner who offers excellent quality products. Highly recommended; we can't wait to return.

06/11/2025: Open Gate Hotel in Praiano was absolutely spotless, you can tell right away how much pride the family takes in keeping everything clean and customer first. You truly feel like you’re stepping into their home with how warmly they welcome and cater to guests. The on-site restaurant served some of the best dinner we had in all of Praiano. The breakfast that’s included is perfect, with something for everyone. There’s a great spread of American options but also an authentic Italian breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit, and local specialties that were out of this world. The location is really great. Its about a 10 minute walk to the marina, a bus stop right out front which Pasquale helped make sure we caught and a 5 minute taxi ride to the center or 20 minute walk. This was not my first time visiting Praiano but now I know about this gem. Between the view, the food, and the incredible hospitality, Open Gate Hotel made our stay unforgettable and I will be back.

28/10/2025: Amazing staff who were very helpful with everything. Clean rooms and hotel overall. The restaurant was also very nice, great breakfast. Stunning views from the room. Easy to get around on the Amalfi coast. The hotel was located on a busy main road, so the noise from the road was quite loud. However, this was not a significant issue for us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back!
