01/08/2024: I had dinner last night with my girlfriend at "Buono dal 1934", we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the owner, Salvatore who quickly but accurately explained the menu and the history of his gastronomy to us. The latter is an attention that few restaurateurs reserve for their customers today. We ordered two glasses of red wine and the cold cuts platter (the most complete one) which is quite generous for two people. Everything was delicious, we will be back without a doubt. Prices are appropriate to the area in which the delicatessen is located and to the quality of the raw materials.

20/07/2024: Fantastic location, amazing service, politest people I’ve met since we’ve been here, absolutely fabulous. Doesn’t take card but staff we happy to show us an ATM. Now, the important bit, the food, was fabulous. We had number 6 & 8, amazing!!! Pizza to kill for. Coming beck before we head home. Look for this place, it’s not obvious to find but worth the search! Enjoy!!! xx

04/08/2024: I haven't eaten a pizza like this for several years, the pizza is truly excellent, especially the ingredients, all in a splendid, well-furnished and welcoming location with attentive and precise staff. This is what I said a few months ago, but yesterday the quality of the pizza dropped a lot, especially the bufalina which was presented to me as a banal margherita with quite approximate ingredients. Prices too high for banal commercial beers.

10/08/2024: Closed until further notice. We walked to the location and t it was closed until Feb 2025. It was a wate of time. Website states that they are open but not true.

10/07/2024: Ormai sono anni che frequento questa posto, e dire che è diventata la pizzeria del cuore è riduttivo. Il servizio è ottimo, sia da asporto che da consumazione, un occhio di riguardo va a Pietro, sempre accomodante e disponibile. Il cibo è di qualità e soprattutto veloce ad arrivare. È PER CERTO LA MIGLIORE PIZZERIA DI CASERTA E DINTORNI. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo con i prodotti offerti. DA PROVARE.

17/08/2024: The best pizza I ate in Ischia!!!! I wanted to try others (big mistake), I was disappointed each time. It’s a family pizzeria and everyone is super friendly. I recommend the marinara and the provola e pepe! I regret only going there twice 😂

16/08/2024: I'm Alessandro, I stayed one night to sleep and I found a clean and elegant environment, everyone is very kind and welcoming. Really beautiful place

12/08/2024: The external structure should be looked after more, the first impact is fundamental! It is a nice plus to have an indoor swimming pool and that area should also be valorised; basic rooms and the bathroom lacks essential details: toilet paper holder and a few more hangers! The peace and the beautiful view over the entire valley is commendable!

30/07/2024: We visited Pane e Pummarola multiple times during our stay in Salerno because it was conveniently located for us. Each visit was a great experience. There was an option to create custom sandwich. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the portions were generous. We thoroughly enjoyed every visit.

28/04/2024: Made our own sandwiches. The portions were very big and delicious! We didn't have time to take pictures before, we were very hungry 😅

23/08/2024: I don't recommend it, starred prices but dishes not up to par. The location is nice and the service is good but you can eat definitely better and for much less on the island.
