24/08/2024: We went to Girasole for lunch, we were just passing through to get something to eat, the staff were really attentive to the customer, kind and helpful especially because we had a dog with us, honest and affordable prices, we got some pizzas even though they were different from the classic Neapolitan pizza it was excellent and light, very close to Roman pizza with 24-hour leavened dough, the handmade potatoes were excellent, thin and crunchy, the dessert satisfied us, I recommend the profiteroles to finish with a coffee which was excellent

04/08/2024: Supposed to be open at 10 on Sunday but at 10:50 the waitress told me angrily they were Closed Edit: I went back to try it. The idea of salted pistaccio is nice but there is too much salt. To quote Samin Nosrat: "it should be salted, not salty"

09/08/2024: During my holiday in Naples, I had the opportunity to visit several pizzerias, but "La Locanda del Grifo" really made the difference. The pizza here is something unique: every bite tells of the quality of the ingredients and the passion they put into it. The staff was very kind, taking the time to explain to me every single ingredient used, an attention that I really appreciated. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and relaxed, making you immediately feel at home. And I can't fail to mention the quality-price ratio, which is really excellent. In a city where pizza is already incredible everywhere, this pizzeria managed to exceed my expectations. Without a doubt, when I return to Naples, it will be one of my first stops. Sincere congratulations to all the staff!

06/08/2024: Fantastic evening, really a great venue especially in summer. Possibility of choosing between first courses and pizza and I must say I tried both and was very satisfied. Fast service, the only flaw is the very long waiting times on weekends

16/06/2024: The Pizzaiolo Vincenzo took very good care of us as did all the staff there. His pizzas were the best I’ve had. Ok so you go to Naples to say you’ve had pizza there but a short drive north is worth it for this special pizza.

27/08/2024: The food was very good, we had Ricciola carpaccio as a starter. As mains we had the fish of the day, Wild Sea Bass all'acqua pazza, it was amazing. Tagliatelle ai Gamberi (prawns) also amazing. The sides were good. Very nice and romantic view at sunset. The staff very professional, friendly and they know everything about every dish! We spent little for the quality of the food, for the service and for the ambience. Well done to everybody!

26/08/2024: Top restaurant Excellent staff I have eaten in many restaurants....but I left this one enthusiastic, I ate the spaghetti with sea urchin, a dish cooked in a simple but excellent way!!! An explosion of flavor. For second I ordered fried calamari...another surprise!! Light, dry frying and the squid were covered in a cascade of vegetables cut into strips and always fried in an excellent manner!! I will absolutely return and I wholeheartedly recommend it, a top evening, compliments to the chefs, waiters and those who manage the restaurant!

Gennaro il proprietario e gestore rappresentano la storia della ristorazione. 01/04/2024: We spent Easter Monday lunch in this location. Really well looked after, the food was of excellent quality, served at the right time, without very long waits, our little ones had a lot of fun thanks to the large outdoor space which allowed them not to be closed in the room. The staff were really courteous. Excellent value for money, we will definitely be back
