Hands Down the best restaurant in Amalfi. We tried most things on the menu and all were incredible. The staff is extremely curteous and friendly.

This was the most satisfying meal I've had during my trip to Southern Italy. The elderly server made me feel very comfortable, explained everything kindly, and gave great recommendations. I chose a fruity white wine by the glass and was truly satisfied. For dessert, I had the daily special, and it made me so happy!

The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the desserts were absolutely outstanding. The service was warm and attentive throughout our visit. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Amalfi, and I would happily return just for another meal here.

The food was very good and the staff were all very kind. Pleasant atmosphere - and one of the best meals I had in Amalfi! Cost per person could vary a lot based on whether you want appetizers and drinks - expect a solid meal to be around €40+.

I visited during my trip to Amalfi. I went because the reviews made it look delicious, but the menu had changed a lot. I ordered seafood pasta and saffron risotto, but they were just average.

05/11/2023: Not great in our tour of gourmet Sicily, but it helps.. 3 power cuts on the terrace, lasting 10 minutes, during the evening, lit by our phones, we thought we would receive a commercial gesture, limocello or coffee but no... The brushetta was however the best we tasted during our stay , the spritz a little too diluted but at €5, it's justified. We had to change the dessert choice 3 times because there was none, on a Friday evening at 7 p.m.... Fair price though.

Ristorante Hotel Marea

29/11/2023: Beautiful sea view, comfortable seating, very good food.
04/11/2023: The location of the hotel and restaurant is unique. You can sit on the terrace in the afternoon, order an Aperol or Vino Bianco including a portion of chips and watch the sunset. The staff is very polite. For me it's always a fixture of the day when I'm in Grado, but never in summer. There's clearly too much going on. I can't say anything about the hotel. I've never slept there before. Prices should be kept high and not correspond to the existing comfort. The food tastes fine and portions are kept rather small. Prices are a little higher, but of course you also pay for the ambience with a direct sea view.
