Excellent service, even more excellent cuisine, I have been frequenting this restaurant for years and have never regretted it, second to none.

We had already been to this small osteria in March and returned specifically to enjoy the chef's refined and tasty cuisine. We enjoyed a series of wonderful appetizers, including the surprising escarole and bean soup and a creative interpretation of eggplant dishes. As for the first course, the matasse coi fagioli (stuffed pasta with beans) remain a sure thing; but what can we say about the tortelli filled with buffalo ricotta and cardoncello mushroom sauce, where the flavor of the ricotta pairs perfectly with the cardoncello mushroom without being overpowered? Finally, we emphasize the chef's skill in explaining his dishes, a balanced combination of tradition, invention, and innovation.

Small but welcoming. Kudos to the quality of the meat and its cooking. The side dishes were also very satisfying. Considering it was Easter Monday, they were exceptional. Congratulations!

Excellent quality food, beautifully prepared with local ingredients, combining tradition and creativity. Wonderful appetizers, even for vegetarians, and what can I say about the first courses? The artichoke cavatielli are delicious. The trattoria is run by a couple—she in the kitchen and he in charge of the dining room—with great passion, professionalism, kindness, and warmth. We felt right at home.

Everything was delicious, the welcome was friendly, the customer service was excellent and the first courses were excellent!
