Amazing mediterranean food which is the speciality of the restaurant. The chef and all the staff had amazing attentions with the group and the starters just kept coming. We tried everything they suggested and all the food was better and better everytime. We couldn’t have eaten better and been more satisfied of the experience at this great restaurant. Comfortable atmosphere, excellent quality food, and courtesy and helpfulness are the hallmarks of this restaurant. Don Cila' is a unique chef and master of the culinary arts. Ten of us went to Immacolata and had a great time. The prices were more than fair for the quality of the products. Congratulations!

I've eaten at this osteria several times and can only recommend it to everyone. Gerardo is always kind and helpful, the staff is attentive, friendly, and welcoming, and the food is exceptional. You feel right at home, with quality ingredients cooked to perfection. For me, any occasion is now a good one to recommend Osteria Don Cila.

30/05/2026: UNIQUE EXPERIENCE After visiting the Castelcivita caves, we headed to Controne for a bite to eat and found the tavern. We were warmly welcomed by Donato, even though it was outside lunch hours. For food and wine, we followed the host's recommendations, which included introducing us to the deliciousness of authentic Controne beans in various variations. For those visiting the caves or those in the area, this is an absolute must-see. Thanks to Donato for this wonderful discovery.
25/05/2026: A very quaint restaurant near the city center, offering indoor, outdoor, and summer seating. Traditional cuisine with simple flavors, as tradition dictates. A must-try is the pasta and beans (from Controne). Impeccable service and very helpful staff. The house wine is also good. A special mention goes to the Annurca apple digestive made on-site: 🔝! Recommended.
