19/07/2025: Oggi 19 luglio ci siamo fermati a pranzo su consiglio di un caro amico Reggino e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato molto bene, l'antipasto della suocera con tanti prodotti di terra reggini buonissimo. Il personale presente con cortesie e premure e buoni consigli senza essere invadenti. Torneremo ancora bravi!!!!

08/08/2025: We went for an ice cream cone, super creamy ice cream, very good. We also saw spectacular ice cream cups and granitas. Recommended.

03/08/2025: The food was excellent, both the typical Calabrian appetizer and the seafood entree. The only flaw was that the white wine wasn't particularly cold and after a few minutes it was already at room temperature, making it unpleasant to drink. The first course of pasta with swordfish wasn't abundant, in fact, I'd say it was quite small in quantity, although it was good. The first course of sausage and mushrooms, however, was plentiful and excellent.

03/08/2025: A charming place, impeccable service—kind, smiling, and helpful. The cuisine is homemade, authentic, and excellent. Coming from the north, this is the first place you'll find hospitality, good food, and quality. We'll be back often.

27/08/2025: Delicious, exquisite, I was blown away by the deliciousness of the swordfish sandwich. I was passing by on the train, and this pit stop was worth it. I recommend anyone passing by the shop to stop and enjoy a delicious homemade sandwich.

10/06/2025: Già conoscevamo la qualità della macelleria e gastronomia e gli ottimi salumi di Bruno Piccolo. Siamo stati a cena nel suo angolo ristorante e, devo dire che è stata una cena al top. Servizio attento al tavolo, ottima la tartare e il carpaccio, buonissima la tagliata di manzo e poi ci ha deliziato con un assaggino di spaghetti alla corte d’assise, veramente golosi. Il tutto accompagnato da un calice di ottimo vino (vasta la scelta delle cantine). Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

Her hospitality and culinary expertise left a lasting impression, making me eager to return and share this gem with more friends.

12/05/2025: perfetto!! ho anzi abbiamo gradito e gustato tutto!! per l'esattezza non proprio tutto in quanto antipasto abbondante ed ottimo seguito da primi piatti davvero gustosi ed abbondanti ed a questo punto, secondi piatti non presi (sarà per la prossima volta sicuramente!!!); camerieri gentili e disponibili, complimenti a Luca lo chef!!!!

The restaurant is truly splendid, with a breathtaking view of the Strait and a very particular table arrangement inside a garden with Mediterranean plants. The cuisine is excellent, elegant, but substantial and typically regional. I really enjoyed the zucchini fritter, the red shrimp, the zucchini rolls, the sardines and the lobster pasta (the tomato sauce was delicious). The menu changes depending on the catch: synonymous with quality and seriousness. The wine list is rather short, but with some interesting regional selections. The service is nice and helpful.
