EXCELLENT discovery, the quality of the meat is truly EXCEPTIONAL. All the ingredients they use in the kitchen are truly quality, from cured meats to cheeses, but the thing you absolutely must try is the meat, prepared with great care and attention. Wide variety of wines, very friendly and courteous staff. Prices are average, because you pay for quality, they don't give it away. Compliments

I recently visited the restaurant "La Scottona" and had a partially positive experience. One of the strong points of this place is undoubtedly the quality of the food. The meat was well cooked, succulent and tasty, which is a key requirement for a restaurant specializing in grills. Additionally, the charcuterie and cheese board offered an interesting and tasty variety, with a selection of delicacies that made for a very enjoyable start to the meal. However, I must point out one big problem I encountered during my visit: the wait times. The starters took about half an hour to serve, which is quite a long time considering it was mostly a platter. The real inconvenience emerged when we waited more than an hour for the main courses after finishing the starters. This delay compromised the overall experience, and the long wait caused our meal to lose some of its pleasure. In terms of value for money, I can say that, despite the waiting time issue, the quality of the food offered was satisfactory. The dishes were tasty and well prepared, and the overall cost of the meal was reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients used. So, if you are willing to wait a little for the food, the service and value for money can still make "La Scottona" a decent choice for a night out.
