"I didn't expect it." I'm not referring to the restaurant I've known well for years and which I adore for its "coniglio porchettato," but to a dish I tried today, an exceptionally innovative take on spaghetti with squid ink. Compliments to the Chef.

During our brief stay in the city, we were able to try three recommended restaurants. Of these, the only one worthy of praise was certainly Drogheria Culinaria. It's straightforward, yet not trivialized by the narrow confines of tradition. My only suggestion, and I urge Chef Felicione to take it as such, is to improve the restaurant's acoustics. With a few discreet interventions, coordinated by a competent technician, excellent results could be achieved.

Everything about this restaurant is fantastic. Besides being welcoming and excellent, you can taste authentic Calabrian cuisine from both land and sea! Highly recommended!

We returned after a couple of years and I must say that we did really well, excellent cuisine, impeccable atmosphere and service, very kind staff, more than recommended.
