Proprietario, chef e wedding planner sono persone di una professionalitá e disponibilitá unica.. buffet iniziale abbondantissimo, primi e secondi di altissima classe, buffet di dolci stupendo..materie prime di altissima qualitá abbinate alla raffinatezza del servizio rendono il tutto devvero molto elegante. 31/12/2023: Married on December 27th, they made my wedding unique. Abundant initial buffet of the highest quality, top first and second courses, wonderful dessert buffet... raw materials of the highest quality, processed and served in the best possible way. Chef owner and wedding planner, lovely people, super professional and helpful, they made the wedding of our dreams come true.

07/04/2024: Scilla seafront, the location speaks for itself. Dated but welcoming atmosphere. The food isn't bad, I ate some excellent spaghetti with squid ink. Qualified, friendly and helpful staff.

13/01/2024: Delightful restaurant in Bova Marina in the Grecanica area, typical cuisine that made us discover dolmades or vine leaf rolls stuffed with rice and other delights. The owners were kind and welcoming even though we arrived just before opening. Excellent service, good value for money. Worth a visit.

26/04/2024: I was there for Easter Monday but it was truly an unsatisfactory situation. Terrible service, they seemed like people put there at random. The funny thing is that we arrive and boom greeted by the embarrassing jokes of what must have been the owner (?) but we ignore it. Fixed menu of €50 which includes a miserable appetizer, a first course of your choice which they managed to get wrong by bringing another one, pasta that was completely raw, the pieces remained in your mouth no matter how hard it was, at that moment I really didn't know what to do anymore if don't wait until the end of that lunch to leave. The waiters who came to get your glass, there was really a mess in that place. Disappointing experience, I will not return given the level of education, the service that is lacking on all sides and the pasta (with pumpkin cream) completely inedible

10/03/2024: Siamo andati 4 amici a pranzo e basta solo una parola per descrivere il locale : TUTTO PERFETTO . Il titolare abbastanza accogliente e molto premuroso che andasse tutto bene . Cibo buonissimo la carbonzucca e il cannollo alla ricotta sono i pezzi forti del locale . Il servizio velocissimo . Tantissima scelta per il vino . Ottimo qualità prezzo ci ritorneremo sicuramente .

24/09/2023: In a place with very pleasant interiors and a beautiful outdoor garden where you can smell the inebriating smell of jasmine in season, which once played an important role in the economy of the area, chef Migliaccio Spina offers fish cuisine which has simplicity its strong point is the manipulation of the excellent raw material. All courses are offered in a very "clean" way and the flavors are enhanced by the wise but measured use of condiments, herbs and spices. Kind and professional staff, prices in tune with the quality. Remaining essentially unchanged even in the post-pandemic phase (August 2022), in September 2023 a skilful remodulation and enrichment of the menu is confirmed.

05/04/2024: Although there was considerable confusion, we were served in an acceptable time. The tables are outdoors on the main street of Chianalea. We ordered the tasting platter, the Calabria Slowfood dish and a simple focaccia to accompany, all good. It is a valid alternative for lunch if you are in the area for a walk.

30/01/2024: We quickly stopped to eat for lunch before continuing with our activities, very friendly waiters, excellent cold cuts and cheese platter, wonderful bergamot spritz. Good value for money. I'll come with more time next summer!

02/04/2024: Stunning location in the Siderno countryside. We ate outdoors, helped by the pleasant day, under citrus trees, surrounded by nature, all very relaxing. Fixed menu based on the local products found, so everything is very fresh and genuine. As an appetizer, various cured meats and cheeses, while the ricotta is still warm! Crispy and dry aubergine, potato and pumpkin meatballs. As a first course, macaroni with super tasty cherry tomatoes, very simple but delicious! As a second course, meat stew, well cooked but I must say that the portion was a little small, 2/3 small pieces each with bone... side dish not received... but would have been appreciated. The portions in my opinion need to be reviewed. For dessert, a kind of homemade creme brulee, I really liked it. I could have given more to the service given that the owner is very nice and friendly but some of the answers to our requests could have been formulated in a better way. Local wine but good. All €35 each, also considering the day of celebration I would say in line.

25/03/2024: Ristorante molto particolare ed eccellente. Piatti a km zero e frutto di una ricerca dei sapori ed ingredienti antichi. I piatti non vengono portati su ordinazione dei clienti, lo chef, sicuro che nessuna pietanza proposta tornerà indietro, porta a tavola i piatti preparati che sono vari, abbondanti ed tutti eccezionali. Abbiamo pagato 30 € a persona compreso il vino. In più lo chef ci ha allietato con canzoni e strumenti musicali, ovviamente ach'essi frutto di una ricerca di melodie e strumenti della tradizione popolare. Super consigliato

27/03/2024: Good morning. I finally discover that there are still realities that today could only be dreamed of in the current times. Well I'm referring to Officine Caruso! Let me start by saying that since I am a very precise and attentive person, I immediately understood that I was dealing with ABSOLUTE SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! I purchased a splendid car remotely from northern to southern Italy, believe me, described and advertised personally by Mr. CARUSO (a truly exceptional person as well as all his staff) in every detail including assistance and maintenance (which no one does today). And everything corresponds to what was said and described. I was followed from the first phone call to the delivery of the car at home and even after that, absolute availability!! Negotiation conclusion up to the purchase, then all the bureaucratic part up to the delivery, everything perfect and absolutely transparent. Of course it's not easy today to trust yourself in buying a car without first touching it and making sure that everything is real... But!! You can't help but speak well of Mr. CARUSO, trust is fundamental in these cases and if a person like me (even if you don't know me) immediately trusted me just by talking to us on the phone. Well I'll just tell you that the car I purchased arrived last night and I was truly speechless. Perfect car!! So I'll leave this personal review and tell you if you intend to buy a car and sleep soundly. Contact Officine Caruso because the rest is pure fantasy and unpleasant surprises. Super recommended!!! 26/03/2024: Passing through Gioia Tauro on our way to Rome we stopped for lunch. We discovered it by searching on the internet. From the outside it is anonymous but once inside everything changes. Nice parking among the olive trees, garden. A large wooden veranda overlooking the garden/parking area houses the dining room. We ate very well. Delicious swordfish paccheri. Excellent tuna with onion and grilled vegetables. Excellent service and very kind owner. Prices more than honest. Very good.

Impeccable service, a special round of applause for Andrea who served us, professionalism and friendliness in customer service. Excellent Churasco, I had an encore of picanha, spectacular. I highly recommend going there
