18/08/2025: Beautiful location... you can practically dine right by the sea. The peppered mussels were excellent and plentiful, and the grilled tuna was delicious; it melted in your mouth. It's not cheap, but the price is fair for the quality. Highly recommended.

02/08/2025: I've been to La Vecchia Botte restaurant, and I can only call it one of the best culinary experiences I've ever had. The restaurant is welcoming and elegant, with a relaxing atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail, without ever being intrusive. The real star, however, is the fish: incredibly fresh, expertly cooked, and served with impeccable presentation. We started with a selection of hot and cold appetizers that were a work of art, followed by a raw seafood dish that was indescribably fresh, and a second course of simply perfect first courses: flavorful, balanced, and impeccably cooked. Next, a tuna fillet with chocolate and cardamom reduction, surprising and beautifully balanced in flavor. And to finish on a high note, a truly amazing extra virgin olive oil gelato: creamy, original, and surprisingly harmonious in flavor. A sweet finale that will amaze and captivate. The wine list is also excellent, with select options that pair perfectly with the seafood dishes. In short: if you love seafood (and more) and are looking for a restaurant where every detail is meticulously crafted, La Vecchia Botte is a must-visit. I'll definitely be back...

22/06/2025: A pleasant surprise!! Waiting for our flight near the airport of Reggio Calabria we discovered this pastry shop, bar, fantastic ... We had an aperitif with honors, we had the spritz with cutting board all really delicious, if you are in the area and have to wait for the flight I recommend this place Thanks to all the girls on the staff, greetings to the bartender who makes top spritzes

18/08/2025: I discovered this place last week thanks to some friends I went to dinner with. Excellent quality ingredients, cooked to perfection. Since I don't eat meat, I had a truly delicious pizza. Other diners also enjoyed their meat dishes (sirloin and tagliata). The staff were helpful, friendly, and pleasant. Chef Mariano is a guarantee.

23/08/2025: My husband and I have chosen this restaurant several times for our family events. We specifically chose it in April to celebrate our wedding vows. What can I say? The owner was simply fantastic in his advice and, above all, in making sure we felt comfortable and at ease. The food was top-notch, the service was truly impeccable. The dishes were each more delicious than the last, and we and our guests were truly delighted. I truly recommend it to everyone... you are number ONE 👍🏻❤️

14/08/2025: I came for dinner with my family. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by very friendly and attentive staff in a beautiful location. The prices were fair, with a wide selection of dishes. The staff recommended a variety of appetizers, and the first course options included pizzas and gourmet pizzas. The pizzas had several different cooking methods. I hope to return in the future, especially because service like this is hard to come by. Thanks again.

09/08/2025: Excellent place, with impeccable service and truly delicious food, including light and delicious pizza. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean. Compliments to the pizza chef and all the staff, especially Paolo, who served us with such attention and professionalism. To finish on a sweet note, we couldn't miss the delicious homemade tiramisu. I recommend you come and try it for yourself; we'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance.

12/07/2025: A must-stop on the way home After disembarking from the ferry back from Sicily, stop at this nearby pastry shop for a coffee refill before the long drive north. A wide selection of desserts (a pistachio cake with a black cherry center is a must-visit), and the owners are friendly and delightful.
