24/08/2025: We visited the delicatessen a few days ago. They offer top-quality products, the highlight being the Aspromonte Black Pig, a truly excellent product. After shopping for Calabrian beer, Greco Nero Superiore wine, pasta, cured meats, and cheeses, we decided to stop for lunch. The cuisine is spectacular, and the service is unique, with a friendly, welcoming Calabrian atmosphere. The dishes are generous and delicious; the eggplant, pancetta, and ragù smell of Calabria. The Parmigiana is absolutely delicious. We'll be back as soon as we can.

15/11/2025: The ice cream, or rather the ice cream creations, and especially the different granita flavors. Absolutely delicious. My recommendation: Granita Argumi, so good! 😋 The wide variety of freshly baked goods daily is another sweet indulgence. The prices are perfectly reasonable.

08/11/2025: Excellent restaurant. Located on a quiet street, yet not difficult to reach. The atmosphere is relaxing, with pleasant jazz music playing at just the right volume. The service is excellent, fast, and courteous. The dishes are very good. I particularly enjoyed the mezze maniche with bacon, potatoes, and provola cheese, and the incredibly tender braised beef. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes.

09/10/2025: On our way back from Sicily, curious to see the town of Scilla, we stopped for lunch at Pippo's; a welcoming place with a traditional, friendly, and helpful owner. We ordered a swordfish platter and "fileja," a typical Calabrian seafood fusilli. Excellent quality, generous portions, and we enjoyed it at a seafront table with a breathtaking view! Prices were absolutely in line, almost below average, with the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back...excellent!

09/11/2025: The best place to enjoy an excellent meal in an idyllic setting, far from the crowds! Authenticity, exceptional service. We drive 2 hours and 20 minutes from Pizzo every time, just to eat at this restaurant. 👌👌👌👌

30/09/2025: Didn’t expect to find such a wonderful gourmet burger place. My wife thought it was going to be a fast food type place, boy were we wrong and we did “Enjoy our Burger”. As soon as we stepped in the door we were impressed by the interior of the building. Such a nice place to dine. Excellent selection of burgers on the menu with a special of the month. There was so much choice it took a long time to decide. The burgers were extremely tasty and filling. Excellent value for the money considering the good quality ingredients they used. The fries were thin but a wedge style, quite different but cooked well and crispy. They have specialty beers available.

22/09/2025: I went last night for the first time, and I have to say my experience was excellent: friendly staff, quaint place, and above all, excellent food quality. I had the chance to try the limited edition September sandwich—200g Angus, Scamorza, Spilinga nduja, and bacon—and I have to say it's a fantastic flavor explosion, and honestly, it could be a regular sandwich on the menu, perfect for those who love spicy food. Prices are reasonable, and I'll definitely be back in the future. Congratulations everyone! 👍

09/11/2025: About a week ago, I ate at this pizzeria and had a great experience. Coming off that experience, I ordered a takeout pizza, which, unfortunately, when I got it home and opened it, was completely charred on the bottom. It's a shame, because the quality of the dough and ingredients is excellent. For a €15 pizza, it's truly a shame to have to throw out all the charred pieces. I hope you'll be more careful in the future, because the quality of the product is well above average.

03/09/2025: Good morning. I finally discover that there are still realities that today one could only dream of with the times we live in. Well I am referring to Officine Caruso! I would like to point out that being a very precise and attentive person I immediately understood that I was dealing with ABSOLUTE SERIOUSNESS AND PROFESSIONALISM!!! I purchased a splendid car from a distance from north to south Italy, believe me described and advertised personally by Mr. CARUSO (a truly exceptional person as well as all his staff) in every little detail including assistance and maintenance (Something that no one does today). And everything corresponds to what was said and described. I was followed from the first phone call to the delivery of the car to my home and even after that with absolute availability!! Negotiation conclusion up to the purchase, then all the bureaucratic part up to I repeat the delivery, everything perfect and absolutely transparent. Of course it is not easy today to trust buying a car without first touching it and making sure that everything is real... But!! Of Mr. CARUSO you can do nothing but speak well of him, trust is fundamental in these cases and if a person like me (even if you don't know me) immediately trusted him by instinct just by talking to him on the phone. Well I'll just tell you that yesterday evening the car I purchased arrived and I was truly speechless. Perfect car!! So I'll take my leave of this personal review and tell you if you intend to buy a car and sleep soundly. Contact Officine Caruso because the rest is pure fantasy and bad surprises.
