10/07/2024: Non tradisce le aspettative. Il ''Pescatore'' , ristorante di solo pesce locale, come è nella sua tradizione offre prodotti a chilometro zero. Personale all' altezza della situazione, competente, gentile. Da segnalare gli antipasti caldi e crudi, gli spaghetti alle vongole e il tonno in cipolle di Tropea in agrodolce.

07/07/2024: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena in questo locale e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza tremenda. Eravamo in quattro persone e abbiamo ordinato delle degustazione di pesce cotto in cui il pesce era solo un illusione, ma tralasciamo questo che potrebbe rispecchiare anche il gusto soggettivo. Abbiamo proseguito con 2 poste agli scampi ( che era semplicemente una pasta all’olio) e due tagliate di tonno al costo di 18€, un piatto che posso semplicemente definire imbarazzante, tra le altre cose ci rendiamo subito conto che non era una tagliata di tonno ma ventresca in ogni caso immangiabile. Mi dispiace semplicemente per il cameriere che era mortificato e hanno provato a “rimediato” togliendoli dal conto. Credo fortemente che bisogna amare ciò che si fa a prescindere da qualsiasi lavoro sia, perché a noi è andata “bene” una notte insonne e crampi addominali però a qualcun’altro potrebbe andare molto peggio e sicuramente non si limiterebbe ad una recensione negativa.

11/08/2024: Yesterday we ordered two takeaway pizzas, one with pistachio and mortadella and the other with frankfurters and chips. Delicious pizzas and a fair price, well deserved indeed. Friendly and helpful staff. We appreciated it

06/08/2024: Abbiamo mangiato dei panini e delle piadine normalissimi a prezzi spropositati. Inoltre, abbiamo pagato un coperto di 2 euro a persona per mangiare su una tavola apparecchiata soltanto con una tovaglietta. Da evitare.

24/06/2024: I got takeaway pizza. I don't know what round pizza is like but the large rectangular one from the electric oven is really good, especially the white one with onion! The place is spartan but well managed.

08/08/2024: A truly special evening, I had the pleasure, together with friends, of enjoying an excellent swordfish sandwich, with smoked scamorza cheese and grilled aubergines inside, bread made by them, with pizza dough, light to say truly excellent, other friends ate the sandwich with swordfish and peppers or the addition of onion...we liked the crumbliness of the bread without crumbs and the flavor of the swordfish put inside the sandwich...everything was really right, not to mention the excellent al dente spaghetti with a white sauce mussels...fast service, the owners friendly and approachable people...they also recommend the right dish pairing....congratulations 🔝🔝🔝🔝also the reasonable prices. To be tried on the Cannitello seafront, a serene and relaxing environment with soft music... I hope to return soon to eat a nice pepper of mussels and taste the mussels au gratin.... I recommend.... to try to spend a nice evening of good and light food.....Congratulations!!!!

30/07/2024: We had a good time, we had a nice evening. We ate well but I'm sure we can do even better, adequate value for money. If you find yourself passing through Cannitello, stop at the ancient lighthouse, you won't be disappointed!

22/08/2024: A unique experience, dining on the Strait, with this view of Messina is fabulous. Very varied and interesting fish-based menu at a good price, good quality and preparation of the fish. Recommended both for a family dinner and even more so with your sweetheart for a romantic evening. The only flaw for those with newborns was there was no changing table to change them but they still provided accommodation to make up for it.
