26/08/2025: The waitress was, to say the least, inadequate, unable to recommend croissants (there were empty warm ones to fill with various jams, but she forced us to order pre-filled ones). The coffee was like dirty water, not because of the quality, I think, but because of the way it was made. She also got the payment amount wrong at the register... Naselli is a nice bar, but the morning waitresses/baristas should take a crash course.

10/11/2025: November 10th – Disappointing Experience It's November 10th, and the atmosphere is cool and the breeze is blowing in, but that's really the least of the problems. The real inconvenience was the food: we ordered four Happy Meals and two menus, but everything arrived without boxes, completely scattered. The worst part? The sandwiches were cold, so cold that the cheese slice was still whole and not even slightly melted. I mentioned this to the staff, who replied, "I'll reheat it for you." Now, as far as I know, according to McDonald's internal policy, a sandwich served cold should be remade, not simply reheated. But even overlooking this, the sandwich came back with only the top of the bun barely warm... the cheese slice, of course, remained exactly as it was. Every time I return to this location—unfortunately, once a year—I notice a constant deterioration in the service. As far as I'm concerned, it's time someone from above took serious action: spending 43 euros to receive a service like this is a real joke.

13/08/2025: We came for pizza one summer evening. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend it. Beautiful location.

25/08/2025: Despite the language barrier, we managed to make ourselves understood. They were very kind. We had breakfast there, the prices were reasonable and it was very good.

27/10/2025: The seafood appetizer: only low-quality cured meats and packaged seafood salad, no cheeses or anything else. The pasta: tagliatelle with mushrooms... tasteless, and the mushrooms inedible, bought practically raw, frozen, and thrown on the pasta. The fettuccine with stockfish? The most absolute disgusting dish I could have ever had... I don't know if the stockfish was rotten or taken from putrid water and thrown in the sauce... when the dish arrived, it smelled like sewers, and when stirring the pasta, it smelled like a mix of sewers and horse stables... obviously, we didn't eat... We only paid to avoid controversy... It's not that I don't recommend it, I'm telling you NEVER to go there!

11/12/2025: A beautiful place. Very kind people, a blue sea with the Aeolian Islands in front of you, an enchanting terrace, a very tidy town, elegant and kind people. The restaurant was excellent. My husband and I were thrilled. I hope to return soon.

26/12/2025: Rude owner Last time at this place To avoid We had a bad experience. We had communicated that we needed to remove a piece from the order, and the lady canceled the entire order except for the round pizza, and oh well... We explained the misunderstanding to the lady, and she turned a deaf ear... I would have expected her to at least apologize and give us a small discount, since it was clearly their mistake. I won't be returning.

05/11/2025: Come da passaparola suggeritoci da amici abbiamo provato questa esperienza culinaria al Gallo Storto di Masserano in provincia di Biella. Abbiamo gustato degli ottimi piatti prodotti interamente da loro e di alta qualità . Il menù non è molto vario proprio per preservare la qualità. Locale a conduzione famigliare, pulito e curato nei particolari e inoltre potrete usufruire della rete wi- fi gratuita. Il costo è nella media e i soldi spesi li valeva tutti. Sicuramente è un ottimo ristorante da consigliare.

30/12/2025: This restaurant is run by a family of swordfish fishermen. We tried excellent dishes (mixed appetizer (meatballs, prosciutto parmigiana), paccheri alla ghiotta, and swordfish rolls). P.S. Obviously, 90% of the dishes are swordfish-based, and Calabrian wines are included.

30/09/2025: We ate here twice, beautiful setting, friendly helpful staff, but most importantly amazingly fresh, perfectly cooked seafood, we'll be back

09/06/2025: Bad experience the confirmation cake was inedible 4.8 kg of cake left on the plates and it should have been 4 kg! It was chocolate and chantilly cream what did the fruit rum have to do with it I don't know Dark sponge cake full of fruit rum one pays handsomely at least they made things well never again I wrote a message to avoid the review he didn't even reply to me after reading it

26/05/2025: The shekerato is the workhorse! Classic recipe, unmistakable taste. It is pleasant to enjoy sitting at the tables, among other things there is always a place, despite it being always busy. The service is fast, the staff very polite and kind. You can perceive a lot of serenity among the staff, a factor not to be underestimated. The owner is a very polite person even with customers, always smiling. The delivery service is very efficient, we have been ordering cakes for 20 years at home, we are very satisfied and the cakes are excellent from taste to aesthetics. We have had the opportunity to try the pastry buffet at some events, I would say excellent. I also recently tried the ice cream, impossible not to fall in love with the Nutella flavor! The prices are reasonable.

02/11/2025: Cousy restaurant, among the best in town. Meat is very good, served on a hot plate. Good selection of spirits, especially red wine. Pizza is also excellent, in particular the house specialty

20/10/2025: Positive experience I think it's one of the best in Reggio Calabria It never disappoints me every time

01/03/2026: Brilliant Neapolitan-style pizza. It's worth trying the one with nduja sausage – a taste of Calabria. The service was fantastic! Very fast, friendly, and hard-working. It was a hive of activity on Saturdays! The atmosphere was great, typically Italian! I wasn't impressed with the pasta, but I'd choose the pizza next time. I recommend it!

20/02/2026: The pizza was delicious. It's a shame about the incredibly long wait for a table, even though I'd booked well in advance.
