As soon as we arrived in Reggio, we came to this restaurant without a reservation, based on a local recommendation, and luckily we found a table. The space isn't particularly large, with a simply and tastefully furnished outdoor terrace... the staff are friendly and helpful (which is a plus for this restaurant).
The menu focuses exclusively on regional cuisine, with dishes that will reconcile you with your taste buds... unfortunately, due to personal reasons, we weren't able to eat everything the restaurant offered, so we had to limit ourselves to two first courses and a second course to share... VERY SATISFIED!!!!

This restaurant was a lovely surprise during our stay in the city.
The waitress was super nice and helped us choosing the best deal for us (a menu with appetizers, main dish, drinks and dessert included).
The food was amazing! A lot of different things to try out and cooked with quality ingredients.
Definitely recommend this place for typical Calabrian cuisine :)

The food was really good and tasty. I had dinner and since i was alone and wanted to try as much as possible, i got the antipasto which was more than enough for me. Everything was very good, i was sorry i couldn’t eat more. The waiters were very nice, friendly and fast. Since i got the antipasto, i paid the fixed menu: this+sorbeto+water+wine for 20 euros.
I walked in, hadn’t made a reservation but i went early - around 19:45.

A local restaurant serving typical dishes. We were the only customers and yet they didn’t have any particular attention to our table.
They made a mistake in the wine choice.
A bit of bread would have been welcome because the dishes are in a lot of sauce.
Music was going very strong.

I'd say it's a unique experience, it's almost a miracle, it's the best place (that could be described as authentic) I've been to in a long time (and I say this as a big fan of cuisine in general).
The crocche were excellent: soft on the inside, crispy on the outside.
The meatballs were sublime (3 bis).
And a pasta dish that would make me return even if I'm on the other side of the Strait.
In short, an excellent choice for a family or class lunch.
Thank you for the incredible hospitality and for keeping us fed.

If Zeus and Apollo...
If Zeus and Apollo, disguised as ordinary travelers, chose to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant, well, then they would be leaving Olympus, the Peloponnesian delicacies, with no regrets whatsoever for the Land of the Gods, the Land of Heroes.
This restaurant deserves the fame it has earned, regionally and nationally, and hopefully soon, throughout Europe and beyond.
It will depend on Ulysses and his patient Penelope, always waiting for him, weaving a new plot, to stop him or burn his ship!
Ulysses eats quickly, Penelope pays attention to detail: she indulges in appetizers, Ulysses prefers first courses and desserts. Oh, what wonderful dishes, beyond tradition, a touch of originality that makes everything so special, pleasant, and tasty... so unforgettable.
There are three couples on their first date... shhh, silence.
Penelope smiles as she looks at her beloved hero: their silent gaze recalls their very first meeting.
And the staff? Charming and very kind smiling maids. They appear gentle and reserved like young cats, dancing.
Background music? A mix, but Penny would like jazz or French music or ethnic and popular music, from this Blue patch, where she can perhaps no longer stop...
But who knows, will he return for Christmas? She hopes so... Ulysses asks for the bill: Easter Mass looms, while Penelope dreams... Rome from the Holy Priest, Uncle Athena in Neapolis, who makes her heart beat like Parthenope, the enchantress...
Did she also try with Circe and that shameless one in Ogygia? And it's not for nothing that that impudent little island has sunk. She mustn't think about it or she'll furiously set fire to Nausicaa's palace.
Mmm, let's not argue: it's Easter! Mercury intervenes, arriving with a providential olive branch and a bergamot liqueur, which grows only here...
Here's another gift: they're leaving us a memento!
