27/04/2025: Premetto che ero già stato piu volte in questo locale (la mia ultima presenza risaliva al gennaio 2024) quasi sempre di sabato sera. In tutte le occasioni avevo sempre avuto una discreta impressione generale tra qualità della musica live e a sprazzi anche del cibo. Decido di tornare dopo un po di tempo insieme ad un paio di amici per trascorrere un sabato sera tranquillo. Piú che parlare di cosa ho mangiato o del fatto che il locale fosse fondamentale semi vuoto fino alle 23 circa mi soffermo sull’episodio a mio parere “discutibile” che ha minato la credibilità del locale. Intorno alle 23.15 per un “imprevisto” siamo costretti anzitempo a lasciare il locale con l’intento di ritornare molto presto.. Nel farlo saldiamo il conto e chiediamo alla cassa se fosse possibile rientrare piu tardi, ci assicurano di si ricordando il numero del tavolo. Poco dopo lo scoccare della mezzanotte rientriamo prontamente presso il locale e al momento del nostro rientro ci viene detto che si trattava di “dopocena” e per farlo avremmo dovuto pagare ben 10€ a persona per la consumazione! Chiaramente una mancanza di rispetto simile per chi ha avuto un imprevisto dopo che ci era stato detto che saremmo potuto rientrare non può essere tollerata. Sarebbe stato più opportuno dirlo prima che il secondo ingresso si sarebbe dovuto pagare. Un pò come andare in discoteca, fare 2 passi fuori e al ritorno mi facessero pagare l’ingresso da capo: mai visto! Specialmente perché avevamo prenotato il tavolo delle 21.30 proprio con l’intento di rimanere a lungo. Onestamente c’è stato poco da controbattere.. L’episodio si commenta da solo.

13/08/2025: When I go back on vacation, I eat ice cream every day. And I think I'm capable of giving an honest opinion. Today I found myself at the Metropolis shopping center in Rende/Cosenza, specifically at C House. I ordered two medium cups and a brioche with gelato, all three with cream. The gelato was good overall, although not comparable to the artisanal one made in Jacurso (CZ), for example. I would have even accepted the price (€3.50 for the medium cups and €4 for the brioche). But I found it ridiculous, almost insulting, to have paid €0.90 for the additional cream for three—just a smear of cream on the gelato, so to speak. I asked the person at the cashier, Raffaella, if this was the amount I paid €2.70 for. Her response: "Does that seem small to you?" I'm posting the photos and leaving it up to my followers to decide for themselves. I preferred to avoid unnecessary discussions. Referring to other cities in the same region (to name a few: Reggio Calabria, Catanzaro, Pizzo, Tropea, Lamezia) and my previous reviews, I can say that many ice cream shops don't charge extra for cream, and the few others don't charge more than €0.30. But it's at least triple the price of the one I had here today. And definitely better, too.
13/08/2025: Today we went to the C HOUSE COFFEE SHOP and were fortunate enough to be served by Nicola: kindness and attention to detail. He served me a perfect lobster, crispy and creamy just right, while he made two impeccable coffees for my mother and aunt. The nicest touch? My mother had a caffè macchiato with a heart... a simple gesture that makes you feel special. A welcoming atmosphere, excellent products, and a service that makes you want to come back. Bravo Nicola! 👏

15/09/2025: Good food, but poorly organized. A 30-45 minute wait just to order on a Sunday, and there aren't many people there despite the constant requests to order.
14/09/2025: I ordered a ginseng and they brought me… hot colored water. Not even a hint of aroma or flavor, basically a watered-down broth. Non-existent service: the waiters are distracted, slow, and completely indifferent to whoever arrives. A walking manual on how to scare away customers.

04/10/2025: Poor and sad aperitif. 2 Aperol spritzes were colored water accompanied by a bowl of crisps and that's it, €15 and without a receipt, we definitely won't be back and I recommend hiring a real bartender who knows how to mix.

04/10/2025: The most expensive pizza by the slice in southern Italy. The person serving at the counter, who should be at least polite and kind, is instead incredibly rude. Many of my friends stop going there because of him. If someone were to ask a question... Highly not recommended!
31/05/2025: We asked for pizza with salami, and instead in the bag - pizza margherita ... 4 slices paid €20 ... instead of napkins - baking paper 🫣 But are we in Milan? At Corso Mazzini further on we got pizzas €2.50 per slice and above all with the requested flavor without having to wait

06/10/2025: Terrible experience, I'll tell you mine. I go in to get a receipt as is customary here, I get a receipt for a coffee, I put the receipt on the counter (visible with the word "COFFEE"), the lady dares to snap her fingers and say "Good morning" while I was talking on the phone with headphones on to a family member. A word of advice, first of all, the coffee was burnt and I had to throw it away, secondly, learn to respect customers. Yes, I know it's hard for your minds to grasp that before being students, we are customers and we pay you. If you've never been taught respect, 20-year-olds should teach you that.
30/09/2025: I asked for a coffee at the bar and was immediately given a plastic cup with an iced coffee. When I asked for a hot one in a cup, which I didn't even think was necessary, the bald guy at the bar gave me a challenging look for 2-3 seconds, as if my request were a luxury reserved for a select few😂. You guys are no snob. I'll add an experience that wasn't mine, one that I unfortunately witnessed. There was a guy at the bar—who, to give you an idea, was wearing makeup and obviously gay—who was loudly called a "prostitute" by the bald guy, prompting laughter from his colleagues at the bar. The tone was offensive, not joking, to the point where the guy in question, visibly surprised, drank his coffee and quickly left without even looking up.

21/10/2025: Terrible experience. The tomato on the dough looks like it was just thrown in, leaving empty areas and much more concentrated areas (so much so that you can't even tell the difference between empty areas and mozzarella). A chaotic appearance between tomato, mozzarella, bare dough, and that little bit, actually, of salami. The dough was rubbery, and the only discernible flavor was the spicy salami (equally wrong). If you were to buy pre-made pinsa from the supermarket, add tomato and mozzarella on top, and then pop it in the oven for 10 minutes, it would taste the same, if not better, than the one I ordered. That's also the problem: a pizza that tastes like pinsa. I called personally to request a refund, and a person answered. I kindly explained the issue with the order, and he responded by saying, "We only have one type of salami that comes from X place" (the menu specifies SWEET salami, so obviously that's what you expect, right?). He then sarcastically objected to the request, responding, "Really, empty spots on the pizza?", "We can't do anything about it, the pizza was made correctly," "I don't have time to argue about these things," or "taste is subjective." I'd like to point out that taste is NOT subjective if the only thing you can taste are those few pieces of salami. Furthermore, telling me it was a pointless discussion and that I could have specified it in the order notes is extremely ridiculous on the part of your restaurant. As a customer, I asked for a product ALREADY SPECIFIED on your own menu. The only salami you have can come from wherever you want, but if it says "sweet" on the menu, then it has to be sweet. Pointless discussion, huh? You act as if I have to settle for whatever comes because it seems like you're trying to turn it into, "Well, taste is subjective, if you don't like it, don't order it." I've been ordering pans of pizza quite frequently for years, and this was the worst for a reason. First impressions count. When I saw it, I thought, "Well, maybe it's good." Too bad it was similar to the pizza dough you find at the supermarket. Or are we talking about the restaurant staff member who doesn't seem to know what's on the menu while trying to be right? The problem isn't even the pizza anymore, but the communication, but I guess there's a reason you have 3 stars. I really appreciate that you paid for the shipping and that it was very fast, but you didn't confirm the order's arrival for almost 4 hours. It was out for delivery at 9:40 AM, and it arrived at 10:00-10:03 AM. Initially, I waited several minutes for you to confirm the arrival before filing a complaint, because YOU are the ones who are independent without a Deliveroo rider. At 11:15 AM, I contacted Deliveroo describing the problem, and they responded by saying I had to deal with you given your autonomy with orders. At 11:39, I called you, and the person at your restaurant tried to belittle me and convince me with a false narrative, saying that Deliveroo didn't want to accept the refund due to the ridiculous nature of the issue, trying to focus the issue solely on the salami, ignoring the other issues. The person who answered the phone said, "It's automatic," unaware that an order's arrival will automatically close if too much time passes. The person replied, "Well, if you request it after two hours (it hadn't even been two hours), I won't be able to do much about it." I hope this is one of those rare cases where something isn't right while other orders are of better quality, because for my first order from you, it was depressing and terrible, both in terms of culinary quality and communication. I'll leave you a fantastic photo of the product in question; I'll also add your sweet salami to the ingredients list for your products. If you only have one type of salami (according to the person on the call), specify that under each product containing salami. But then what notes should I have put if that's all you have?
20/08/2025: I have to say that, despite the negative reviews, we liked the pizza! It's thin but not overly so, and it's a matter of taste: not everyone likes super-thick pizzas. I recommend it, it's really very good 😊

18/08/2025: Terrible experience. Today I went there for a consultation regarding a pension fund release. As soon as I showed up, the consultant got annoyed because the product was tied to another post office, so I should have gone to the relevant office. Furthermore, the answers given to my questions were all imprecise and incorrect. I won't add anything else.
14/08/2025: largest post office in all of Italy, few slow and incompetent employees, they only handle 2 customers per hour

It happened that one of them came to us and said: "how long?". As he could have simply said that it was closing and come across as less rude. Rude
