28/01/2025: Praia a Mare and its surroundings were a great discovery and we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay! (July 2024) Excellent location for visiting the Island of Dino (practically opposite), Maratea and Christ the Redeemer, the Arco Magno of San Nicola Arcella and for being able to immerse yourself in the mountains and live the rafting experience. Room and all common areas of the village very clean and tidy, staff always friendly and available 24 hours a day, excellent food and quite efficient table service thanks to Natale, our courteous and friendly waiter who kept us company throughout the week! I recommend trying the pizzeria in the village because we have never eaten such good Neapolitan pizza! We also really appreciated the nice little train/shuttle that took us to the beach and the possibility of being able to leave the car in the village literally in front of the room where you are staying was excellent. It is a very quiet environment and especially suitable for families with children, also because this year the entertainment wasn't that great but at least the little ones managed to have fun! Perhaps the entertainment was the only flaw but, on the other hand, after an intense day, tiredness made itself felt and therefore you immediately returned to your room after dinner or you could be taken to Praia a Mare by a free shuttle always proposed by the village. We will take with us a beautiful memory of this holiday for the people we met and the crazy places that are there... Although, unfortunately, a week was not enough for us to visit the whole area, so this could be a good reason to return! 😄

16/03/2025: Terrible...Saturday 15th March at 9am I went to the bar as usual...regular customer...a strange thing happened to me...as always I waited a long time before someone came to ask and clean the table...while I saw that the people who came in were served immediately. Already at 9 there were 4 croissants... I got up and asked if someone could come to the table... the owner's wife... told me in her usual way... that she was respecting an order... with her words I pointed out that people who had come after me had been served. I waited again... when I hear that you, addressing those present... SAY... THAT I'M GOING TO THE LADY WHO IS UNMANAGEABLE. Just me... who buys cakes... pasta all the time... I have breakfast... always there. At his offensive words...said to the customers...because the smart one thought I didn't hear...I said....that it's unmanageable, he goes and tells it...to his parents, not to me...I took it and left with my husband. I was outside the club... when I heard someone calling me... it was the husband... telling me in a rude and rude way... that I shouldn't address his wife in that way... finally telling me... that I had to leave (but I was already out).. and never to come back. This is the owner's son...since he manages it...it's no longer the old Colosseum...the father is a person...exquisite.. 22/08/2024: Not great hotel, disappointing old room. Broken tiles in the bathroom. Same at the swimming pool, poor breakfast bordering on dangerous, salty is not refrigerated given the temperatures risk of salmonella. The air conditioning broke down at night, it happens, but it leaked onto our belongings. We were provided with tea towels and a raclette, same as some comments on half board only water? We do not point out that other drinks (soft drinks) are chargeable. The swimming pool is inaccessible from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for a so-called cleaning over 2 weeks never seen before. Not possible to play ball even if it was empty, frankly for the price I really advise against it.

06/04/2025: So... let me start by saying that I am lactose intolerant, the staff is very rude especially the person at the counter, first of all they treated me badly because the people at the cash register made a mistake in giving me the receipt, but this can also be overlooked. But the worst thing that happened was that I asked for a Nutella croissant (I'm aware that that could also make me sick, but it doesn't contain all the lactose that the cream one contains) but he "accidentally" sold me a cream croissant so you can imagine my disappointment and the stomach ache that came over me right now while I'm writing the review (my friend had just cleaned the bathroom)

05/04/2025: Structure equipped with every comfort and above all with very kind staff. For a day of relaxation we chose this hotel just outside Rossano and we had a great time. The room was clean and spacious. We slept on a comfortable and spacious bed and, after a hearty breakfast, at 10.00 we were in the spa for two hours of total relaxation with clean and spacious rooms. The spa also offers a salt room and. it's not for everyone. The icing on the cake was that we had to vacate the room by 10.00 am but the very kind manager of the facility offered us a very welcome late checkout so that we could also use it after the spa experience. Highly recommended.

24/02/2025: very tasty food, good ingredients, great to take and eat, the service is serious but very polite, the reviews here are unfair and Cristini is worth giving a chance. It also offers many drink options and for the first time I tried carbonated coffee. variety of flavors and a clean and pleasant environment, overall it is a small and traditional place, which tells a bit about Cosenza. 7 euros for two good slices of pizza and a gazoza. It stays open late which is another plus. Thank you

Per primo abbiamo ordinato degli spaghetti al sugo semplice, il ragù con gli gnocchi fatti a mano meritano davvero una menzione speciale, erano eccezionali, i più buoni mangiati nella zona.... Ma purtroppo servizio pessimo, attesa troppo lunga, personale purtroppo mal gestito.. spero di rivedermi sul personale e sulla gestione 🙏🏼 spero sia solo perché fosse di domenica e ci fosse stato un disguido...... Ritornerò infrasettimanale per dare un altra occasione ...
