The combination of ingredients is simply winning: the delicacy of the bresaola marries perfectly with the strong character of the parmesan flakes, creating a delicious contrast. The tomato adds a note of freshness and juiciness, while the crushed green olives are the final touch that elevates everything, giving a savory and aromatic taste that conquers with every bite. It is a sandwich that I would define as delicious, fresh and incredibly tasty. Ideal for a light but satisfying lunch break. Between the smile of Mrs. Adelina and the delicacies designed and conceived by the very kind Pamela, my fleeting lunch break can only take place at their place.
