-- the waiters were downright unfriendly
-- we waited for them to come to us for about half an hour
-- the food arrived more than an hour after we ordered (just pizzas)
-- they brought us chips that we didn't order
-- not a single attempt at saying 'sorry for the food being late'
-- to top it all off, when paying, they refused to show us the bill before we stated the mode of payment, and when we did, refused to split it between us according to what each one at the table had. Just outrageous & super unfriendly.
To add insult to injury, the pizza was smallish & a disappointment. Three lonely anchovies on a Napoletana....
The worst experience in Italy in quite a few weeks, hands down

19/10/2025: "An Oasis of Refreshment on a Grey Day"
I visited this café on a very rainy and grey morning, and fortunately I found some real refreshment. The barista was extremely kind and friendly, a true ray of sunshine!
The coffee they served us was excellent; it revitalized our bodies and made our day decidedly brighter. A highly recommended place for the quality of the service and the product!

24/08/2025: They sat us down, then after 10 minutes they kicked us out, saying the table they'd seated us at was occupied. The bar across the street, however, made things right and welcomed us.

17/09/2025: For coffee lovers, there's a truly vast selection. We bought a beautiful coffee maker, and there are plenty of equally beautiful ones. There are many great deals, so we stocked up on capsules.
The sales assistant was incredibly kind and helpful.
Highly recommended.
