05/12/2024: Bad experience with a rude and rude sales assistant. I wasn't convinced by the dress I was trying on, and instead of offering professional advice, she allowed herself to make inappropriate and out of place comments. He said: “If you are used to not wearing jackets, it is normal to see defects.” No one had ever mentioned that I don't wear jackets, so his comment was completely out of context. But the final pearl was: “It's normal if you're used to seeing skimpy things at Zara.” Such an attitude is unacceptable, especially considering that I was one of the best customers of the same chain's store in Metropolis. I'm speaking in the past tense, because after this experience I will never set foot in this shop again. Insolent and rude behaviour, a real shame for the brand name.

22/07/2023: Ordinato pizza alle 21.00, siamo alle 22.30 con 35 gradi e della pinsa ancora neanche l'ombra, da premettere che prima di noi i tavoli da servire erano 4, ........
