02/08/2026: I think it's a must for anyone visiting beautiful Soverato. The place is familiar and welcoming, as is the entire Salerno family, who with love, kindness, and expertise prepare stellar, absolutely fresh food, accompanied by consistently delicious drinks and service that makes you feel loved and pampered, and that also provides plenty of laughter with great music. In a word: you'll enjoy yourself! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

30/07/2026: The food was good, but unfortunately, in the linguine with mussels and clams, all the mussels had their shells uncleaned. For the price, I'd expect to find well-cleaned shells, both for hygiene reasons and because I was a bit disgusted by the sight of them. The sauce also had a grainy taste, like chopped nuts. I wasn't sure what it was, especially since it wasn't listed among the ingredients on the menu, but the flavor was still very good. Unfortunately, the worst part was the calamari skewers (off the menu), one of which was partially raw. Although I reported this to the waitress, they only apologized and offered us a house limoncello/bergamot, but at €16 for the two skewers, we paid the full price. They could have just discounted the cover charge, but it doesn't matter. I'm disappointed because it's clear the chef is skilled, but for the price, I expect a little more attention to detail in the dishes and in the way they treat the customers. The young man who served us, however, was very kind.

19/07/2026: Everything was delicious, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The only problem: the bugs! We ate outside, but had to constantly swat away flies and mosquitoes.

11/07/2026: We've been frequenting this restaurant for a while now and have always had a great experience. The owner and staff are always attentive to their guests' needs. The refined dishes are a delight for the palate and the eye. Highly recommended for both dinner and after-dinner entertainment.

16/08/2026: A vast selection of beers and "German" brewery products; excellent quality fries, fresh and crispy, tasty sausages and frankfurters, and good pulled pork, although the maritozzo in which it was served was a bit dry. The sandwiches were tasty and well-made, but the cutlet, despite its good flavor, was quite tough. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful, but there were a few drawbacks: the table we were assigned was right against the wall, making it a bit uncomfortable, and, unfortunately, the main courses were served while we were still eating our appetizers, allowing everything to cool a bit. Good value for money. Definitely a place worth trying.

22/07/2026: Well done, fantastic meatballs, stew, parmigiana, super like the dishes of the past, and plentiful. Kind and courteous. The only flaw keeping me from giving it 5 stars was the tartare served on a hot plate, which was still good. Next time, I'll order steak.

13/07/2026: Had dinner with the family. We shared the meat and several side dishes. Everything was excellent. Good service and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended!

05/08/2026: This small bakery, famous for its loin steaks, hides a culinary gem: swordfish and grilled fish. They managed to caramelize the swordfish, which remained crispy on the outside and soft and moist on the inside. Kudos to the raw materials and cooking technique. Top notch.

28/07/2026: Excellent food, magnificent view. We ate to the sound of crickets. There's no air conditioning inside, but the terrace is charming and typical. Bring insect repellent.

10/07/2026: Read to the end… I booked by phone for 4 (2 teenagers who eat a single dish every day). The courtesy and kindness starts with the phone call. Upon arriving at our destination, we easily parked in front of the restaurant. It's a small place, but meticulously maintained. We were greeted with kindness and courtesy by Giacomo, the impeccable host, attentive and available for any request, explanation, or anything else. We relied on his recommendations for two traditional Calabrian first courses, EXCEPTIONAL. Love in the dishes. For the local second courses, the girls cleaned our plates, a unique experience. Because of the abundance of first courses, some of the second courses were left on our plates, and we asked for the doggie bag that we'd forgotten on the table. Giacomo even climbed a flight of stairs to meet us in the car… wow, a gesture that was absolutely unexpected. We'll be back before we end our vacation. The Querce degli Elfi family is an added value to this splendid area. Thank you so much for the experience and passion you bring to your work.

04/07/2026: Restaurant? Trattoria? Osteria? Bistro? No! Vigifanese is a culinary experience; I suggest changing it to "Vigifanese Experience." We landed late, took a quick shower, and at 10 pm, six of us were seated at the table. Vigifanese is located in the hills of Lamezia Terme, a few kilometers from the town of Sambiase, overlooking a splendid view of the Lamezia Terme plain. The air is pure and crisp, reinvigorating on hot summer evenings like these in 2026. We begin our journey with three large house appetizers (for six people). Pancetta so delicate it melted in your mouth, cheeses and honey, 'Nduja served hot with mini pizza panzerotti, eggplant parmigiana, peppers and fried potatoes (in slang, pipi e patati), pickled vegetables (eggplant and dried tomatoes), meatballs in tomato sauce, rice and potato croquettes, ricotta omelette, cured meat rolls with mozzarella. Maybe I'm forgetting something, but I assure you, what was served could have concluded the dinner. But no, the experience continued. Black pig sausage with porcini mushrooms and potatoes, mixed grill, cod with onions, fried cod with peppers and potatoes. A journey that allowed us to savor the flavors of Calabrian tradition. All accompanied by two bottles of rosé from a Calabrian winery. Lemon sorbets to round out the experience, made even more enjoyable by excellent service, as young as the owner. What can I say? A place unknown to me (but known to my fellow diners), it has automatically entered the top spot of Lamezia Terme's restaurants. I forgot, the quality-price ratio is remarkable (€30/person). Ad maiora.

28/06/2026: I had a really good meal at this restaurant! The dishes were tasty, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The service was fast and punctual, and the ambiance was meticulously designed. A positive experience in every way, I'll definitely be back!

29/09/2025: A great place to shop, but the mall literally the stores in the mall do not open until one. The mall is open for you to grocery shop, but they should separate those from the actual clothing store hours !!

18/07/2026: There were two of us for dinner, and we ordered two pizzas. The place was practically half empty, and the wait was a 1:20 while they were still serving takeout pizzas. Overall, the pizza was decent.

14/06/2026: We waited an hour for our second order after the appetizers. The food was subpar, especially the cheeses on the pizzas and the fried foods with oil that wasn't fresh. The focaccia arrived undercooked with a raw crust. After the fish appetizer, we opted for pizzas given the quality, but the pizza wasn't good either. We were disappointed given the positive reviews. I hope it was just a special night for the restaurant, but I hope they pay more attention to us. The staff was kind and welcoming, even though the waiter didn't take our order.

The products are excellent, excellent, you have to try them. I will definitely order again, because sweetness knows no distance.....from Calabria to Brescia with the heart
