Large commercial park located in the Catanzaro Lido district. Reference point for the entire Catanzaro area and beyond. There are numerous shops that cover all product categories, from food to clothing, from electronics to DIY. There is ample parking and good usability of the spaces which are livable and usable to the fullest.

Nice shopping park just outside Catanzaro, the parking is huge compared to the structure (probably crowded in summer). The internal restaurants are recommended

04/02/2024: Enchanting place, with a romantic air. Suitable for families with children, but also for solitary newlyweds. Clean and tidy room. Bathroom with all comforts. Cozy and warm spa. Impeccable service especially at breakfast where there is a rich and tasty buffet. I come back every year for my birthday, I love the English breakfast at 11pm in front of an exciting fireplace.❣️
