The waiter was very attentive and present throughout the service. The dishes were excellent in their simplicity, although their cooking required some expertise. Excellent quality meat, with a lovely dessert to finish. And as if there were no shortage of liqueurs and spirits, accompanied by a pleasant chat, we promised ourselves we'd see each other again. The service was one of the most convincing points: helpful, quick when needed, but also very accommodating to specific requests. If I had to point out room for improvement (for cognitive honesty, not destructive criticism): some dishes could be a little more daring in their aromatic layering. The place is delightful, the music is great, the food is delicious, and the food is truly beautifully presented. Mediterranean flavors revisited in an innovative way. A wonderful surprise. We come to Catanzaro every year, and we'll definitely be back; it'll be one of our favorite destinations. Thank you so much!

The menu isn't particularly surprising, but it's very balanced and, while a bit classic (or perhaps because of that), it's excellent. The wine list is also very good. It's a shame the service was a bit poor because they left us waiting for an hour, and until we went to ask, no waiter had come to our table. They forgot to bring us two dishes we'd ordered, and then they were a bit annoyed because they took our order from 9:00 PM when we arrived until 9:30 PM. It was 11:30 PM and they hadn't brought what we'd asked for. We got up, paid, and left half-starved because there were more people there, some of whom were served and others not. I'm sorry, but for this reason alone, we won't be returning. PS: Also, going to the bathroom is a risk of tripping because the light only comes on after you enter; even though it's instructed to "watch the step."
