01/10/2025: One of the best restaurants! From the meat, to the wine and of course the location, everything was perfect! Thanks to the friendly and professional staff!

30/09/2025: We practically crossed half of Calabria from Tropea to Soverato to get to this wonderful place and I have to say it was worth it, very well-kept and charming environment, most importantly they welcomed us and made us feel at home, so kind and friendly from the owner and all the staff, excellent food, good Angus meatballs, excellent meat, even the grilled vegetables were excellent, to finish they made us a delicious homemade red berry cheesecake for my partner's birthday, so good we finished it all!! Truly a beautiful pearl in our Calabria, congratulations 👏

16/10/2025: 5 ⭐️ for the kitchen. But the waiter who takes the orders is not correct because. And the second time I've been here this month today I was there and he comes to take the order after 10 minutes someone comes with a woman near us and takes the order and pours them a bottle of wine. He often goes to this table and asks them if everything is ok and we ask them everything is the same. I say that I have been a place for many years, it's a shame that customers are treated here if they order a bottle of wine🤪

14/10/2025: A welcoming place, both with parking, the outdoor garden, and the indoor dining areas. The rooms have been renovated in a modern style with great attention to detail. The bathrooms are very spacious and clean. The outdoor and indoor plants, and the fresh flowers on every table truly make you feel like you're in heaven. Good food, attentive and fast service. Good value. The artisanal ice cream is delicious.

16/10/2025: The Baroncino restaurant is synonymous with quality, with a knowledgeable and always friendly staff. The restaurant isn't huge, but it's elegantly detailed and well-appointed. It's a stylish venue, suitable for all ages. The cuisine is definitely its strong point, with delicious, top-quality dishes; the pasta dishes are a must! Highly recommended.

12/10/2025: Dinner with friends and family. Intimate little place. We ate fish. Fresh, well-cooked, with distinct flavors. It left me and the others truly satisfied. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: A very simple trattoria nestled in the alleys of Maida, with tables set outside in the courtyard, creating a very quaint and informal atmosphere. The owner, Mrs. Graziella, is very friendly, helpful, and approachable. The lady serving is also very attentive to her customers' needs. The food is plentiful and delicious, simple and authentic. It feels like family. A wonderful experience, thank you.

28/09/2025: Excellent dishes, great service, quiet place. Probably the best restaurant in S. Caterina. I recommend to try local fish. But the swordfish is the best I have ever had.

10/10/2025: A very nice and welcoming place, you can also eat outside as it's covered and heated. The food is excellent, both the pizza and the sushi. It's a shame the service was a bit poor because they left us waiting for an hour, and until we went to ask, no waiter had come to our table. They forgot to bring us two dishes we'd ordered, and then they were a bit annoyed because they took our order from 9:00 PM when we arrived until 9:30 PM. It was 11:30 PM and they hadn't brought what we'd asked for. We got up, paid, and left half-starved because there were more people there, some of whom were served and others not. I'm sorry, but for this reason alone, we won't be returning. PS: Also, going to the bathroom is a risk of tripping because the light only comes on after you enter; even though it's instructed to "watch the step."

22/10/2025: Excellent place. Located on the street but quiet and very welcoming. Excellent food. The gnocchi with pecorino cream and crusco peppers were delicious. The other dishes were the same. Flavors were bold yet delicate. The staff were very friendly and professional. The homemade dessert was exceptional. Highly recommended.

08/06/2025: I can't review the food or the service.... But about the environment I can say that rudeness and unavailability are their strong point. They almost didn't let us enter the place (at 9 pm!) because when we arrived, they "were too busy"... Something I've never heard of, but there were only a couple of people in front of us. It would have been much more elegant to say that there was a bit of a wait and at that point we would have chosen whether to stay or not. But you don't send customers away.

04/09/2025: What can I say? While I was looking for a place to eat fish and chips because my partner is English, I stumbled upon this little gem. The place is delightful, the music is great, the food is delicious, and the food is truly beautifully presented. Mediterranean flavors revisited in an innovative way. A wonderful surprise. We come to Catanzaro every year, and we'll definitely be back; it'll be one of our favorite destinations. Thank you so much!

05/08/2025: A very cute, well-kept, and welcoming place, featuring sea green hues with a tropical touch. The warm, original lighting is beautiful. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is excellent. You can choose from a variety of meat, fish, and even vegetarian/vegan dishes, with special attention paid to celiacs. The dishes are carefully prepared. We had three appetizers: paprika potatoes, savory zeppole, and vegetarian tacos, followed by a special rosti with beets and pumpkin seeds and a vegetarian bagel. There were also several fish and meat options. We drank two craft beers and an excellent local amaro (Amaro dell'Eremita). The service was quick and attentive. It was an excellent dinner in a very charming place. The price was fair for what we ate.
