09/06/2026: Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared and innovative. Excellent service.

30/05/2026: Would I go back? Maybe, but there's a lot to revise. We've been to this place, and unfortunately, the experience was a bit mixed. On the plus side, the food is decent, but "good but not too good" to justify the prices, which, in my opinion, are far too high for what's actually served. On the downside, the service and management are the issues: the wait was truly excessive, inconceivable considering the dining room was practically empty. The staff seemed inattentive and distracted. To top it all off, the owner's attitude: an arrogance and false wisdom that, frankly, doesn't put the customer at ease. It's a shame, because there's potential, but the value for money and hospitality leave much to be desired.

15/02/2026: Surrounded by greenery and featuring a beautiful open-air pool, we chose Tenuta Gironda for a family Sunday lunch, and it was the perfect choice. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We felt truly pampered! We'll definitely be back.

01/03/2026: There's definitely room for improvement. Slow, though always courteous, service. Prices for the fish dishes are average. Vegan versions are available. Personally, though, I'd lower the price. I paid €15 for a plate of fettuccine with zucchini, the same price as the equivalent fish dish. Another thing to work on: the portions. A couple of friends shared a first course. The two "small portions" were as big as my entire plate...which I paid for in full. The appetizer platter while waiting for the first course was very welcome. The atmosphere was informal but very pleasant and relaxing, with the lights set among the olive trees (August 2024).

The quality of the food was excellent, with carefully crafted dishes and authentic flavors that fully satisfied us. Special praise goes to all the dining room staff, always professional, friendly, and attentive to our needs. A special thanks to Ilenia, who stood out for her expertise and helpfulness. She accompanied us throughout dinner, passionately and expertly illustrating the local wines and recommending the best pairings. Her attention didn't stop there: after dinner, she was extremely patient in introducing us to various local spirits, letting us explore and taste them without rushing, even helping us choose which ones to purchase. Experiences like this truly make a difference. We will definitely return and highly recommend Paradise to anyone looking for an evening dedicated to good food, hospitality, and the valorization of local products.

04/07/2026: We stayed one night at this hotel (June 25th) in one of the relaxation rooms. It was an absolutely positive experience; we had a wonderful time. Everything was excellent: the rooms, the cleanliness, the kindness of the staff.

03/07/2026: Visited on July 2, 2026 I returned to this restaurant once again, and I can now say it's a real guarantee. Every time I visit Sila, it's a regular stop, thanks to the consistency with which it offers a quality experience. During my visits, I've always found a welcoming atmosphere, friendly and professional staff, and carefully prepared dishes. The attention to customer service is clearly evident, not only in the service but also in the organization: the reservation system is modern and efficient, and customer service is well-structured, with timely communications about new products and promotions. Special praise goes to the pizza, which continues to be excellent. My advice is to order it in the center of the table and share it, so you can fully appreciate its flavor and quality. To date, it's a place I recommend without hesitation and will continue to choose whenever I have the opportunity to be in the area.

16/06/2026: We stop at a little restaurant tucked away before the hospital, and, surprise, the appetizer is plentiful and exceptional, with fresh bread and exquisite olive oil. Immediately after, a plate of tagliatelle with sun-dried tomatoes is truly out of this world; it could have fed three people. Kudos also to the frescoed wall with the history of the Manfredi restaurant, and paintings that make one think of the Art Nouveau era. Kudos also to the kindness of the staff, and the waitress in particular.

29/12/2025: We had lunch and had a great time. We shared appetizers, including cured meats and cheeses, grilled mushrooms, bruschetta, and carpaccio, and then each chose a different first course. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very kind and courteous. They managed to satisfy everyone, not to mention that this lunch ended with the first snowflakes falling, so what better setting and ending? Highly recommended.

29/06/2026: I had a great experience at this bakery. The atmosphere is very modern and refined, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had an excellent chocolate croissant, which was a bit small but still delicious. I also added two filled croissants to take away, and all in all I spent about €4.50, a reasonable price considering other places.

17/03/2026: Beautiful place... Excellent meat, cooked perfectly and even to your liking. The staff is very friendly and kind... they welcomed us with a small canapé, which was delicious and much appreciated. We then ordered two appetizers and two main courses, accompanied by two glasses of wine. The pork ribs melted in your mouth, and the meat tea as an appetizer was fantastic. We didn't particularly like the dark chocolate pairing, but overall, everything was excellent! We'll be back for the Thursday menu featuring swordfish.

11/06/2026: I feel compelled to write this review because those who do good work and preserve traditions deserve to be known. Let's start with the location, which is very beautiful and characteristic. It's a former olive oil mill, and in the center of the restaurant, where there are posters and typical products, you can see exactly where the olives were pressed. It retains its wooden arches and is beautifully furnished. The restaurant has convenient and spacious parking. As for the dishes: excellent quality. Really good appetizers with local products. They welcomed us with bruschetta with cheese. The first courses were excellent, and we then ordered a delicious and large slice of veal! The value for money was truly excellent.
