Excellent cuisine and top hospitality

Kindness...courtesy...cleanliness is at home. Quality raw materials and lovingly prepared at the moment. A mix that leads me to give a rating of 10. We are really happy to have had dinner in this place which I highly recommend to everyone. The pizza is also a must try. We will definitely be back.

Very nice place for location and atmosphere. Refined cuisine but with simplicity the chef enhances the flavor of each element of the dish without exaggeration. An apotheosis of taste both in cold dishes (spectacular raw seafood in all variations on the menu including the prawn tartare cheesecake) and in hot ones (don't miss the amazing pasta made up of hemp linguine and seafood... . the amazing effect is not the hemp but everything else!!). Finally, a note of merit also goes to the light pizza, well cooked but not toasted, tasty and digestible (good even the next day!). I would like to point out this gem of Calabria which has not yet received Michelin stars but which I believe has nothing to envy of the most famous restaurants in Italy... the only obstacle in my opinion to fame is the location in a small village in Calabria... non-existent obstacle for customers and tourists... in the middle of October word of mouth fills the rooms and garden of Il Saraceno! A round of applause goes to the owners Elena and Piero, to Enzo and to the tireless Domenico and Ciccio!! Thank you for the excellent cuisine and the pleasant atmosphere that accompanied it.

Stupefacente, accoglienza e gentilezza caratterizzano questo locale. Piatti a base di pesce fresco squisiti, i dolci di Elena spettacolari, le pizze una scoperta di sapori che hanno conquistato il palato di tutti. Prezzi? Molto accessibili. Che dire Complimenti, ormai cenare al Saraceno fa parte di in rituale di sane abitudini culinarie per i palati raffinati in tutto relax. Fantastico lo consiglio a tutti. Cristina
