It is advisable to book well in advance, given the limited capacity. I am correcting the review due to the modernization and expansion of the location. The veranda space, equipped with large windows, has significantly increased, guaranteeing a greater number of seats. The modern furnishings are very pleasant, in which a very suggestive mural portraying a fisherman stands out. Further diversified menu. Really high quality food at reasonable prices. Well done!

08/03/2025: After years of research I can say that Papuga makes the best sandwiches in Catanzaro. Excellent quality products, everything has its own flavour. The place has its own identity and the guys who run it are very professional, kind and helpful. The only thing I would improve are the potatoes on the side of the sandwiches, I would prefer them to be more homemade, but it's personal taste. For the rest, well done guys. ❤️

On the other hand, this is not the type of place to expect excellence friendly service, friendly owner.

23/03/2025: Davoli is undoubtedly the "cathedral" of pastry shops and cafés. Service, courtesy, quality. Elegant and well furnished place.
