Every detail—from the white paint to the antique beams, from the long wooden "nave" that seems to tell family stories to the impressive aquarium with live lobsters—expresses a love of the sea and hospitality. Here, you're not just a customer: you're welcomed with genuine warmth. Chef Emilio is a master of seafood: each dish is a symphony of freshness and expertly balanced flavors. The seafood specialties are varied and always surprising; it's clear that each recipe is born of experience, passion, and respect for the ingredients. The fine wines selected further enhance the dishes, and the pizzas—yes, even the pizzas—are prepared with care and flavor. And the homemade desserts? A perfect conclusion that will remain in your heart. The family-run business of Carmelina, Emanuele, and the young Niccolò creates an intimate and authentic atmosphere: they manage everything with discretion, professionalism, and a warmth rarely found. The waiters are extremely kind, attentive, and never intrusive: their smiles complete an already extraordinary experience. The pride of a family that has transformed a restaurant into a place of celebration and memory is evident. The space is magnificent and versatile: the large capacity and the dramatic wooden nave make it perfect for weddings and anniversaries, those evenings where you want to share beauty with loved ones. The entrance, with its touches reminiscent of a London home—the doormat, the discreet ashtray for smokers—and the statue of San Francesco di Paola across the street, contribute to creating a unique, almost timeless atmosphere. 01/09/2025: My partner and I are more than passionate about ice cream. We have tried the best, from the north to the south of this land, even in the most remote areas. Without a doubt, Paradise ice cream is ranked first among the best ice creams in Calabria. There are many reasons to make this choice. The flavors aren't very many. Don't expect to find Kinder Bueno and by-products, which now only taste of sugar, and you can no longer distinguish chocolate from hazelnut. Instead, you will find traditional flavors: exceptional pistachio, chocolate, with an even creamier, nuttier recipe, a mega-delicious black cherry variegated chocolate, coffee, or dark chocolate with an excellent structure, and some new flavors that always draw on the products of the southern lands, or citron, strawberry made with fresh fruit. Add to all this, a fair quality-price ratio, the courtesy of the owners, and last but not least, impeccable cleanliness. It has now become my regular stop, but I would also travel 50 km on the pretext of taking a walk along the Paola seafront, visiting the sanctuary and go and enjoy a "paradisiacal" ice cream

09/09/2025: We ducked in for a quick coffee one day and the following day the lady at the payment counter already remembered us when we went for a gelato. Nothing seemed to be a problem, everything was easily done and everyone was kind and courteous. We ordered a tray of pastries for a dinner invite we have tonight and I’m sure they will be delicious. Definitely the place to be.

The dishes are carefully prepared, the fish is incredibly fresh, and the flavors showcase the ingredients to their fullest. Despite the high quality, the prices remain fair, which is not to be taken for granted and is absolutely appreciated. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The location, a renovated old olive oil mill, is stunning and contributes to a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for those who love good seafood and are looking for a place that combines taste, friendliness, and beauty.

16/09/2025: €43 for two house aperitifs, a bitter with soda, a few peanuts, and a plate of miniature appetizers. Honestly, even though the products were high-quality, it was expensive.

09/09/2025: Manuli is a must-visit, whether for breakfast or an aperitivo. Every time I return from Rome, I stop by, and there's always something guaranteed. This time, I was surprised by Mattia's Paloma, made with such precision and balance that it's impossible not to trust everything he offers. See you soon!!

05/10/2025: We highly recommend it. If you're here, just go to Daniela and Peppe's and enjoy the Italian food, always freshly prepared with love. The friendliness of the hosts and the waiters is second to none. And don't forget the resident dog, Pablo, who warmly greets everyone.

01/11/2025: What a great discovery! Small but very well-kept place, the perfect atmosphere we were looking for last night. Good food, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, everything not fancy/pretentious. Food: We started with a DELICIOUS tartare, homemade bread. It continued even better with an incredible cuttlefish with Jerusalem artichokes and gnocchi with caciocavallo fondue and anchovies. We decided to try another dish, the leek with potatoes and porcini mushrooms, which was good (but the others were out of this world). Good wines, the lady even told us about the vineyards of my small Greco di Tufo winery. Cost: €62 for two. We thought the bill was wrong 😅 we expected a higher price overall. Small minus: a bit of a wait for the dishes, but all in all, it's fine given the pleasantness of the place and the overall situation. Well done!

13/10/2025: We made a reservation, and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. We just had to let them know. We had a delicious meal and were advised on the wine. It all worked out perfectly. Pleasant atmosphere and a helpful team. And on a Saturday evening, you're in a quiet neighborhood, easily reached by car.
