14/10/2025: What a fantastic hotel – you feel warmly welcomed from the very first minute! The reception and greeting were very pleasant, and all the staff are extremely friendly and personable. A special highlight for me was the "Cena Calabrese," which takes place every Friday during the summer months – a typical Calabrian evening with music, dancing, and local food. The cake, personally presented by the hotel manager, was incredibly delicious! The nearby beaches with their crystal-clear waters are also a dream destination. I felt very comfortable and well looked after throughout my stay at the Calabrisella. Saying goodbye wasn't easy – I will definitely be back.

08/10/2025: Our family of 10 spent a memorable stay at Hotel Calabrisella in Capo Vaticano the week of September 22 to October 01. The resort is clean, the service is incredible, the rooms are kept spotless. The pool kept in excellent condition. Breakfast offers something for everyone in abundance. Being a second generation Calabrian living in Canada, Calabrisella Night brought back fond memories of my mom’s home cooked meals. That night they go above and beyond to replicate the true authenticity of the Calabrian cuisine and more importantly Calabrian hospitality which is second to none. The staff was always there for us any time of the day. A special thanks for Carlo and Rosa for taking time to make you feel special and wanted. No doubt a place we would return to without a doubt.

02/11/2025: Extraordinary attention to detail, including the bathroom, from the food to the kindness of the staff. Everything is very refined, and you can sense the passion and good taste. A truly welcoming, fantastic experience. Excellent!!!

16/11/2025: Definitely TOP cappuccino during our trip to Italy! 10/10. Nothing to add, just because of this it deserves 5 stars. Cool place for a breakfast too. Golosa - tasty pancakes with bunch of fruits and real pistachio cream 😋 Deliziosa - toasts with eggs and becon - good quality. Maybe one remark: toasts itself are very basic, could be enriched with something or made hot. Polite service and pleasant ambience. Plenty of spaces inside but also outside. One of the best breakfast places in Italy so far. Must try spot!

27/07/2025: First of all, the place is super clean, making it a pleasure to walk in and dine. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. I enjoyed delicious gelato and a brioche here.

25/10/2025: The place is certainly beautiful.....but in all of Calabria I had never paid 4 euros for a granita without a brioche to go.

16/09/2025: Always a guarantee when it comes to granitas and pastries in general. The welcome, however, is a bit questionable. The owners are completely indifferent, busy playing on their phones or chatting with other people while you're sitting, waiting longer than necessary, with tables to clear, and waiters busy at the counter. It's a shame.

29/08/2025: We had dinner last night, a beautiful location, excellent food and service. We had two bottles of water, one of wine, two peppered mussels, three spaghetti with clams, one with tomato sauce, mixed grill, sorbet, and a sweet and sour drink.

17/08/2025: I was there on August 16, 2025. The place was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very efficient. The restaurant manager was a true master, fully aware of his role. The cuisine was excellent; the food was truly delicious. Just two comments: 1. A place this beautiful and so well-organized cannot and should not serve sorbet in paper cups. 2. 10/06/2025: My applause is deserved I had the pleasure of trying the "Pamela" sandwich and I must say that it was a real discovery, an explosion of fresh and balanced flavors. The combination of ingredients is simply winning: the delicacy of the bresaola marries perfectly with the strong character of the parmesan flakes, creating a delicious contrast. The tomato adds a note of freshness and juiciness, while the crushed green olives are the final touch that elevates everything, giving a savory and aromatic taste that conquers with every bite. It is a sandwich that I would define as delicious, fresh and incredibly tasty. Ideal for a light but satisfying lunch break. Between the smile of Mrs. Adelina and the delicacies designed and conceived by the very kind Pamela, my fleeting lunch break can only take place at their place.
