The pizza is excellent and the service is perfect, thanks also to Carmen, who is always attentive and smiling. The "4 Salti" event room under the Portico is also beautiful, curated by Tanir with taste and passion: a welcoming corner where every evening becomes special!

08/10/2025: We were passing through, recommended by a host, I took gluten-free pizza with a ready-made base, the toppings were really good 🤤

06/10/2025: I arrived too early however, the staff were very accomondating and allowed me to stay and for awhile I had the whole resaurant to myself. I was sat in the cave like area which was very atmospheric, clean and the decor was suitable with the music helping with the whole experience. The staff were wearing smiling faces and looked happy to be of service! I orded a carafe of house wine which was very welcoming after the soaking I got finding my AirBnB. The choice of meal was a hot one after travelling from Lamezia airort eating cold foods from bars, so I decided on the Mixed meat grill with a salad all cooked fresh apart from the salad lol. The local lemon cheescake was the best ever I have tasted in all my 72 years on the planet, drunk down with a local limoncello perfectto.

03/10/2025: The location is beautiful, but what about the appetizers? We had a seafood appetizer, which wasn't very generous, and a house appetizer with a slice of each cured meat and some vegetables. Both were out of proportion for the price.

01/11/2025: What a great discovery! Small but very well-kept place, the perfect atmosphere we were looking for last night. Good food, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, everything not fancy/pretentious. Food: We started with a DELICIOUS tartare, homemade bread. It continued even better with an incredible cuttlefish with Jerusalem artichokes and gnocchi with caciocavallo fondue and anchovies. We decided to try another dish, the leek with potatoes and porcini mushrooms, which was good (but the others were out of this world). Good wines, the lady even told us about the vineyards of my small Greco di Tufo winery. Cost: €62 for two. We thought the bill was wrong 😅 we expected a higher price overall. Small minus: a bit of a wait for the dishes, but all in all, it's fine given the pleasantness of the place and the overall situation. Well done!

13/10/2025: We made a reservation, and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. We just had to let them know. We had a delicious meal and were advised on the wine. It all worked out perfectly. Pleasant atmosphere and a helpful team. And on a Saturday evening, you're in a quiet neighborhood, easily reached by car.

02/10/2025: We went two nights, and both time the food was amazing and reasonably priced! Dishes were all full of flavour and delicious. Very clean and welcoming. All staff were friendly! No menu in English, and staff had very little English, but we got to practice a little Italian, and they were very patient with us.

12/06/2025: A place with a great view of the port. Friendly and professional waiters. Spaghetti with anchovies, truly the best. Maybe the grilled vegetables could be a little less soft. Prices a little above the local average but acceptable

10/06/2025: The restaurant is located in front of the port of Catanzaro, not too characteristic considering the area seems more for conventions. In itself elegant and chic the restaurant also maintains a fairly high style in the dishes. We are a group, some take the raw fish, some take the octopus, some take the tuna steak, the cooked appetizer. The fish is fresh, beautiful to look at, good to taste. The parsley potatoes for their apparent simplicity are exquisite. With wine, some fruit and coffee we spend about €40 per person, average prices. Service a bit slow, but the guys are polite and courteous.

11/10/2025: The fish (tuna, swordfish) was quite dry. The fries arrived late, and my request for a smaller portion of fish was ignored. The salad was mediocre.

The seafood specialties are varied and always surprising; it's clear that each recipe is born of experience, passion, and respect for the ingredients. The fine wines selected further enhance the dishes, and the pizzas—yes, even the pizzas—are prepared with care and flavor. And the homemade desserts? A perfect conclusion that will remain in your heart. The family-run business of Carmelina, Emanuele, and the young Niccolò creates an intimate and authentic atmosphere: they manage everything with discretion, professionalism, and a warmth rarely found. The waiters are extremely kind, attentive, and never intrusive: their smiles complete an already extraordinary experience. 23/08/2025: Good food, modest portions, 1970s-style terracotta terrace, ample parking. The end... Besides: The ordering process is a bit cumbersome. If you're sitting at a table and have quickly decided what to eat because you have to leave, you still have to wait for all the tables of 20 people who sat before you to complete their orders. A nice location for receptions and children's entertainment, well-known among locals, but I wouldn't exactly call it "on the sea," but more accurately "with a view of the beach and sea." Prices are average, the pizza is cheap, but overall, it's not in line with the competition and the area. Mentioning Heinz Beck on the menu is decidedly misleading and leaves one "astonished," to say the least. Disappointed by the wait. Not worth the trip or the stop. Everyone else can easily go and sit at the bar while waiting.
